Gigi is a great host. He was very helpful and even translated, from Georgian to english, when I needed help. He’s kind and had a welcoming approach. The condo was perfect for me and it was overall very nice stay, highly recommend

J’ai passé un peu plus de deux mois, parfait dans ce logement, à tout moment l’hôte était joignable et très réactif pour répondre à mes questions au besoin au niveau du logement, cela correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Très bien rangé, très propre et spacieux correspond à la description. Je recommande. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs gentillesse

It would be precisely where I would want to be in my future visits to Tblisi. Kakha was very courteous and helpful. Nice view of mountain range from balcony. Convenient food stores connected to building. All new buildings in community. Very clean and safe environment.

Beautiful home, amazing host and prime location is what could sum up our stay. Nino has been such a lovely person, very responsive, and she was kind to allow us to do an early check in due to our flight schedule. The house is cozy, and felt right at home. Nino and her husband were always available for any help we needed. If I get a chance to visit Tbilisi, this will be my stay. The house is equipped with all the amenities, and brilliant interiors. It is walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. A clear 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you Nino, for hosting us, and making our stay memorable.

Lovely stay at this cozy apartment! It is fully equipped, very comfortable, and most importantly, clean. However it can get a bit noisy, especially on weekends, since it's located in the heart of the city. Marina and her son were highly responsive and extremely helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city, and we will definitely stay here on future trips.

Spacious apartment, great for a family. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc.

Мы снимали квартиру на месяц. У нас не было никаких проблем с общением, все вопросы решались очень быстро. Из очевидных плюсов: есть все необходимое, даже посудомоечная машина и рабочее место. Квартира просторная, светлая, в супер районе. Из особенностей: квартира в старом доме, есть недостатки в ремонте, которых не видно на фото, но нас это не беспокоило. В ванной может быть не очень приятный запах из сточной трубы, но с ним справляется вытяжка. Кондиционер работает в большой комнате, в спальне в сильную жару может быть немного душно. Чтобы в душе был сильный напор горячей воды, нужно включать в розетку насос на кухне. Очень много тарелок. Но почти вся посуда не предназначена для разогрева в микроволновой печи кроме одной глубокой керамической миски. Просто есть ряд нюансов, на которые тяжело не обратить внимание. В целом мы остались очень довольны проведенным временем в Тбилиси и выбором квартиры.

Потрясающие апартамент с невероятным панорамным видом на город! Отдельный восторг ванная возле окна! Как пожелание больше свечей для создания атмосферы.

Было очень приятно находиться в таких интересно спроектированных апартаментах с обилием дерева, картин и аутентичных вещей. Я отлично провела время в таком уютном и эстетически приятном месте. Общение с Димитрием было превосходным. Я буду скучать по этому дому. 🤗

Second time staying with Eter, and another fantastic experience. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Eter is always very kind and considerate and checks in to make sure everything is ok while you are there. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a stay in Tbilisi - many shops to choose from nearby and great location for exploring the city with metro and bus stops very close. The best Airbnb I got. Everything was marvelous, starting from the cozy atmosphere and ending with the magnificent view from the balcony. The host was very responsive and every penny is worth paying for this beautiful apartment!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ruth's apartment. It was very spacious and cozy. I especially appreciated that the bathtub was perfectly clean and in good working order. The instructions were clear, and the host was proactive and polite. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Tbilisi! 😊

Хорошая квартира, хоть и 1 этаж, но света достаточно. Чуть было прохладно дома, но был обогреватель. Полы холодные были, в прохладный период я бы рекомендовала брать тапочки) А так хорошая квартира, отличное месторасположение, дойти до центра 30 минут, да и рядом много заведений хороших. Рекомендую.

O apartamento é muito espaçoso e com uma iluminação natural perfeita. A vista é realmente linda, histórica e como na descrição TUDO é perto: Ótimos bares, restaurantes, lojas… é um prédio antigo, por isso uma experiência real dos tempos soviéticos… A energia do lugar é maravilhosa, a moradora tem muito bom gosto! Eu queria ser amigo dela! Roman que nos recebeu é atencioso, prestativo, responde com agilidade e foi muito legal todo tempo que nos comunicamos!!!! Eu amei muito e de fato elevou as expectativas. Recomendo muito! 🤍
