Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

I really enjoyed my stay in the pod. It was really clean. Peaceful and private. My host was really helpful and had lovely little touches in the pod. It was lovely to sit in a hot tub and look out on beautiful views. I will definitely be returning.

This is their home and it was lovely and cosy, full of everything we needed to entertain our close family over the weekend. Gorgeous gardens and a bountiful cherry plum tree - great for crumbles and with yoghurt! The instructions were clear verbally and in person, and later in WA messages so we navigated around things easily. Blissful week. Even the Moto GP didn't spoil things - we foolishly hadn't realised it was on during that weekend.

Our stay at Lower Nill was so lovely! The hut is so well equipped, very cosy with some lovely touches. We really enjoyed the wood fire hot tub and the pizza oven! Jonathan and Jenny were both so helpful, helped us get the pizza oven going and the hot tub and were just generally really lovely! The farm is really quiet, nice to walk around. Slightly chilly time of year but we managed to get that winter sun one day, and with a coat and the fire pit going it’s lovely!!

This was the perfect place for a chill weekend with friends to celebrate my birthday. It was a good balance of social and private spaces!

Lizzy's place was wonderful. We were only there for a weekend and I would love to go back for a longer stay. There was plenty of space and the hot tub was a bonus. The property is also close to some very pretty villages and towns - highly recommended!

Our group of 8 really enjoyed it here, Stephanie's place is very cosy and secluded so great for a getaway/bonding time. The house was clean and the amenities (snooker table!) kept everyone busy. It was also nice to have the choice of two dining spaces, both in the Apple Barn as well as in the main house. It was very cold when we visited so we didn't get to enjoy sitting outdoors, but this would be a real treat when it gets warmer. Overall highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Quart. Sarah was a great host, we really appreciated all of the lovely home made kitchen extras. The accomodation had all of the mod cons, was warm, comfortable, inviting and nicely decorated. Peaceful location in a great spot to explore the Cotswolds. Highly recommend.

This was a work stay with 2 colleagues. It’s an ideal location, 5 mins from the office and the lovely Fleece Inn round the corner. Spacious house, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Beverley is a great host and very responsive. The milk in the fridge was really appreciated. We hope to be back soon.

Lovely comfortable cottage in the most beautiful village. Directions were easy to follow and we were able to gain access with ease. Visited the local pub on Friday night recommended by Becky, which was great and literally a few minutes walk from the cottage. The cottage was warm and cosy, with comfy beds and suited us perfectly for our weekend away!

A perfect short stay. The location was great and Zoe was very friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in a wee bit early and showing me round. Car parking was easy and I didn’t want for anything and thought the accommodation was outstanding value. Zero qualms about staying again. Thanks!

We have just got home from a fabulous stay at Lion Cottage. It is definitely one of the best cottages we have stayed in. It is warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. The bedding Pat provides is high quality and smelt fresh and clean. A big tick with us! It is easy to park and the location is fab. Brockley is a real hidden gem in the Cotswolds and the cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner is a must! We ended up eating there everyday! All in all a fab stay and highly recommended.

David is great host - friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible and accommodating with my long stay booking. And very responsive when I needed help with fixing a problem. Many thanks, David.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

We loved our stay at Caroline and Roger's- situated in beautiful, peaceful grounds with amazing views of the surrounding countryside, and the property was very clean, cosy, spacious and well-equipped. We felt very welcome, they are really friendly hosts. A great base for walking, as well as the Foxton Locks and Naseby Civil War battlefield and memorials. Market Harborough is a lovely town and not far by car, as are other historic houses and gardens, but unfortunately at this time of year they were all closed. We would happily go back and stay at the property again in the Spring/Summer to explore. Highly recommend!

We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We stayed in the cow pen for two nights. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Wendy gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat. We enjoyed the local pubs and visited the red wings horse sanctuary. We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

This was a return visit for our family pre Christmas get together. Communication with Sharon before and during our visit was excellent. The property has changed from 2 years ago with an additional “snug” lounge and different layout for one bedroom and kitchen but the standard remains the same very high level and the overall space is very comfortable for our group of 11 (8 adults and 3 children). Remains on our “to return to” list. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy's cottage! Wendy gave so many local recommendations, and we especially loved the local farm stand right around the corner. The cottage is cozy, charming, and clean. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh flowers, a bottle of sparkling wine, and candy. The kitchen had everything we needed, including fresh milk and a basil plant! We really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Our best stay ever on AirBNB!
