We had a great short stay! Kids loved the toys, trampoline, and kayaks! House was clean and comfortable and matched the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Jessica's place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this house was the cleanest one by far and im super fussy!. I cannot fault anything at all. the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery etc and had the bonus of plastic wrap, paper towels etc!. Thank you for the amazing stay we would love to come back when we are next in the area.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

Place was around 20mins away from the center and very secluded. Great place for family getaway for some peace and quiet. Beautiful home and lake minutes away. However, not most convenient if you need to go out everyday.

We brought our niece and her family to this lovely home for a weekend. Just perfect with a separate hallway for the “kids” and a separate en suite bedroom for us. Great location and quiet.

Such gorgeous yards was a feast for the eyes! My boys loved exploring the gardens and the spa was a wonderful end to the day! Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay ❤️

My family and I really enjoyed our short stay at the Bird House in Rotorua! The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a short drive from the Rotorua town center. The house was exactly as described (and was huge for our small family). The next time we come to town, we will definitely check here first!

This place was wonderful. Clean, well communicated, all the necessities there. Nice big open living and dining. The hot tub was lovely after long hikes, and really clean and good instructions on how to use. Everything set up for when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again!

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

A great place. It’s massive so suitable for families. I took my two friends to Rotorua to celebrate their birthdays and we wanted a massive place that’s private and quiet so we can reconnect and talk about the world. This place offered the comforts that we needed. The spa and pool were top notch. Fair warning though the pool is very cold so a quick dunk is all you need to freshen up and then stay in the jacuzzi forever.

Beautifully appointed home tucked away in a scenic locale with easy access to all of Rotorua’s attractions. Quality of fittings and furnishing was top notch and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, even though the 3 neigbouring villas were occupied at the time we were there. Private tubs were a bonus for stargazing at night.

Un site magnifique, calme et lumineux. Belle maison impeccable accès possible au lac. Seules les mouches au coucher du soleil sont un petit bémol.

Awesome place! Everything you need plus more! Pierre and Susan are incredible hosts and we’ve probably had the best breakfast ever! Pierre is a fantastic cook and we had dinner there one of our evenings and it was fabulous! They really go out of their way to make us feel welcome!

Had a great stay here with a group of friends, lots of space for everyone and really enjoyed the pool table and spa. Our host was very responsive and quick to make changes to the booking upon request. Very clean and good amenities. A great place for a group of 6-8 people. Very easy check in and Wiliam was very helpful during the whole process, Including quick communication of items left behind. Overall a good experience

Dave is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during our stay. The cabin is cosy and well appointed and in a beautiful sunny and peaceful location. Our dogs loved the space and especially enjoyed meeting Dave's own dog (and they are very sorry about the destroyed toy!). Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with their 4 legged friend. We will definitely be back again.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – vom stilvollen Interior über die gemütlichen Badewannen bis hin zu all den kleinen Extras wie einem Milchaufschäumer. Das knisternde Feuer hat für eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt, und der atemberaubende Ausblick war das absolute Highlight. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder! Eli & Nico ☺️

Magnifique logement, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et l’emplacement est incroyable. La piscine extérieure était vraiment un gros plus et les œufs frais des poules d’à côté etaient délicieux! Les hôtes étaient très accueillants, vraiment rien de négatif à dire. La déco est faite avec goût et l’ensemble fait de haute qualité. On y retournera si on repasse à Rotorua

What an astounding rural location. We wished that we had booked for more than one night. We woke up to the sunlight creeping it’s way down the hill across the river and the sounds of birdsong and the river flowing past the cabin. Sitting outside eating breakfast we watched house martins swooping down to catch insects from the surface of the river. For us it was Perfect. Thank you Gary and Stacey.
