The Roost is a perfect spot for a getaway. Just a few steps from the plaza, the location could not be better. Ann was a great host, always responsive and kind. Felt welcomed immediately. We are definitely going to stay here again when we come back to Healdsburg. I would give this spot the highest recommendation to any couple or single person visiting Healdsburg, or Sonoma County.

Geoffrey and Camille were wonderful and the apartment was very homey. We had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed. Great location, quiet, plenty of space but still easily walkable to downtown. We would stay there again!

This is a perfect location to stay in Sonoma. About a 1/2 hour stroll to downtown area offering many restaurants and wine tasting locations. Kathy was always available and provided excellent recommendations. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a full day of hiking in the area. The place was fully equipped and spotless, and was exactly as described. It was a great choice for us.

Great property and the cozy studio was perfect for our needs. Easy to navigate entering the property and it’s close food and entertainment. We enjoyed the privacy and would enjoy to stay again

Home away from home! Kate’s lovely studio cottage was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The studio is more spacious than expected and beautifully decorated! The bed was luxurious and everything was immaculate. The backyard where we had lunch our first day was whimsical and so peaceful. Kate left a giant binder full of detailed instructions, local restaurants, and things to do. They provided us bicycles to explore as well (although we ran out of time). So many lovely restaurants and wineries in the area. We enjoyed Sonoma Valley Trail Rides at a nearby winery and had a picnic after. We hit up a pub in the town square where they had an excellent live band performing. Very cute small town with lots of character! We left Sonoma feeling incredibly relaxed. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to visiting in the future!

Really nice place to stay, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and a good kitchen. A nice decking area with loungers to enjoy the outdoors, and the property has a great view of the sunrise. Near to Sonoma town and really easy to get around. Eliza was a perfect host, recommending local wineries and really responsive and friendly. Easy self check in as well. We really enjoyed having a nice place to relax in after a day walking in the national parks and sightseeing!

We've stayed here many times and we tell friends and family about it as well. It's perfect for one to two people, wonderfully located near downtown, close to restaurants and a great market but also quiet and removed from traffic or congestion. Additionally, the bed is amazingly comfortable, the hosts provide great coffee and the kitchen is completely outfitted if you're interested in staying in and cooking. This place is a find!! My only complaint is that the schedule fills up so quickly and it's sometimes hard to reserve.

Remote but stunning property with clean and smart accommodations, Doug was a very communicative host. Wish we could have stayed longer!

As I prepared to have a night away from my family; some much needed mom time; I was nervous about staying by myself, but once I got there and opened up the house, I had no more reservations. Not one time did I feel unwelcome or unsafe. The permanent neighbor was kind, quiet, and minded their own business. The views were amazing, they had bird feeders on the deck, which added the perfect entertainment for a quiet evening sipping wine and watching the views. I sunk into the bed and got to sleep in a whole hour! Jon was responsive to my questions, and even laughed at my bad jokes.😉 The cottage was clean, and the windows had screens on them so I was able to open up the house. Overall this was a short but sweet stay, that helped me recoup my sanity and go home with a fresh rested point of view.

Very comfortable and well finished casita on a beautiful property. A very quick drive to local parks and other stores to address all needs. Also just a 13 minute drive into Healdsburg to enjoy the great food scene and everything else it has to offer. The caretaker on the property was always available if we needed anything including fresh eggs from the property chickens! Very high levels of communication from the owner as well! Be aware that if you are used to blazing fast internet and need to work from there, this could be a challenge. We lived in a similar situation re internet so not a shock for us…just take note. We enjoyed our stay and will return if possible!

We had such a fabulous stay at Jeremiah’s place. It was beautifully decorated and super cozy. We loved how close it was to town, as well. Just an incredible experience all around! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a beautiful and peaceful setting. Sunrises were spectacular and worth the early rising. The place was lovely and felt brand new. Diane and John were great hosts. We will definitely return.

We spent a week at Anita's place, it is very nice, private, and comfortable. The home is located in a very quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood containing many restaurant choices including the highly rated El Molino. It is 2.5 miles from the Sonoma Square, less to the historic General Vallejo's home, and nearby hiking at the Montini reserve trail with gorgeous views of the Sonoma Valley. Communication with the hosts was easy. They are welcoming and accommodating making our stay very enjoyable. Their dog, Oisin, is one of the best behaved I have met and added another layer of fun to our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb. We hope to stay again. Anita is definitely a superhost!

Wonderful getaway in a converted barn in the back of a small cheese factory. Super clean, airy, well-lit place within an easy block walk of three great restaurants.

Came for a quick getaway out of the city! This was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful surroundings in a private and quiet neighborhood. Within a 5 minute drive to all the restaurants and downtown. Very clean and cozy spot. Highly recommend.

SONOMA is beautiful in the fall. Patrick’s Dojo was the perfect place to stay. Centrally located right in the town of Sonoma. Walk, ride bikes or drive to downtown, just minutes away. Clean, spacious, home-like. We used both beds and the pull out - the pull out couch was comfortable. Jim is a great host with great communication.

Highly recommend Jamie and Laurie’s unit. We were in Petaluma for a work trip, and absolutely felt at home. It is very well equipped, the kitchen was perfect for us.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It’s a little house behind the main and just a few blocks from downtown. There was a peaceful backyard view, full of active bird life and the beginnings of a home garden growing. We even got our own parking space. The host was super helpful and even baked us cookies. What a score! The host was also really communicative and flexible. Well worth it. We felt right at home.

This is my third stay at Seth’s flat, it is an excellent location and extremely comfortable.

Loved the finca! Great location for access to Sonoma wineries and vineyards, particularly Dry Creek, Russian River and Healdsburg. The house was beautiful, comfortable, private and spacious. Highly recommend Dawn's finca, would absolutely stay again when in the area.

Amy and Tom are terrific hosts- this is our second stay with them! Their place is private and extremely quiet with a nearby mountain stream. The Airbnb is easily accessible to both Sonoma and Napa valleys, numerous great restaurants, and hiking trails. We will be back next year!

Jakob's cottage was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great location with easy access to both Calistoga and Clearlake. We didn't get to meet Jakob, but he was friendly and very clear in his communications. Would highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a place to call home while in the area!

Jill's house is amazing. You can enjoy its coziness with a book by the fireplace, go for a morning walk in the redwoods, or take a 5 minute drive to Sea Ranch Lodge to hike a breathtaking cliff walk trail and sit on the beach. The house has everything you need, there is a supermarket and few restaurants 15 minutes away. One of the most magical places on Earth, would definitely like to visit again.
