We had a great visit in Seward. Kaylee’s apartment was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, we chose to drive because of the rain, but could have walked.

We enjoyed staying at Maggie’s apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, conveniently located. Thank you! We would highly recommend!

Where do I start!? First, the communication was fabulous from beginning to end and upon arrival, Paul met us, showed us around, and greeted us with an offer of fresh sockeye, salmon, and moose steaks!! To pay for all of that would’ve cost us a nights rental if we bought it in Texas! Jenifer was amazing so sweet, helpful, flexible, and so much more! This house is gigantic! There is enough room for 13 to 15 people to sleep comfortably! Even Mark could squeeze in if they were children. There were four of us and we had the entire house to ourselves, which was like having a lovely house for each couple. Including two kitchens! We were even given free art prints that the owners family member created!!! You are surrounded with 300° views of two different lakes with plenty of outdoor activities.I would write a lot more but I’m running out of characters!Thank you, Jenifer and Paul for an amazing stay and thank you for letting us book June already!You can’t go wrong with this historic homestead!

It was a very nice, warm, and welcoming stay.

This is a perfect cabin for a family location no matter what season. Private with abundant wildlife walking through or flying around the yard. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Although we didn't need to use the items, it was a great comfort to know we had bear spray, insect repellent, brand new toiletries, firewood, bottled water, etc. at our disposal if needed. The heating system works great. The edible goodies supplied really were helpful when we first arrived because we were so excited to be there, we didn't stop for snacks on the trip. Enough beds available for 6 adults split into 3 rooms. The host, Sarah, went out of her way and above any expectations to make our stay wonderful. Nothing but praise for this place or the host.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location close to the ski resort. Also a great home base to all activities near Anchorage north to Palmer, south to Seward, and Kenai to the west.

The jacuzzi tub was awesome, nice and deep. The space was laid out nicely and well stocked with supplies. The host was very responsive.

We found this place to be a great location as it’s far enough from the chaos of downtown, but close to amenities. We felt very welcomed and their warm hospitality made our stay perfect. We are returning soon for another visit!
