We loved staying at Michelle’s place. It was very clean and relaxing and the place had all amenities as described. The hot tub was a special bonus after hiking and water sports. Michelle is very responsive and friendly. We would definitely book again!

We had an incredible time staying at Katy and Dave's beautiful log house on the Sunshine Coast! Our group of ladies came for a retreat, and the house was perfect—spacious, cozy, and filled with charm. The peaceful surroundings and nature views added to the relaxing atmosphere. Katy and Dave were very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our retreat and would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

Our stay was truly special. The location is perfect—with unobstructed views of the ocean, and the soothing sounds of sea lions and birds in the background. The home is thoughtfully designed, and we had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The bench with that view felt like a dream, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and the outdoor fireplace was the cherry on top. Bree was warm, welcoming, and very kind. We’d love to return!

My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING 3-night stay at this beautiful little cottage! Upon arrival we were greeted by Nao and Tal and then given privacy to spend quality time together and reconnect with nature. Everything you could need to cook was provided in the kitchen, there were multiple board games that we played, and a large selection of movies that we watched to unwind from the day. Our favorite perk was the outdoor bathtub!! It was fast to fill with the tap and set in a private location just outside of the master bedroom. On our second night we asked to use the fire pit outside and was graciously provided with wood, kindling, and paper quickly! We were never disturbed by Nao or Tal and felt right at home for our mini vacation. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage for everyone needing to get away for a few days and will definitely be back soon! 💕

Loved our stay at the Little Bear Cabin. Richard went above and beyond to get the hot tub set up in winter conditions. The wood fired hot tub is great in the winter and worth the effort. Thank Richard for a great time!!

This is an amazing property! The view is amazing. The cottage is so cozy. The kitchens are incredibly well stocked in both the suite and cottage. The beds are comfy. The hot tub/spa area is great. And while the walk between the two houses was a bit nerve racking in the rain/dark, the path is well lit and has tread along the way, keeping us safe. The doors are a little sticky to both houses, so at times we would get stuck outside, but eventually we were able to figure them out. But Chris and Jenn were great communicators and were able to assist when we needed it.

We only had a short stay but the space had everything we needed. Tracy was super responsive. The House was quiet and easy to get in.

Our hosts were very responsive when we communicated. The home had very comfortable beds and it was kept clean. Nice fenced yard for our dog and a walking area at back of house, accessible by gate. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cute cabin. What a special spot! We enjoyed exploring the inlet with the canoe provided and exploring some of the local hikes. Be sure to try to the local Mexican Restaurant. We loved the seclusion and quiet this cabin provided with easy access to any groceries or other amenities we might need.

Spacious, homey, cozy and friendly. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay on the island and caught some early season warm weather.

Daniel’s place on Quadra was wonderful. It made me feel like I was visiting a family cottage. Every small detail was taken care of down to the full towel closet, a pantry and spice cupboard, and the espresso machine. Sitting in the front room looking out at the ocean, watching the birds and seals and orcas go by during the rain was food for the soul. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful and peaceful place. My wife and I were originally planning on doing a camping trip but due to the dismal rain weather, we decided to book an Airbnb suite for the family. I'm happy we went with this place. It's on a farm so it's a very peaceful and quiet place. I love the llamas and the Billy goat - always made my morning! My wife fall in love with the two horses. The host was super helpful and responsive. Great location up island if you want to explore Coombs, Parksville, Qualicum Beach and other locations! I'll love to go there again another time in the future. Note: while farm's water is from well, it may have an aroma and it feels little slummy. But it's safe to drink and shower. If you're concerned about the favour, you can always bring bottled water.

Great value. Felt very at home. Super nice host providing cereal, milk etc. One of my best Airbnb experiences so far. Will definitely return when back in the area.

We had the best stay at Barbara’s! It was spacious and well-stocked and very comfortable.

Our party included 4 adults and two children. We stayed in the house for four nights. This is something which we do every summer, staying in different houses near Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We were happy with our rental this year (2024). We liked the fact that this complex includes a swimming pool. We also spent a lot of time at the beach. (We used the beach folding chairs which are available in the unit.) We also walked in the adjacent Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We also drove to some stores in town. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the BBQ for three of the dinners. It was useful that one of the bedrooms includes a desk. Sandy communicated with us (via the AirBnB app) several times. We had a great vacation. I should also mention that after we checked out we discovered that my granddaughter left a certain item behind. Sandy assured me that it will be mailed to us. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and into town. Nicole frequently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we made many meals there. We look forward to returning!

Wow; what a great spot. Perfect getaway for a few families. So many activities to do and very comfy. The pool was a huge amenity for the kids (and adults). Definitely will go back!

My family of four stayed at Nyna's to attend a wedding over the Labour Day long weekend and enjoy some relaxation time at Rathtrevor Beach. The cabin had an absolutely perfect location for our purposes. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the beach, but we also drove to Rathtrevor whenever the kids insisted on bringing an excessive number of toys to play in the sand. The cabin itself was exactly as described and pictured. We were not entirely sure of our check-in time due to needing to pick up supplies on our way to the cabin, but Nyna still stuck around to welcome us in person upon our arrival and give us a personal tour of the place. She was an extremely responsive and helpful host. We would highly recommend her place to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you, Nyna!

There are three things that made Dave & Kate’s place the best AirBnB experience I’ve had: cleanliness, thoughtful touches (especially in terms of being kid friendly), and quality of furnishings. I usually bring a sponge to clean the bathtub at an Airbnb listing, because I need to bathe my young kids and it’s rarely cleaned well. You do not have to bring extra cleaning supplies to Dave and Kate‘s place. It is spotless. No sticky floors and counters from non-rinse cleaning solutions. This rental will feel as clean as you would want your own home. I don’t know if I have enough characters to describe how carefully thought out and well supplied to this rental was for a family. There was a highchair, a cupboard full of books and games that took my preschooler days to get through- hours of enjoyment just from simple touches. There was children’s cutlery, beach toys, and even a Pack and Play in the closet. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Linens were home quality+. Highly recommend.

If you are fortunate enough to book Donald’s property, you will not be disappointed. My sister and I booked this unit and were so happy that we did. The property houses many more people, but it was also great for just the two of us. We both had our own bedroom and bathroom. So nice. The location is awesome. We walked on the beach and just relaxed. The pool and hot tub were great. This is a beautiful place and we will definitely be back hopefully. Thanks to Donald and his cleaning lady. Cheers Sandra
