Overall, I really liked the place. My whole family was able to stay very simply it was let us stairs, so must have the ability to walk up many stairs to get to the room. Also, the water heater switch was something that I figured out just being In Jamaica a lot it wasn’t necessarily something told to me so I think a part of the instruction should be turn on the water heater an hour before you need the water to be hot cause I took two days of cold showers before figuring out the timing of the water heater. There was only 1 remote for the ACs & the entire place so some people ended up sleeping & freezing because another person had the one remote in their room and they didn’t want to disturb them so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, the place was super neat super clean. The beds were great & she was a great host. I would definitely say that the veranda’s were dirty and the main reason we chose this spot was because we’d be able to walk into the beach but couldn't bc algae.

What a treasure ♥️ Nestled in a quiet condo with an ocean view, this place was a breath of fresh air. Everything was as described and pictured, but better. We had an amazing host who was very responsive, we were close to the beach and the nearby attractions. We had everything we needed! Highly recommend, you won’t regret your stay here

The view was amazing from the balcony of Susannah’s place. The location was perfect and so close to so many places in ocho rio. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

With this being my 2nd time in JA, the host made things very simplistic. The view from the balcony at night was probably my favorite thing about the airbnb. You can see the night lights and even hear music playing from John Crow’s Tavern. There was coffee pods which was very much appreciated because it helps start the morning for me. Also, there was an iron and iron board which is a necessity for any airbnb in my opinion. Nikia’s pictures and descriptions are honest which was something I questioned since I haven’t stayed at this particular location before. I was glad to be able to walk minutes away and be right at the restaurants and shops that Nikia mentioned. I felt safe at the airbnb and while walking to and from. The locals are friendly, and the staff who take care of the complex are approachable as well. I would recommend this location and would definitely stay here again when I come back to Ochi. This place is absolutely beautiful. It was right on the ocean, you heard waves from the porch daily. We used the pool daily! It was quiet yet close to town, and so many good restaurants and activities. We used the housekeeper who was offered, and she cooked delicious meals and was super friendly. I loved how quickly Nicola answered any questions we had before and during our stay. One of our guests had slight mobility problems, and this place was the absolute best to be able to get to the pool and ocean!! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

An amazing stay ! Very clean, spacious. Every room felt like home. The kitchen had all the necessities needed. The pool area was beautiful. 10/10 recommend, you won’t regret your stay there!

It was such a wonderful experience being at Susanna’s apartment. She was Very Friendly and informative! I was Touched to find a beautiful card and bottle of wine that was left for me to celebrate my birthday, what a pleasant surprise! I left right at home being in the apartment and my family and I enjoyed the pool. I would Highly recommend this property and would most certainly rent this apartment again!

Great play to stay. Be sure to get directions, as Google Maps does not show the correct location. It is conveniently on the beachfront area.

Ince is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure if meeting. He was supper accommodating, helpful and honest. I booked Ince’s place to celebrate my birthday and he went above and beyond to make my birthday special. My room was filled with balloons and the happy birthday banner that made it extra special with no extra cost. The location is great. And I would recommend anyone coming to Ochi Rios to book his place you will not be disappointed. The penthouse style views from Ince’s place were breathtaking. Stay here! This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! He provided contact details for a great driver, which was really helpful. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a pool and a grill by the bar that serves great local food – highly recommend the steamed fish in particular! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Santa Maria was fantastic! The villa is in a perfect location for exploring Ocho Rios, with top attractions just minutes away. The facilities were excellent, and we loved the pool area and the private sea access, which made for an unforgettable experience. The community was warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of our stay. A special shoutout to Nadine, the housekeeper, who was lovely—she cooked us delicious meals and shared great local tips. Simone's place was exactly as advertised. The location was amazing, close to bars, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time away. We appreciated the little touches such as providing coffee/tea for our morning breakfast and a few welcome snacks and drinks. We would definitely stay at Simone's again!

Excellent Condo space. I would rent again. Stayed 5 days. Ocho Rios is the best beach area. Having direct beach access is a big plus.

We had the most lovely stay at the apartment! The view was spectacular and Amar was a super responsive and helpful host - sorting us with local guides and transport alongside reccos for restaurants. Can’t fault it and would go here for any Ocho Rio trip!
