Great place to stay, found that there were a few bugs that made their way into the unit but was not the end of the world, only real complaint is the driveway was pretty narrow for our Pajero sport to fit down, however the host can’t do much about this situation due to surrounding properties, just consider this for yourself when booking! Was nice to stroll over to the lake front, and the hot tub was great!

Jessica's place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this house was the cleanest one by far and im super fussy!. I cannot fault anything at all. the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery etc and had the bonus of plastic wrap, paper towels etc!. Thank you for the amazing stay we would love to come back when we are next in the area.

Great stay! House was impeccable, very clean and everything felt new. More space than we could have asked for and even a garage for storage! Location was private and quiet although not walkable but well worth it! Will stay again!

Everything was absolutley spotless. The house felt so welcoming and we slept so well in the beds. Super comfortable mattresses and beautiful linen. Carpets felt like they were brand new. Anne was so kind and was happy to be there if we needed her. She made our 5 year old daughter feel at home. My daughter loved the presence of the animals on the property and the swings and trampoline were a pleasant surprise for her. We feel like we didn’t have enough time in Rotorua so plan to come back again one day and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing little airbnb! The view was fabulous to wake up to and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio and having an outdoor bath. It is located just outside Rotorua, making it easy to drive in to site see.

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

A beautiful renovated old house with higher ceilings and lots of nice decorations, big rooms and lounge/dining area/kitchen and a big garden. Good beds, shower, TV and WiFi. It has almost everything except a BBQ. There is a washing mashine and dryer (which does not work that well anymore), dishwasher, a pool with salt water, a wonderful whirl pool which we had to get up to temperature first and could only use from the second day. It is a shame that they put in a carpet in the lounge/dining are and another carpet on top. This carpet curled and was a trip hazard. The one toilet and the dryer were not clean but the rest was good. There was salt but no pepper. It also provided tea, coffee, sugar, oil. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. We forgot a bag and they sent it on to us free of charge. I enjoyed the closed verandah and used is as an office but the socket behind the desk did not work. We found a power strip and a (dirty) extension cable. There is also an iron and ironboard.

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. Un site magnifique, calme et lumineux. Belle maison impeccable accès possible au lac. Seules les mouches au coucher du soleil sont un petit bémol.

Spacious room with large, comfortable bed and luxurious linen, great shower. Susan and Pierre were very friendly and welcoming. Pierre cooked a delicious breakfast for us while we chatted in the kitchen. Absolutely 5*

Had a great stay here with a group of friends, lots of space for everyone and really enjoyed the pool table and spa. Our host was very responsive and quick to make changes to the booking upon request. Very clean and good amenities. A great place for a group of 6-8 people. Very easy check in and Wiliam was very helpful during the whole process, Including quick communication of items left behind. Overall a good experience

Greg’s and his place were absolutely amazing and the perfect place to get turned around after 30 hours of travelling. The gorgeous vista along the River and comfortable quiet and serene accommodations was great for all our needs. The hot tub was glorious and watching the sunsets and sunrises from the expansive deck was breathtaking!!! Our travel into Rotorua was a beautiful and easy drive from our accommodations. Our tour of the dairy farm with Angela and Joe was such a great extra pleasure and all of us enjoyed meeting both the managers and herd!!! We are so happy that our New Zealand experience started at Greg’s and we hope to return for a much longer stay in the future because it was a “piece of heaven!” Thank you Greg!!!

Dave is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during our stay. The cabin is cosy and well appointed and in a beautiful sunny and peaceful location. Our dogs loved the space and especially enjoyed meeting Dave's own dog (and they are very sorry about the destroyed toy!). Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with their 4 legged friend. We will definitely be back again.

Das 'Blockhaus' war super gemütlich, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die sternenklaren Nächte auf der Terrasse waren traumhaft und morgens wurden wir von den Pferden oder der Katze begrüßt. Ein wunderschöner Platz um zu entspannen und zu genießen.
