Amy’s home is beautifully designed and felt homely with the little touches such as a trampoline for the kids, and a vege patch. A great location, with beautiful views. The coffee shop is a one minute walk away which is also a bonus!

We absolutely loved this place. The patio views are way better in real life than in the photos plus we had perfectly clear skies to watch the stars from the hot tub. We spent most of our time in town or on the patio and enjoyed the views day and night. Even though it’s near town and the owners live upstairs, we felt like it was really private. We had 2 adults and 2 kids 14 and 16 years old and there was enough chairs and space for all of us. The toilet and the shower are separate which makes sharing one bathroom easier. We also loved having access to the paddle boards and kayaks, we just didn’t have enough time to use them. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms is attached to the living room and the kitchen isn’t a full kitchen. This didn’t bother us one bit as we spent most of our time outside and eating out but is worth knowing for planning purposes. We will 100% stay again the next time we visit raglan. Can we give more than 5 stars!?!? The woolshed is beyond special. The house is amazing with great windows and 360 views of the sunrises and sunsets. The property itself is one of a kind. It felt like we had 3 miles of private beach. 20 minute kayak across the harbor to restaurants in Raglan, an hour drive around for surf lessons at Ngaranui beach. 2.5 mile walk to Mussel Rock if you brought your own board or just want to check out the tide pools. Great kitchen for cooking your own meals. Good coffee setup with 2 french presses and a stovetop espresso pot, plus a great grill on the back patio. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the stargazing. All in all, I hope to return one day.

Had a wonderful stay. The view was exceptional and perfect weather for kayaking and paddleboarding. The Bach was as per the online photos. Would 100% stay there again.

Sue and Donna’s place is just gorgeous. It’s small but perfectly formed. Super comfy bed, beautiful view, great location and everything you need for a lovely stay. Sue and Donna were so kind and helpful to us.

The house was simply perfect in all respects. The location, amenities, facilities; the whole experience was seamless and an absolute pleasure for all. I would definitely stay again and I thank Rebecca for a lovely time. :-)

We just had one night on Raglan. The accomodation was clearly a place that welcome visitors and makes sure,that they have everything thats needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The only really small thing, is that you need to bring your own sheets or rent them. We haven't had that anywhere else, so we dragged the sheets around NZ for basically that one night... we knew in advance but when you are travelling, everything that takes unnercessary room is a bit annoying. Anyways. everything else is lovely and I would totally recommend it.

Breathtaking views, huge house that could more than accomodate us, very well equiped with everything you needed and more in the kitchen/bathrooms. Rose was very responsive when we needed help figuring out the T.V. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We have been coming to Aotea and staying at here for 6 years now! Always leave feeling refreshed from such a relaxing stay!

This was a perfect stay for us being first time visitors to Raglan. The location was perfect and parking off the road was a bonus. Hosts were warm and welcoming - very approachable! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spic and span! A real gem.

Dave and his family were great hosts. They were very helpful. We could borrow a soft-top surfboard, boogie boards and a big kayak including tips on when and where to go with it. The little house and the caravan were amazing and we enjoyed eating outside a lot. We can highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs around the world by now, and I cannot think of another one that had a location quite like this. The views are incredible and every window of the tiny house looks like a painting. I wish we had had more time to explore the tidal flats right beside the house or go kayaking there! The house itself was lovely, very clean and well equipped. Georgia also graciously allowed us to check out later, since the house wasn't booked the night after, so we could enjoy this amazing place a little longer. (Also, ant problem seems to have been solved, at least we only saw a single one.)
