Excellent place. Was up in Leeds for my fiance to have a serious operation in Leeds General Hospital. This place was a short walk away and was ideal after very stressful days in intensive care. Just came back all amenities are there and such a lovely view over the canal. Loved my stay. Apart from the reason I was up there. Thank you very much 😀

Great host. Very responsive. Place was nice and cosy inside with lots of added things. Buck's Fizz too which was great!

A colleague and I were in Harrogate for a work conference. As most of our day was spent in the conference centre, we looked for accommodation that was super comfortable, close and hand and where we could be flexible about meals in/meals out etc. My colleague was using the sofa bed option in the lounge. Gemma and Andy's place totally met the brief, and we will be looking to book again in time for next years conference. Thank you so much :) God bless Helen

Wow, on all levels. My family and I loved our stay. What an amazing apartment, the best Airbnb I've stayed at! Loved the location as it's right next to the rail station and slap bang in the middle of the City center. Highly recommended and we will be definitely booking it again. John was a great host, brilliant and clear communication. The apartment was clean and all the amenities worked, comfy bed and decent shower. I had to work remote for half a day in the apartment and the WiFi was perfect and no issues at all for when using for work calls. The location is ideal, not far from a local supermarket and only a short walk to Shipley town centre. Overall, very happy and would recommend.

Spotlessly clean, very spacious flat. Jackie offers great communication and responded immediately to questions, including adjusting the heating while we were there. Beautiful river right there!

Can’t speak highly enough of the accommodation. The Yorkshire Hosts upgraded us to a bigger unit due to some heating issues in the booked rooms, prior to us arriving. The unit was absolutely beautiful, a home away from home over the Christmas break. It is in a fantastic location in walking distance to everything including the city center. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

This was our second stay in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment and will definitely book again when we’re in Leeds. Wonderful friendly hosts and very comfortable and quiet place to stay with easy access to the centre of Leeds and surrounding areas.

Stayed over for a few nights for a business trip. host was super friendly apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. Kitchen came fully equipped even left me milk and coffee. No problems whatsoever will book again 👍

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

Nice and clean, lovely lots of extra’s like slippers. Easy lock box to get in but for some reason he was adamant to let us in himself. Hot tub is a bonus. Shower wasn’t working for us, I’m sure he’s sorted it now. Great central location

Very friendly staff and a beautiful room, the building was a little rough in places, for some reason the room seemed to smell like smoke (this may of been because the windows were left open). Only a 20 min walk to the city centre and had lots of nice restaurants around it

Jackie and Richard were fantastic hosts , easy going and very clear with instructions for the apartment, responded very quickly to any messages sent didn’t get to meet them as it wasn’t necessary as it was all so well organised. We stayed for two nights in Apartment 3A the room was very homely and we settled in straight away , it was great to come back to after a long couple of days in the York . The apartment was very clean and hand all the appliances we needed , even a dishwasher! We left our car at the apartment each day and got an Uber into York for the Christmas market etc and found that very easy and reasonable in price . Thank you both for a lovely stay .

We had a lovely stay at Latham Lane. Beautiful place down to all the little decorative touches! Beds were super comfy and had everything we needed. Beautiful view across the hills and Jane was on hand to help with anything.
