Third time back and won’t be the last! We had a great time enjoying time with our dogs, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and soaking up the serenity of the night sky in the hot tub.

This was probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The house was lovely and so well equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom showers were great! Larry was responsive, helpful, and friendly. We especially appreciated the niceties left at the house like fresh fruit, cookies, and milk/cream in the fridge. We will be back!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb last weekend, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Jess, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure that everything was perfect for my stay. The place itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and kid-friendly. It was one of the most peaceful places I’ve been and the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Dani And Luis’ place! The house and Air Stream were spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! The home and Air Stream were in an area of true country living. It was so quiet and dark at night, which made for peaceful sleeping. Dani was an outstanding host. She went above and beyond to make my experience memorable How amazing that I was able to bake such an important part of my son’s wedding in a kitchen that had everything I needed. Dani loaned me a Kitchen Aide Mixer and ensured that I had every cooking tool needed. The house had beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. There was nothing left out. Dani also made the most delicious lemon cake as a welcome gift. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It felt like my home away from home.

This 1880s home was beautiful to say the least. So much history in this home and the unique accomodations are a great break from the modern norm. Don't think twice, this place is perfect for your summer getaway or spring retreat!

I stayed here with family for a very quick weekend in Sonoma County, and the house worked out very well for us (6 adults and 2 kids)! It was super clean with lots of amenities - plenty of towels, blankets, snacks, kitchen supplies, new appliances, etc. It's very much so in a quiet neighborhood and near downtown Cotati, so that was nice to be able to walk to! We all agreed we would stay here again if we were in the area and needed another space for a large group.

House was a great space to relax with a small group - we each had our own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all which is what we wanted for the time away! Host also provided us with a bottle of wine and plenty of snacks (and coffee) for our stay!

Met our expectations. Large space for a studio, great well-supplied kitchen, nice balcony with a grill. Murphy bed was as comfy as a regular bed thanks to a thick mattress.

This airbnb has a lot going for it. It is two blocks away from the train station, across the street from Whole Foods, one block from a very good mexican eatery that is well loved by locals, and within 10 minutes from downtown. But for someone having to downsize, Austin went above and beyond. I’m so glad I stayed here. To be helped when you need it most, that’s everything!

Monica & John were extremely accommodating and helpful, also very kind and friendly. Very willing to go above and beyond as well as helping problem solve when an issue arose.

Everything was perfect! We were very happy to find a spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment after a long travel day and Robin even made the effort to buy some German groceries for us! Communication was easy with prompt answers and Robin even let us use her washer and dryer. Can absolutely recommend this place.

Delora is very friendly, and her place is the perfect getaway for a weekend to wine country! The windows truly do make it feel like you’re in a treehouse! Delora was extremely responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Loved our stay at the Inn. Lindsey met us & was so gracious. She gave easily understandable instructions & was very welcoming. We particularly enjoyed breakfast around the dining room table with the other guests. Getting to share the experiences & recommendations from others regarding the places to visit, where to get the type of food or wine we were interested in was great. Close walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tasting rooms yet quiet & peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Glen and Dawna have set the bar high. Though I have used AirBNB many times, I had never just had a room/area directly in the hosts home. I had always just felt weird about it, but this experience wasn’t weird at all. Dawna was so very kind and hospitable. I couldn’t have asked for more! The space was perfect. Plenty of room, comfy beds, snacks and bagels for breakfast provided. Just thoughtful touches that made it feel more like home. I would recommend this stay to anyone and would without a doubt stay here again!

I'm so happy I found this gem. We stayed in the Jenner room - super cute, cozy and clean. It felt a little like we were in Tahoe with a splash of wine country. Bryce and Dana were super accommodating and had great suggestions. The breakfast sandwich was hands down the best breakfast sandwich we had ever had (hope I'm not setting the expectations too high)! Thanks for a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

Just do it. Steve is not only a creative person who fills his home with art and engaging objects, plus a mesmerizing koi pond. He's also a warm and welcoming host who anticipated our needs so well and was extremely gracious. The place was great to stay in, and unlike any Airbnbs these days, it's actually his home and he actually wants to host you well. Steve's recommendations for what to do in the area are worth heeding as well.

Patty is a very nice host! We enjoyed a very quiet and relaxing night in her home! Her friendly cats were a bonus:)

What an Oasis! I’d give more than 5 stars if possible. June makes a great breakfast and Paul is a wealth of local information. The pool was perfect too!

Don & Christine are truly two of the nicest hosts we have ever stayed with in an ABB. This was our second time staying at there beautiful property just a short five minute drive from the downtown of Occidental. It is extremely quiet, and we were treated to an open sky full of stars as we soaked in the hot tub out on the deck. Don always has a hot cup of coffee waiting in the morning which we always appreciate. We got to sit and have a glass of wine while sharing stories and appreciating Don's art work in there home. If you just need a room in a cozy house on a gorgeous property, we highly recommend staying with Christine and Don!
