A perfect little beachside cottage to unwind and enjoy the simple pleasures of life with everything thoughtfully presented including chocolates and a coffee machine. On the deck, glass of wine, with the soothing sound of the sea and the beach literally a short walk. Kind, friendly accommodating hosts. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Roslyn’s. It totally lived up to expectations. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. We would definitely come back!

Super cosy house in quiet neighbourhood near the beach. The place had everything we needed and the kids toys and games were very appreciated by our kids. We had a lovely stay and would love to return.

Wow! There are no other words that can quite encapsulate how amazing our stay was here. Frank and Helen were incredible hosts providing flexibility with our check in and out, helpful instructions for our drive up to avoid backed up areas and always ready to help with anything we needed; not to mention the delicious baked goods left for us everyday made by Helen herself. The location itself is a little of slice of heaven and even better than what the pictures showed. With our very own private balcony that led onto a picturesque slice of land and nothing but the sounds of birds, we felt truly at peace here. Frank and Helen welcomed us into their paradise and made us feel more at home than we could have ever dreamt of. The attention to detail in the Airbnb is profound; you will want for nothing if you stay here! Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. 1000/10 - Elle and Anthony

Our family vacation in Blairgowrie was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to Lisa's incredible Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout of the property, both inside and out. It was clear Lisa had put a lot of care into creating a space that's truly family-friendly. Our kids loved exploring all the amenities and there was something for everyone. Every little detail had been considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The house itself is designed to be enjoyed no matter the weather, which was a huge plus given the rollercoaster of Victorian weather we experienced! Whether the sun was shining or the rain was pouring, we always had something to do and a cozy space to relax in. Lisa's Airbnb truly made our Blairgowrie getaway unforgettable, and we can't recommend it highly enough for other families looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location and we could walk down to the beach and back with young children. Walking distance to Blairgowrie cafes and shops. The location was peaceful and private, the house as described with fresh linen, comfy large couch, comfy beds, washing machine and cleaning/general products to last us the week. One thing to note if you have little kids is the bunk room is accessed not through main house but via back door. So we had an adult sleep with the kids (not a problem if you have older kids or adults). Stewart was really friendly, communicative and made our trip easy to plan. Highly recommend this house!

Such an amazing place! Perfect location only a 5 min drive to the beach / main strip of shops or a nice walk if it isn't too hot! We loved having our little 1 year old with us, lots of toys and entertainment for him. Amazing views. Couldn't get the BBQ to work - but it was 4 ladies staying haha!! Downstairs bedroom so spacious. Great for families - the added child safety gate is great ( just needs to be fixed!) overall fabulous stay and great communication. We will be back!!

We had a marvellous time at the Sunseeker home in Blairgowrie. The home is located near shops and walking distance to the beach. The family had a fabulous time and the kids even caught some calamari. The home is beautifully decorated with quality linens and all the comfort you seek when away from home. With two living zones, it was great for the kids to have their own space. The spacious open plan living and outdoor patio with all the sunlight coming through was just divine. We watched the AFL Grand Final on the plasma TV and the sound system was so good. Beautiful garden and comfy little cottage made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again Michelle for the wonderful hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay and the kids did not want to go back home. Perfect getaway by the beach and the Mornington Peninsula has so much to offer. Definitely one to keep on the list.

Our three-night stay at David’s Portsea Airbnb was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, David impressed us with his deep local knowledge, offering tailored recommendations. The property itself provided exceptional comfort with blackout curtains that guaranteed restful sleep. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood – no traffic noise, just the morning birdsong. The space is comfy and cozy with a well-stocked kitchenette and reliable high-speed WiFi. Entertainment options like Netflix and others on the smart TV complemented evenings spent lounging on the comfy couch. Its prime location proved close to beaches and restaurants. We wished we stayed longer! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Renee’s house, it was perfect for our girls weekend away and could not recommend enough. Renee was amazing to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks Renee!
