If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Mirko is the perfect host. Always available, friendly and with great recommendations. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Authentic, modern with all the amenities you could desire. Great location! We travel often, and we’re very happy with our choice. Delivered breakfast was perfect to start our day!!

Eine absolute Empfehlung,die Villa ist Luxus pur und es fehlt einem an nichts, super eingerichtet,alles absolut sauber,alles was das Herz begehrt von Pool,Whirlpool, Playstation, Kino,Unmengen an Spielen wie Tischtennis, Volleyball,Badminton (alle Spielgeräten vorhanden), die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet,dass man braucht,der Kühlschrank war sogar befüllt,da wir sonntags anreisten,Ivan ist der beste Host,den man nur haben kann,hat uns stets Empfehlungen gegeben,alle Restaurants für uns reserviert,um Ausflüge gekümmert,selbst als wir einen Arzt gebraucht haben,hat er sich sofort gekümmert,unglaublich nett,herzlich und aufrichtig, tut euch etwas Gutes und bucht die Villa 😀Danke für Alles

Villa Maria is a perfect escape. Great pool, hot tub and facilities - around 25 minutes to get to Split (though parking in the city is a bit hit and miss). Ideally you need a car to get around but it’s perfectly located for peace and quiet. Ivan and his father were superb hosts - second to none. Very responsive if we had any queries during our stay and provided a brilliant welcome pack when we arrived (which was particularly welcomed as our flight was delayed meaning we arrived too late for the supermarkets). Many items such as paper towel, bin bags, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bbq charcoal, drinking water etc were already provided at the house meaning that those frustrating initial buys were not needed. This made life much simpler/ cheaper than most Air BnB rentals. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but still had a great stay. I'm sure we will return.

If you enjoy modern architecture, smart and minimalistic design, you will love this place as much as we did. In a quiet town on Brac with views over the village and the sea. We enjoyed our evenings on the lounge area at the pool; our breakfast at the large table with a view, and the food beds and well designed bathrooms (with great showers and bath products). We considered it a very lucky find!

Marjan ist eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben immer sofort Antwort auf alle Fragen erhalten. Die Villa ist genau so wie auf den Fotos, ausser, dass man nicht sieht, wie steil und schmal die Anfahrt ist, und dass das Haus mit einem 2. zusammengebaut ist, und deshalb etwas ringhörig ist. Klimabedingt sind alle Türen verzogen, man konnte alle nur mit viel Kraftaufwand öffnen und schliessen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit allen möglichen Geräten. Es hat aber ,nur, Salz und Pfeffer zum würzen. Der Weg zum Meer geht über mehrere Treppenstufen, ohne Geländer, für ältere Leute nicht so ideal. Obwohl etwas ab vom Schuss haben wir die Ruhe extrem genossen. Die Bucht ist super und das Wasser komplett sauber und klar. Leider ist das Wasser im Whirlpool anfangs der 2. Woche grün geworden und wir konnten ihn nicht mehr benutzen. Nichts desto trotz wären wir gerne länger geblieben.

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Ana hat uns sofort zu Beginn freundlich begrüßt und alles erläutert. Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten daher den Außenbereich kaum nutzen. Auf kleinere Probleme (Sauna wurde aufgrund der Außentemperaturen nur 45 Grad warm, Außenbeleuchtung ging nicht an) hat Ana sofort geantwortet und versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Ich kann Ana uneingeschränkt als Gastgeberin empfehlen. Die positiven Bewertungen sprechen für sich. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were travelling as a group of 9, including 2 teenagers and 2 children under 10, and this villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was ample space to socialise or enjoy quiet moments apart, striking the ideal balance. The top-of-the-line kitchen facilities gave us the option to stay in, and with groceries delivered, we could easily store a week’s worth of food. The high-tech TVs kept the younger ones entertained with their favourite shows. The rear of the villa, with its stunning sea view, is slightly off south-facing so the garden has plenty of sunlight for sunbathing, while the pool stays shaded until lunchtime, perfect for the kids who played for hours in the morning. Croatia’s landscape is breathtaking, and from the villa, you can enjoy views of both the sea and hills. It’s the nicest villa on the hill and truly felt like a home from home. The team have done an excellent job, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect stay!

Host was super helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. This property is ideally located to the water, coffee shops (Cookie Lab is great!), restaurants and downtown to the markets and palace! We were very comfortable here with the 6 of us. We downloaded the WOLT app (similar to the US DoorDash app) making groceries and food for some meals easy. Tons of Ubers around within 1-3 minutes to get to different locations, Highly recommend

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Gordans Villa in Split! Die Lage ist ideal und gut erreichbar, sodass wir ohne Probleme anreisen konnten. Die Villa war makellos sauber, was uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Gordan war ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, der perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen ist. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Erfahrung – wir können Gordans Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Der Blick vom Balkon aus, direkt auf das Meer, war super entspannend. Die Anlage hat den Bildern und den Angaben entsprochen. Der Service vom Haus war spektakulär. Dora, die fleißige Fee, hat auf Wunsch alles erfüllt. Sie hat das Haus fleißig gereinigt, auf Wunsch auch täglich. Jure, der Concierge, hat auch jeden Wunsch erfüllt, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Er hat viele Tipps zum Essen gehen uns gesagt und hat uns viele Freizeitangebote angeboten. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir hatten auch den Service des Chefkochs gebucht, hier muss es jeder für sich entscheiden, ob dies dem Gaumen entspricht. Wir fanden es gut. Wir wollten ursprünglich unsere Fahrräder mitbringen, dies ist nicht zu empfehlen, nicht allein wegen der Anfahrt, sondern ist es in dieser Region nicht machbar. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und waren mit allem Rund um sehr zufrieden.

We had a lovely stay at Mario’s villa, the views are stunning. As a group of ten we had plenty of space and highly enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a secluded area for privacy but when leaving the villa I would highly recommend leaving any valuables or cash in the safe. We used the private chef who was fantastic. Communication was easy and the hosts were very responsive. Would recommend, we had a great time.

In dieser Unterkunft konnten wir mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, denn trotz dem gemeinsamen Haus, hatten wir dank den einzelnen Schlaf und Badezimmer privatphäre. Der Strand ist einen gemütlichen Spaziergang entfernt, jedoch sehr anstrengend um wieder zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, da diese auf einem Hügel ist. Darum haben wir ein Taxi gebraucht um dahin zukommen. In Makarska kann man sehr viel Unternehmen, uns wurde nie Langweilig. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt beim Check-in. Danke das wir kommen durften!

A must-stay! We enjoyed our time very much at this house. For one week we were living like royalties (it felt like). A wonderful pool, our own barbecue place and such a spacious villa. Beautiful trails right outside the house and the most amazing view. In addition Josko and his wife were excellent hosts, beyond what you can expect. Cannot brag about this place enough!

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lucella sehr genossen. Wir waren 9 Personen, wobei die Villa auch entspannt Platz für 10-15 Leute bietet. Die Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungsmerkmalen entsprach 1:1 der Erwartung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan, was wir eher positiv und unkompliziert wahrgenommen haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tollen Sportanlagen (Beachvolleyball, Tennis inkl. Flutlicht), die wir intnsiv genutzt haben sowie Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad gab. Einzig negative Kritik ist der wiederholte Geruch nach Rauch/Qualm in einem der Badezimmer in Verbindung mit dem Grillen (kam über die Lüftung). Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige und unkomplizierte Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was just as described, and we particularly liked that all of the rooms were ensuite. The outdoor area was at least as beautiful as on the pictures, we were happy to use the barbecue place outside and loved the pool. Communication was very easy and flexible. We definitely recommend the villa as a great place for a vacation with friends.

Sandra is an amazing host. Our flight was seriously delayed meaning we had to take a ferry to the other side of the island. Not only did Sandra organise a taxi to pick us up, she also waited up past 1am to greet us at the villa. She also got up at 6am on departure date to run us down to the ferry. She did so much to make us feel welcome and was always on hand to help and provide information. Villa Lemo is beautifully clean and tidy, situated just 10 minutes walk from the wonderful harbour area of Bol. 5-star from start to finish.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans cette magnifique villa. Elle est très agréable, Andelko vraiment très acceuillant et sympathique. Nous avons profité des piscines, du jacuzzi, du sauna, de chiller au salon et de profiter des terrasses et des endroits de jeux pour les enfants! Nous étions 7 et avons passé un super moment. On recommande!

Som flere andre har sagt så var det en ubetinget overraskelse å komme til dette luksuriøse huset hvor man har tenkt på hver minste detalj. Det gode bassenget med gode solsenger og boblebadet var spesielt populært. De store balkongene på hver leilighet var også et stort pluss. Eneste minus var at huset ligger såpass langt fra sjøen med en bratt bakke opp. Men er man ung og ellers god til beins så er det helt greit.
