This quaint little house was perfect for our family visiting friends in Russel Springs! Felt like home! A little noise from the highway during the day but it quieted down after dark. Thank you Valerie for sharing your beautiful house!

Today this lake house is a treasure, is an understatement. The description given matched perfectly. We were 7 adults and 5 children and had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. We stay often at AirBnb rentals, and this is by far the cleanest and most well stocked we have ever been to. We cooked just about every meal there and did not need anything. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the bonus of the Blackstone was great! The views are incredible. We spent many days going down to the lake where the kids found many geodes and fossils. It is secluded and quiet and the perfect place to relax and feel refreshed. Samantha was so extremely easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, It is a trip we will never forget.

This place looks exactly what you see in the pictures. The place was immaculate and the owners had anything you need in their house. I was shocked to see the owners even supplied coffee, cream and sugar for their clients. This was the first Airbnb I had ever rented, other than when I traveled to Europe. I will rent from Airbnb instead of staying in a hotel when I travel. If you like to fish, this is the place to stay. It is close to the lake. Thank you Jodell, will definitely be back, but hopefully under different circumstances. My friend said she will definitely tell families that come to visit her about your place.

We had a great stay at Jo's Cottage, which was clean and comfortable. We are familiar with the area and have friends nearby, so it was a perfect place for the two of us to have a relaxing time with all the amenities we could need. Mary was phenomenally responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

The Farmhouse was a beautifully decorated clean home in a beautiful setting. It was close to stores and restaurants. We loved sitting on the back porch visiting with family by the firepit.

Serene location where you can star-gaze and listen to birds and the waterfall as you pull up. Everything is about 100 yards from the home (gazebo, firepit, pond, waterfall). Internet is strong. Clean home and utensils. Deep desk. Thoughtful details. Although Somerset appears 15 mins from Nancy, KY, other reviewers are correct that the nearest towns are 40+ mins from the home. My dog and I enjoyed hiking (off-premises) and then relaxed amongst the top-tier nature the property offers. Justin is outstanding - thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!

My first time getting an airbnb and I say it was a success! I tend to be the cautious type of person so the idea of an airbnb was something I was effy about but since my family was there I was a bit more open! Jordan’s place was a pretty good match for me and my family since we had a few people that would be staying in! They had multiple bedding options and a comfy living room! If you needed anything (rags/towels extra covers, few kitchen supplies) it was there! Since it was extremely cold outside we couldn’t enjoy the outside but that’s okay! I honestly wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Excellent place to stay. Clean, private and peaceful. I’ll absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

Our plans were almost canceled due to water damage at another Airbnb but were saved thanks to a last minute pivot and very prompt response from Chris. It wasn’t what we were planning originally but we enjoyed our stay here so much more than we would have with the other place. It was a great location and we were able to go on a very nice hike which was our favorite part of the trip. The space was super clean and we felt right at home right away! Chris was super responsive very quickly for our entire stay and made things a lot easier for us. We would highly recommend a stay here and would love to come back ourselves.

Debra and husband were great hosts. Nice accommodation, clean, lights went out came out and brought us a lantern, the last night we stayed, we meet with Debra and husband very friendly, nice couple. I would stay in their place again

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

Tony’s place was absolutely phenomenal. It was in great condition, we had 4 guys and each had their own spot to sleep comfortably. Absolutely no complaints and already planning a golf trip next year

We've been coming to Woodsen Bend for over 30 yrs and have rent too many unit's to remember. Beth's unit is clearly the most comfortable, and well appointed we have ever rented. She has prepared a home away from home. Amazing from A to Z.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was great and the area was very peaceful. The owner was super friendly and easy to work with. We were a last minute booking and a late arrival and he was ver accommodating. Will definitely stay her again.

We have been going to Woodson Bend since I was a kid. We finally outgrew my parents place and needed a place of our own. We had a great stay at this Condo. We have 4 kids and the bunk beds were great, the condo was clean, and they had very detailed instructions.

Liz and Wade were great hosts. We arrived late and they greeted us at our car helped carry in our bags and did a once over on everything about the place. The linens were fresh and kitchen and bath was well stocked with all of the necessities and then some. Breakfast was made every morning and was such a nice treat to have from them. Liz made sure to ask what time we wanted to eat and it was ready. Wade got a fire ready for us each night and came out to visit as well to let us know about fishing and the lake. Even though it was in the bottom of their finished home it was very private and we never felt like there was any invasion of our privacy or space. It does seem a bit far away from the main road but having come in the fall we rather enjoyed the scenery while driving to and from. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully have more time to go out on their boat with them.

Wendy was a great host. We frequent Woodson bend and I will be saving her place as an option in the future. Walk to the pool in less than 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. You will need to purchase ice as the fridge did not make any, not a big deal since you can get a bag at the guard shack for a few bucks. The only thing I will mention is that I believe owner has a dog so if you have allergies, be mindful of this. My wife dealt with allergies during our stay so she avoided the living room and took Benadryl to help. We were gone most of the day at the pool or on the lake. Overall, nice and peaceful, would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room. Convenient to pool, playground and restaurant. Stools around the kitchen counter instead of table with chairs.
