This property is great for big families. Loads of space inside and fantastic garden with lots to do for kids and toddlers. Hot tub was a perfect temperature and host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. There are nice walks around the area, and the general setting is very good. We walked to the local pub for a great lunch. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Check in was easy.

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

Lovely house in a beautiful village close to all restaurants and pubs. Everything we needed was in the property and we would definitely stay if in the area again. Highly recommended.

We had a good few days at Matthew's place, which was easy to find, and very convenient for what we wanted to do locally. Matthew is a very responsive host, and easy to get hold of. We appreciated the little touches, like a bottle of wine in the fridge after a long journey and chocolates on the pillows. Our son didn't want to leave when we left 🤣.

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eleonora’s house. The house was beautiful and everything that you could want for a weekend away was provided. Great attention to detail throughout the house. The area is beautiful and so is the house

Emma’s place is simply wonderful. This is the most *homey* home away from home we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve loved all our AirBnB stays!) We were so incredibly comfortable from the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left. There were MANY extras we wouldn’t normally find (even in other 5* stays) and appreciated these greatly. Super comfy beds, fantastic location, very modern; couldn’t ask for more. After the slightest hiccup with the hot water, Emma went over and above to address it immediately (and permanently). She couldn’t have done more to make us feel settled and comfortable. Emma is very approachable and friendly. A highly recommended host and property! We chose to stay here to be close to Drayton Manor (12mins away) and had the best day. Coming back to such a cosy and comfortable home after a long day was the best tonic. We’d return without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay in Cheltenham at Brett's apartment. I traveled for a visit with my mother and two-year-old son, and all was listed accurately. My son delighted in the toy cupboard in the living room with many toys and books to read, and looking out the large sunny living room windows at the street below. We found the kitchen well stocked with essentials and easy to find everything to cook a few meals with, and we enjoyed having breakfast here every day. The recommendations for restaurants were all stellar, especially the local top Indian restaurant and Sunday supper down the road. I especially appreciated the walkability of the neighborhood with a stroller, and we walked everywhere, only taking cars to specific destinations such as Cotswolds Farm Park and the historic steam railwa, which was a highlight for my son. We appreciated the responsive communication and help from the hosts throughout our stay. Recommend for families and those looking for a quiet change from London.

Good stay. Few things could have been improved but happy overall.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

Overall a very good stay, this apartment is as described. Great location, central to everything. Marvin was a very helpful and responsive host, we would stay again!

A place I now stay for second time. I will for sure come back to this same place next time I go to Leamington Spa, it feels very much like home in all aspects. I can only highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

Lovely stay, property was clean and tidy with everything you would need for a short break. There is a local park a few minutes walk if you are bringing a dog. I would rate our stay 10/10 and highly recommend to others. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for our stay!!!

Great stay at Joanne’s apartment. Everything was as described, great facilities, clean and comfortable. Really good location. Complimentary snacks were very appreciated. Joanne is a kind and attentive host, giving clear instructions, making the stay very simple and hassle free. Highly recommend.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Smart well-designed flat with a kitchen crammed with all the neccessary bits & bobs… and way more. Cozy bedroom with a bed that made for a restful night. Bathroom was clean and modern. Parking arrangement was quite convininet - permit for the zone around the local streets. A real coffee machine was much appreciated. As were thoughtful touches all over the flat.

Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.
