We really enjoyed our stay here. What a beautiful location! We loved being able to bring our dogs and there was a stunning lake walk for them just down the road. The place was quiet and private. Had all the listed amenities and looks just like the photos. Was a big place with a huge bathroom and good sized bedrooms. House was clean and well presented. We felt right at home! Just one thing to be mindful the internet/reception was not the best, was a good excuse to fully disconnect for a couple of days!

Really wonderful place to stay in Okere Falls. A very short walk to the wonderful Okere Falls Store, but just far enough from the road that it is super quiet and secluded feeling. (This is a very nice base point for white water paddlers)

Very comfortable and completely met our needs. We’ve been touring around New Zealand and spent two nights in Rotorua. The cottage was perfect for us as a place to rest, do our laundry, and very close to all attractions and eateries. It was very clean and comfortable and Lora’s instructions were crystal clear.

Great base for seeing the best of Rotorua.

Great clean space. Had everything you could possibly need for a couple of days. The beach towels were an added bonus as there is a nice lake only a short drive away.

Janaya and Michael were wonderful hosts - friendly, flexible, kind and great to communicate with. The cute and cosy tiny home was a great location in central Rotorua. I would recommend Janaya's Airbnb for solo or couple travellers who want some local insights and knowledge from long-term locals. A private, peaceful and comfortable stay!

Great little annex type accomodation with fully equipped small kitchen. Made use of the washing machine and there is covered area outside to dry clothes. Everything was pristine and felt brand new. located at the edge of Rotorua so ideally located for getting about. Secure parking behind a gate at night. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The apartment is fantastic and it had everything we needed. The coffee shop around the corner is great. Also the distance to the centre and activities in Rotorua is usually less than a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend.

We had the most comfortable of stays at Tui Glen. No other word than perfect can sum up our stay and interaction with Glendyr. It suited our needs to see relations in the area and to reach easily all our activities. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stay here. From hot tub, to swimming pool to bikes available for use, all was way beyond our expectations. Just wish we could have had more time available to use the amenities but we were busy visiting tourist attractions and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay Glendyr you have a gorgeous home and the photos do not do it justice. The accommodation is far bigger than we expected. Brilliant 🤩 stay Annette Martin Claire .

Beautiful views to Tarawera, lovely lake access down stairs. Very quiet with lots of birdsong, we could sleep under the stars with the windows in the ceiling. Sheets were crisp and comfy bed.

I’m not sure why there is a bad review about Raj from another traveller. But Raj was welcoming, and adaptable to our change since our last person was not there when we checked in - and that was ok. We also had 3 kids with us and it wasn’t a problem. I HIGHLY recommend this place because it’s central to Rotorua town proper. I think my family, extended family, friends and I have found our future accommodation space whenever we’re in Rotorua. It is also SURPRISINGLY well stocked with things you may need, and theres a park right across the street. Overall 10/10. Thank you, Raj!

Our stay was amazing. The location was spot on, you had to drive for a bit to get into Rotarua but that was a small price to pay for the beautiful surroundings. The loft had an amazing view and was bright and clean. Bryony was a perfect host. Non intrusive button hand for a chat if you wanted to. We would fully recommend this Airbnb.
