Bèatrice’s place is stunningly gorgeous with such beautiful views of Lake Muhazi even from the house. The house is a cozy homy place, very clean and well decorated we felt right at home. We enjoyed having meals in her big beautiful garden and relaxing right on the lake without having to leave the house. Overall we were very pleasantly surprised as we felt the pictures posted actually did not do the place justice, it’s way more stunning in person. My friends and i definitely plan on going back whenever we have another chance for a relaxing weekend getaway. Finally, Béatrice had two locals at the house who were waiting to let us in. Both gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful during our stay. We appreciated them so much.

We love this rustic cottage and having access to the private beach! Plus there are a few great beachside bar / restaurants within walking distance. The property staff are very friendly and helpful; they even started a fire for us on a cold night. Only tip for other guests is to bring cooking supplies (oil, salt, coffee, etc.) and toilet paper as well as bath towels, since these weren’t supplied and shops aren’t close by. 10/10 recommend. Already looking forward to the next chance to visit!

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa rodeada por gente de otro planeta: acogedores, sonrientes, serviciales, estupendos animadores y cocineros! No te faltará de nada se te quedas en esta casa. La villa está en plena renovación, un lavado de cara importante para una casa antigua, pero bien situada, protegida y acogedora. Por la noche podrás disfrutar de conversaciones mágicas alrededor del fuego y compartir momentos con los anfitriones. Ha sido estupendo! Recomiendo esta casa a todo aquel que busque sentirse en su hogar en la otra parte del mundo. Pura vida! Abrazos chicos, sois los mejores! We miss you guys, already! Tukopamoja! Nous avons passé un super moment ! L'endroit est calme, paisible, la maison était propre, Thérère était très réactive par message. Parfait !

Outstanding cottage with a perfect view of the volcanos. Loved canoeing the lakes, watching the birds, and enjoying the lake fish at the nearby restaurants. Perfect getaway from the busyness of the city and towns. Even extended the stay by another day of peace and quiet. Would happily return!

le logement de Béatrice est particulièrement agréable, situé les pieds dans l'eau il est a la fois charmant et confortable. En outre, Béatrice s'est montrée extrêmement accueillante et aidante envers nous (réservations bateau, barbecue, pédalo, ...). Nous lui sommes très reconnaissants pour cet excellent weekend. nous recommandons évidemment.
