When we entered the home the photos didn’t do the place justice. It felt so homey and welcoming, and the layout of the house was perfect. The decor as well throughout the house made it stand out. We enjoyed the hot tub at night after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely book this place again if available when I come back!

Comfortable rental in a great location. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the easy access to downtown Black Mountain and Asheville. Easy walk down to the tavern and Japanese restaurant in the village of Cheshire (which we did 2 nights of our stay). A few additions such as tall planter on the side porch to provide a bit more privacy from the adjacent over flow parking, bedside lighting for the downstairs bedrooms, floor lamp in the living room, and shades for the back deck French door would really elevate the comfort of even more! Enjoyable 5 night stay; we would stay there there again.

Keegan's cottage is adorable! We had such a lovely stay. It was nice to walk into the house and feel right at home and cozy. If you are looking for a secluded, in the mountains type of stay, (yet close to so many great places) this is it!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather and Bob's little house. We loved the layout and that it was private. The little extras were much appreciated - muffins for breakfast, chocolates on the night stands, etc. Heather and Bob made their place very inviting. Communications were great and they even provided easier directions than the GPS provides to reach the house. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent choice for our extended family. My parents, myself, and each of my kids had their own private bedrooms. In addition, there were two bathrooms upstairs plus a half-bath downstairs. We enjoyed lots of areas to sit and visit with family. The dining table was big enough to accommodate us all and we even had enough room to play several card games. The kitchen had a nice big refrigerator/freezer and was well stocked with anything we needed. The Keurig got lots of use since we are all big coffee drinkers. I liked that we didn't have to bring any linens/towels. In addition, having a washer and dryer on site made it easy to have plenty of clean towels to use. The hot tub outside was an added perk!

This home is lovely and the host has been very thoughtful to ensure guest comfort, stocked kitchen, soap/shampoo plus many other items that were truly appreciated. Even better, the fire pit by the beautiful creek is magical. You can position yourself there to see the fire, forest, creek and mountains! Just fantastic. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for my adult sons. We all enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi as well. Plenty to do both inside and outside. Since we spent Christmas there it was very special to have a decorated Christmas tree and other decorations! We would love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The home was gorgeous in a beautiful location with easy access to town. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit while we were there, so we had to evacuate. Asheville was devastated by this storm, so we lost power, water, cell service, and had to contend with many downed trees and power lines to evacuate. Lucas was very responsive and concerned about our well-being. Once able to receive texts, he had been routinely trying to check in with us to make sure we were okay. Although the beautiful mountain road was severely impacted, most of this house was spared, except the garage roof and driveway entrance and exit. I pray for an eventual return to normalcy for Asheville its wonderful people, Western NC, Eastern TN, and upstate SC. As for Lucas’s place, this would have been the perfect home and location for a vacation rental had this once in a 1000 year storm been a factor. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a propane generator.

We had a fabulous girls trip at this property in North Asheville. Woodfin is a great location and had walkable restaurants nearby. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. 16 minutes to the Biltmore House. The property itself was amazing. We had six ladies on the trip and we all felt that there was more than enough space in this home. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. The gas fireplace was an awesome perk. Hot tub was very enjoyable in the cool December night. And the wine fridge upstairs near hot tub was a delight. Highly recommend this property as well as the other YONDER properties. I would definitely use this property again when I return to Asheville.

Our stay at Christina’s place was nothing short of amazing. Every detail of the space was so intentional and well thought out, making it not just a place to stay, but an experience in itself. From the beautifully curated decor to the thoughtful amenities, it’s clear that the hosts put a lot of care into ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable. The surrounding scenery was absolutely stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more special. Whether enjoying our morning coffee with a breathtaking view or unwinding in the cozy space after a day of work, everything about this place felt just right. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a unique and well-designed getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

Casey’s place was perfect to heal us after a traumatic time in life. We got to enjoy a great restaurant just a short drive down the hill, steam and dry sauna, indoor pool and spa. All for the price of staying here. It really was a blessing in the form of a truly last minute booking. It was a private and serene location— with the comfiest bed. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our weekend in the cabin more than we could have imagined! The perfect spot to disconnect from the outside world, but close enough to any food, brewery, or scenic locations to still feel like part of civilization! Clean, cozy, relaxing space. We had a couple intense jenga matches, too! Would definitely start again on another journey to the Asheville area!

This cabin is a perfect romantic weekend getaway. Felt very private and cozy, the hot tub was a hit. Shower had a cool vibe aswell and overall we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend if your planning a trip to Hot springs and value some privacy.

We had a great holiday stay at the cozy cabin in the woods! It’s even more adorable and decorative than I imagined from the photos. We really liked that the rooms are on separate levels so everyone had some space. Also, you’re on your own private drive, truly a little wooded sanctuary. Pro tip: turn on the hot tub asap once you arrive because it will take quite a while to fully heat up in the cold. We weren’t really able to enjoy until our third day. Also, it was such a quick drive to Asheville and a few of the surrounding areas. Everyone was so happy to see out-of-towners after the storm. Everywhere lets you take your dog inside! The cabin was very easy to have a dog at. They left special linens you could put over a few of the furniture pieces, but our 4 legged family felt welcome. Loved this cabin and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the mountains from the big windows were awesome. The hot tub was very relaxing. The fire pit was nice to sit around at night. The stars at night were so bright. Visiting the shops and restaurants in downtown Marion was nice and convenient. I’d love to see the outdoor string lights repaired, it looks like a storm took down half of them

Our stay was great! There's plenty to do in Hendersonville, with some great restaurants (our favorites were Umi and Hen dough) and fun little shops to pop in to. There's also Asheville nearby and some good hiking trails as well. The cabin itself has a really nice vibe, and the fireplace and hot tub work well too. Some Air BnBs go a little too far with eccentric decor, but this place feels very tasteful while still being unique. Kaitlyn was also responsive with helping us out with a few things, and gave us multiple opportunities to contact her if we needed anything. Overall it was a great time, and we would love to come back - maybe with some friends next time!
