Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

We had a big family gathering for the weekend. The house was fantastic and we'd love to return in warmer weather to be able to use the swimming pool. The house was plenty big enough for our group...12 adults a toddler and a baby plus dog. The facilities were great. Our group especially loved the tennis court, snooker table and football table.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

We had a wonderful time at The Salt Shack - one of our group is a wheelchair user and we really appreciated how accessible the property was. Karen was also a very thoughtful and generous host, we would love to stay again.

It was a real pleausre to stay, for the second time, at Emily's house in Bembridge - which served as a great launchpad for a half-term jaunt in the Isle of Wight. I'm looking forward to our return visit!

We had a great stay and will return again in the future i'm sure. The caravan was spotless, in a great location and Roxanne was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Lovely chalet with panoramic views

We had a great time here. Views are amazing . The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outdoor space and the hot tub. Great place for walking.

An amazing place with amazing hosts. We stayed for the whole month of January, and felt right at home. The town was great, lots of places to eat, drink and walk, everything you need right on the doorstep Becci was super helpful and friendly, and was always available to help. Super comfortable beds and everything was provided Would 100% book again if we was in the area

This is a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to my friends and family as an ideal place to base yourself for a few days in the forest.

We stayed 3 nights and it was our second staycation with our little baby. We were greeted by the host, Stuart who kindly took his to time to show us around the flat including where things were including recommendations of local food places etc. He was extremely helpful and did not rush into showing us around. The flat is beautiful with a large flat screen TV which we made the most of ie Netflix and BBC iPlayer. There is free parking which is a bonus. If you are staying indoors, there are quite a few things that will keep you entertained other than the TV; books, board games, BBQ, fire pit and a large bluetooth speaker. Stuart kept in touch and he was friendly and courteous. The flat is a cosy with lamps and candles. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for weekend getaway or a long-term stay with sea views. You will not be disappointed.

This is a gem of a place to stay. This is one of the best b&b's we've stayed in. The view from the apartment is wonderful overlooking the estuary. It has plenty of space for two people and was so clean. Sue and John are wonderful hosts, very friendly, and the communication was excellent. The scones and cream we received on arrival was a lovely touch as was the bottle of prosecco. We would definitely come back here again

Peaceful and private, the location and tranquility really is fantastic. Could stand out on the decking and enjoy the river, surroundings and wildlife all day. The hut itself is surprisingly well equipped and with all the conveniences needed. The nearby village an easy commute with great pubs and walks. Fantastic time for me, my wife and dog. Who also drove the couple of minutes to Wickham estate for a friend’s wedding.

Loved our very peaceful stay at the Apple Tree Cabin - beautiful space, clean and well kitted out for a couple of nights. Enjoyed eating our breakfast on the terrace. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing time at Hillside oasis. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed. Hot-tub was briliant. Couldn't ask for any better. Jo was an amazing host

Our stay was absolutely beautiful in the pig barns, everything was spotless and in good condition, it was a little cold when we got there but once we got the heating on the place warmed up quickly. The surroundings were beautiful and George is a lovely man. The locals were very friendly and everything was close enough to the accommodation without being close enough to disturb us. Our puppy absolutely loved the walks around the area and we even saw a hedgehog in the barn kitchen on one of the evenings, sitting outside on a night time under the stars was beautiful because there was no light pollution and overall it was just a really lovely stay it had everything we needed and we’d definitely stay again if we had to come back to Portsmouth. Thank you so much for such a lovely visit

This is the second time we've stayed here. Both loved the cottage. George and Rosie are great hosts and the setting on Rushmere farm is so beautiful (you won't find a nicer spot in the South Downs - right on the Monarchs Way, easy walk down to the village) We booked first time mainly as a base to see family at Christmas, but it was so nice here we've ended up coming back for a holiday and to make the most of the surroundings. Had such a nice time we've already booked to come back.

Beautiful place and sparkling clean! Janie is a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming. Janie went above & beyond, she left a birthday balloon & bottle of wine for my partners birthday. Lots of wonderful touches throughout the Airbnb. The area was very private, quiet and peaceful. 100% recommend staying here and would love to return again!
