We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful , very well-equipped and well-designed house. it was perfect for the 6 of us and one little dog. We very much appreciated the kind touches of a decorated Christmas tree, a full log basket for the woodburner, and gifts of wine and chocolates. The local village pub was friendly and served us a lovely NYE meal, too - top marks all round.

amazing stay really private and hit tub was really nice, relaxing with the log burner and Sylvia even made a homemade cake for us included in the birthday package, got the flowers requested and decorated really nicely including a bottle of champagne! really nice house would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing place. Private, spacious and homely with the most stunning view. This was by far our favourite stay and hope to visit again one day. We enjoyed a lovely bbq and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. The music outside was a great touch, and nice to be able to log into our Netflix. It had everything we needed and had an amazing time playing games.

Our weekend at Mount Pleasant Barns was nothing short of magical! Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this beautiful retreat offered the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings, rolling fields, and the peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was seeing the adorable baby lambs in the nearby fields and made the stay even more special! After being out all day exploring the surrounding areas (there are so many places to visit) and enjoying the fresh air, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to unwind than soaking in the hot tub under the stars. It was pure bliss! The barn itself was beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It’s a slice of heaven and we can’t wait for our next visit in December.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

What a great place to stay! A lot of attention to detail which goes a long way. The check in instructions were so clear and with photos which made it so easy to find. The cottage is off the main road and would be difficult to find without them. Little things like having an extension lead next to the bedroom mirror for straightners and hardryer, coffee pods for the coffee machine, toiletries, robes for the hot tub and wood for the fire are lovely touches that made the stay really special. Everything was lovely and clean, and all the kitchen basics supplied. Including plastic cups for the hot tub. Hot tub was great, garden was very private and not overlooked. Heating in the cottage was good as well. Nothing worse than getting out of a hot tub when its cold outside!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Xxx

We had a wonderful stay at Church Steps. A very beautiful cosy cottage with tasteful decor and thoughtful touches in a peaceful location, yet an easy drive to local attractions. Victoria was an excellent, communicative host with some really good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The Ebrington Arms - just a 2 min walk from the cottage serves sensational food. Highly recommended!

Almost exquisite, extremely well equipped and beautifully maintained small period property in a great location offering both easy access to the town, either on foot or by car, and a very pleasant semi rural immediate locality. Really easy to find and good convenient parking. Owner’s communications are prompt and helpful, and instructions accurate and admirably clear. Our strong impression is that owner understands needs and concerns of visitors. As with all very old residential buildings space is of course tight. Highly recommended.

The property is well thought out and very comfortable. On street parking was no problem and right in front of the house. Everything is well appointed and it’s a great base from which to explore the area. The welcome pack was very generous and we really appreciated the delicious homemade bread,eggs, milk and orange juice. A real treat on arrival. We want to explore the area further and would like to book again.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

we live within a couple of hours of had property, bug fancied a weekend away and this cottage was perfect. As soon as you walked in you could tell it was well looked after and smelt clean and a fresh laundry smell and the bedding was also clean and smelled of fabric softener....which is a nice touch. The whole cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend. All amenities you could ask for and the host left us a nice welcome pack too.

We absolutely loved our stay at 'the Piggery' We could not have wished to stay anywhere better. The cottage was very well located for our visit to Leicester and the perfect place to come back to and relax after a busy day. It was spacious yet cosy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very stylish and luxurious with super comfy sofas. The hot tub was a welcome addition. Thank you Emma, you have created a beautiful luxury place to stay and we look forward to returning very soon on our next visit to Leicester.

Was really nice staying at Lucie’s place. Went on a walk and stumbled on a farm about 5mins from the property which was a nice surprise

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

A beautiful place to spend a few nights. Judy has thought of everything. We were very comfortable and made to feel very welcome through helpful messages. We can’t fault our stay other than it wasn’t long enough which wasn’t Judy ‘s fault! We would love to return.

Lovely hosts who sent more detailed directions on how to find the property. The house was immaculately clean with good amenities. Beautiful and spacious house in a beautiful location not far from Warwick and Stratford.

A lovely bolt hole for a weekend getaway from the stresses of life. Cosy and everything you need. Great to have a fully-fitted kitchen making it easy to prepare food too! I’m sure we’ll be back 🙂

Great location and property for our wholesome girls trip to the Cotswolds. Perfect base camp for our day trips. Great, friendly host and a lovely cottage, highly recommend.

Perfect for a quiet break away from busy lives, extremely peaceful. Amazing views and not far from towns with shops and restaurants, everything you would need. Responsive host who helped with any queries we had. Great modern facilities. Even warmly welcomed by two friendly dogs! Would definitely recommend.😊

this place was beautiful and very close to Shakespeare land Just a couple of things could have had more fire wood as it was only enough for one night we stayed 3 nights and think they could have provided a bit more however we bought more and it is not the end of the world the main beds are only double or queen and being 6ft can be a little tight if more than one person however was lovely place thank you
