Had a fantastic stay. The home was well equipped, clean, spacious and really just a cool spot.

This spot is convenient to the bus to go skiing while still being out of the hustle of town. There's everything you need to stay a few days and feel at home

LeighAnn's Place felt right cozy and right at home. She was very accommodating and got us in on very short notice!

Amber and Jamie are the best hosts!! ❤️Everything was as described and it was so peaceful and relaxing. There is nothing like wood heat! They make you feel like a long lost friend from the minute you meet them. They were so helpful with everything from direction to recommendations. The General Store is a must stop when in town - such a nice gentleman! Great experience!!

Tom was a great host- very friendly and responsive. He takes great care to ensure folks have a good stay. The house was perfect- clean, comfortable and in an absolutely adorable neighborhood. So glad we stayed, and we’ll be back again!

Look no further, this place is the perfect mountain retreat. We booked with a group of friends, we ended up canceling our dinner reservations because the house was so cozy! Some of the people in our group do not ski, so they took advantage of snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding on the property.

Charlie and Cassie’s place was perfect for our grandparents/young family gathering. Located in historic Old Town, it’s an easy and fun walk to the Main Street (Lincoln) with restaurants, shops, and the town’s ski hill while just a couple blocks from a large park with trails, creek and off leash area. Cassie and Charlie have completely remodeled the home and it has lovely original features (exposed brick, some original floors and windows) with new living room, huge kitchen/dining area, three bathrooms, and a lovely garden room. Everything was spotless and the kitchen well stocked; baby gear including a high chair and port-a-crib were much appreciated. Cassie & Charlie’s place was perfect for all of us (including the family pup) and we hope to return.

We really enjoyed this home….it looked even better than the photos! Loved watching the snowfalls from the big windows. There was plenty of natural light, lots of space, and comfortable beds. Loved that it was just a short walk into town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kaela was very helpful with recommendations and made sure to let us know she was available and responsive if we needed anything (which we didn’t, everything about our stay went smoothly.) We hope to return again some day!

Beautiful place, well maintained and updated. Sometimes descriptions exaggerate location, especially in a ski town. The proximity of this place to the resort is legit. So close to the gondola, and two hot tubs right out the front door. If you're skiing, it doesn't get any better than that. The place is spacious and comfortable. The second bed in the guest room is smallish, totally fine for a kid or teen but wouldn't recommend for an adult. But the master bedroom is amazing and the guest queen bed and living room sofa sleeper are very comfortable. Jana was a great host and has clearly spent a lot of time making instructions very clear, both in the app here and inside the condo. I appreciate clear and thoughtful instructions around the space. If you're skiing Steamboat, it doesn't get any better than this, and that's coming from someone who's been booking AirBnBs every year there for spring break for 10 years.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed at! We were highly satisfied. I would love the name of their interior designer lol. It was super clean, and the location was unmatched! The hosts were super nice. The unit had a great patio overlooking downtown and the ski mountain! We walked to the bars, restaurants, and shops. The parking garage was nice too! We didn’t want to leave, and we would love to stay again!

We had such an excellent time. Great location particularly because some of us skied and some did not. Highly recommend.

The condo is perfect for us. It’s clean with cute decor, and a wonderful porch with 180+ degree views of the mountain, the sunset, and the pool/hot tub. The location is also wonderful. Minutes walking to the gondola, restaurants, and base activities. We’ll be back.

This space was very nice, new, clean and worked for our family of 4 very well. It’s a ten minute walk to the base with two shuttle lines that stop by regularly. The view is awesome and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great little spot for a quick ski-in ski-out getaway in Steamboat! So easy to get to the mountain and the fob to the front door also lets you store your gear safely in the ski lockers which was a huge plus for us! Would definitely come back:)

Perfect spot if you want to be able to ski while also going out in steamboat. It is challenging to get Ubers so it was really nice to be able to easily walk right to the restaurants and bars. The Airbnb has everything you need and made great use of the space. The bus stop is super close and easy to walk to in ski boots. It’s a 15 min ish bus ride to the mountain but was worth it for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We were stuck in Steamboat for an extra night due to weather and Tara was quick to respond and help us out. She was able to get us checked in early which was essential with our young daughter. In addition, we left her snowboard at the location and she worked with us to help us find it. I can't thank her enough for her help!

This was a great place for travel with kids. The pool is basically right outside the door and Colleen keeps the place stocked with colored pencils, construction paper, post its, felt etc. There are also a ton of games for all ages. The beds were super comfy. And best of all the free shuttle to the mountain is just a few steps from the condo. All in all a great stay - we hope to be back next year!

Tim is very accessible and offered to assist when we fell ill. We are return customers because this place is a perfect match for us. Comfortable, walkable, easy shuttle ride to the mountain, great kitchen if you plan to eat in. Had more spices and other cooking dry goods than most AirBnBs plus nice teas and coffee. I thought I would miss having a DVD player but I survived and chose a book from the fantastic selection above the couch.
