We really enjoyed the house and surrounding open land. It is just far enough to be a nice quiet area, but you still have local neighbors next to you and behind a tall wooden fence. The house is very well kept and is great for family gathering. We had 4 adults, three children under 10, and our small dog and never felt like we were ever in each other's way. The listing does state that there is another apartment on the property, but we interpreted this incorrectly and was not expecting it to be an attachment to the house. We had no problems with the other tenant there, but the proximity was something that we were not expecting. Again, I feel that was more on us and our interpretation and not anything on the owners. Overall, we loved the family spaces, we enjoyed the property, (the horses could have been more attuned to my wife wanting to give them pets, lol), we would definitely recommend that property if traveling to Murfreesboro!

Awesome getaway in Eagleville. The Cabin was delightful, spotless, and well-furnished, and the bed was really comfortable. Great location close to town while also feels tucked away and private.Pam was outstanding with communication and service, and we will definitely stay at The Cabin next time we come to Eagleville.

The little cabin was our first time with a tiny house experience. The place was very cute and comfy. If the weather had been warmer, we would have built a little fire in the back and the firewood was provided. The heat worked very well and so we were comfortable even with cold weather. The land around us was surrounded by woods and open fields and were great for walking. The shower was very unique as you had to step in a bucket. At first we were concerned it would be a weird experience, however, the shower had nice warm water and there was no issue with water getting on the floor. It was a pleasant experience! Anyway, it was a nice overall stay!

i cant say enough good things about this property. we arrived to a winter wonderland scene as the cabin was fully and magically decorated for the holiday season. the vibe was perfect. the location private. the land and home were full of love and healing. i cant recommend this one highly enough.

This little place was perfect for us for a weekend getaway without our kid! Ron and Malinda are wonderful hosts and quick to respond! Be sure to check out their farm goods store it was such a pleasure talking with them about their farm! We can’t wait to visit again!

This was a wonderful place for a quick getaway. It is right across the street from Arrington Vineyards. Beautiful setting. The cabin is rustic but has all the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. We utilized the firepit on 2 of our nights. It sits right on the creek bank and is below road level so it is private. We had a possum visit us on both nights. LOL. It is very close to downtown Franklin and also Nolensville. Highly recommend!!!

This cabin is adorably furnished and has the scent of fresh cut pine. It has beautiful touches of wood throughout, and it has a spacious walk-in shower as well as a gigantic soaking tub. It was great for a friends-get-together weekend. It rained and we didn’t take advantage of the acreage to walk but did watch several deer from the decks.

Beautiful comforting place to be. I would stay here again and again

I truly loved this place. It was so peaceful and its a place where you can really relax and get the rest you need from the world around you!
