Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. Super friendly host, great place to stay! No complaints at all, I felt completely at home my entire stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I highly recommend this air BnB for anyone needing to stay within the area.

It was a good stay very nice place…

Had blemishes on ceiling and wall patched up damage, but overall place was well decorated and clean. A couple concerns. We were awakened by workers hammering on the roof without ever confirming with us that there would be workers or any disruptions. Was not mentioned before booking confirmed. Turned out did text me but only minutes before while sleeping. We have 3 dogs and disclosed in booking. To be considerate, we covered the furniture with sheets/covers we brought, cleaned place and picked up yard droppings etc before leaving. Tried to go above and beyond only to be charged $150-200 more for additional cleaning and alleged damage. This was in addition to the $2500+ we paid for the stay. I have never had any complaints on condition of a place after a stay with or without the dogs. Seemed odd, but I paid the charge to resolve matter. I asked for items allegedly damaged that we paid for, but told some items already donated. Still waiting to see other non “donated damaged ” items

We had an incredible stay at this lakeside Airbnb! The house was perfectly stocked with all the essentials we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The decor was tasteful and cozy, adding a lovely touch to the entire space. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after days spent by the lake. The peaceful setting and beautiful views were the cherry on top. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed for a company meeting at Kim's amazing home. Everyone was in awe of the homes historical beauty, the designer décor, and comfort. We voted to stay there again for our next work trip if this location is available. Kim was outstanding on communication, super nice and personable - just SO sweet! She left us goodies, which the guys loved to have snacks. The beds were sooo comfy and that bath tub is amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Ruston!

I had an excellent experience staying at Kever's place. It was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful and well-maintained. Kever was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to meet all of my needs. He was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Kever's communication was impeccable; he responded promptly and all of his instructions were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend booking with him if you're considering a stay—he truly made the experience memorable!

This is the most perfect stay in Monroe. Peggy’s home is beautiful clean and specious . Peggy is such a sweet soul. Will definitely be booking here for my future trips. High recommend .

The house has been remodeled on the inside and is very nice. There is a lot of cabinet space. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the cooking utensils you need. The house is on the corner and the driveway is off a busy street. However, it did not bother us at all. We sleep with a fan and sound machine and didn't even notice the traffic. The kids had a sound machine too, so it didn't bother them at all. The kids were able to ride their scooters in the driveway and the street that is on the side. Sandy was quick to respond. There were nice added touches like shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, TP, and even laundry soap available. Made the stay a little bit easier. We would stay here again.

She is good communicator and excellent host I have ever seen. if you want to stay I would recommend this.

Cool historical building! Comfortable and clean furnishings!

Downtown West Monroe, told my cousin to pick me up at Edges , the barbershop. He was a bit incredulous with me being bald and all. He gets his beard trimmed there. My other cousins get all their kids haircut there as well. They didn’t know about the Airbnb. So you walk through a barbershop filled with folks at the barbershop. The owners a transplant from NOLA, so apparently the town has embraced him and for good reason. The bakery across the street was da Bomb, courtyard on cotton art gallery had a great show of LA art. J-Mac’s sports bar was like stepping into a New Orleans locals hangout. Either bridge across the Ouachita river is an easy stroll to the Warehouse restaurant, or the Cotton exchange, and on the west Monroe side a Louisiana seafood joint lookin at Monroe across the river. The BBQ joint on Trenton st smelled right just didn’t have the time or belly to eat there. The WMPD’s detective unit is right across the street from the bakery and it shows. 5 stars all the way.

The penthouse was amazing! It was so great to get ready in for my wedding this past weekend. The host was very responsive and very flexible with my check in.

Loved the place. Could have used more explicit instructions for getting in. Can’t touch the key pad to light up the numbers. You must touch the first number of your code to light up the pad to make it work. Otherwise, it was great.

My mom stayed here while we were celebrating Christmas with my wife’s family. Very clean, nicely furnished, and convenient location!

Prime location in downtown. We easily walked to restaurants, bars, and even the civic center. Would definitely stay again.

We had hearings at the 4th Judicial District Court. This listing is very easily walkable to the court which made our work much easier. The place was clean, tidy, and had all of the accommodations that we needed. Lastly, there are some nice places to eat within a short walking distance.
