Ein wunderschönes Haus an traumhafter Lage. Alles vorhanden und gepflegt. Andreas hatte uns stets sehr freundlich und zeitnah betreut. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Poolbereich und der Garten bietet viel Abwechslung. Auch die Buchung und Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

As a big group, we arrived in 2 stages and Ken did all he could to accommodate same including early check in for one group. Picked the rest of us up from the airport (late in day) and nothing a hassle. had issue with one of the appliances during the stay (no fault of anyone's) and was fixed efficiently without hassle. House is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. has all the amenities you could ask for. while walking distance from the town, having the bikes available was a huge benefit. with table tennis, pool and the pool, no shortage of things for the kids to do. Group made up of 9 from age 1 to 82 and would all highly recommend and go back again. many thanks to Ken and his team for a wonderful stay.

Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern und bietet genug Platz für acht Personen. Wir konnten eigenständig einchecken und durften am letzten Tag noch etwas länger bleiben, was die Abreise wirklich entspannt hat.

we verbleven 3 nachten in deze heerlijke villa. alles was netjes en er was genoeg ruimte. ook de tuin en het zwembad waren heerlijk om te ontspannen en we hebben iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ om lekker buiten te eten. de villa ligt mooi prive op een heuvel en je hoort vrijwel niks van de omgeving/buren. al met al een geslaagde vakantie en we bevelen deze villa zeker aan!

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Villa direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön!!! Es gibt auch 6 Liegen, die waren auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Man kann direkt vorm Haus super schwimmen gehen, da es dort Treppen am Felsstrand gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und durch das Naturschutzgebiet wunderbar. Man hat immer einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur gehabt. Der große Garten ist zum Sonnen super. Im großen und ganzen eine super Unterkunft 😇👍🏻

Wonderful fortnight at Sophie’s villa. The best pool we’ve had, and the village was spacious and airy. Air con in the bedrooms although we didn’t actually need it that much. Kitchen top spec (although be aware no microwave in case you’re travelling with young kids) and amazing veggies/fruit growing in the garden to use. No need to take beach towels or make a dash to the supermarket when you get there - well stocked & on a ‘use and replace’ basis which helped a lot. Amazing host, so responsive and helpful. Delighted with the experience & would recommend +++

The house is spacious with loads of seating options, both inside and outside. The location is very private and quiet. We loved watching the many boats sail in and out of port during the day. The view over the ocean cannot be beaten. Lola was very quick to respond to our messages and was there in person to welcome us at the house. The house is well equipped and has everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend for a bigger family or group of friends.

We visited for the winter holidays as a family- 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 kids. We loved the layout of the house because the grandparents could sleep in the master bedroom on the ground floor and everyone else upstairs. The kitchen and living room had plenty of space for meals together and hanging out and playing games. The best part was the gorgeous beach right outside the house. Even though it was chilly, we went every day to take walks and play in the sand. David was extremely responsive and made everything easy. He came by in 30 minutes when we had a question about the oven and fixed it in 30 seconds :) Just a few notes for future guests: - if you’re going in winter, the floors are cold so I’d recommend bringing some house slippers for spending time at home. - if you’re using Google maps to drive there, the directions to the address were inaccurate, so do some googling of the area beforehand to get a sense of the streets. Het huis van Miquel en Pere in Cala D’or is in een woord fantastisch. Prachtige schone villa en ruimte voor een hele familie. Wij waren met 6 volwassene en een peuter van 2 jaar. Door de ligging van de verschillende kamers op verschillende etages heb je allemaal een beetje je eigen hoekje wat voor ons erg prettig was. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de buitenruimtes en het mooie zwembad. De omgeving is prachtig en je hebt van alles op loopafstand: winkels, restaurants en meerdere strandjes. De broers waren ontzettend vriendelijke, flexibele en gastvrije hosts. Ze reageerden snel op onze berichten en verzoekjes. Ik zou deze villa ten zeerste aanraden!

Très belle maison, superbe endroit. Tout correspondait à l’annonce, je recommande cet endroit. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Great Place to stay. Very private and quiet, but only 5-10 minutes to restaurants, Supermarktes an beaches. If you want to explore the Island on bike, this is a great Location to start from. The Villa even has a bike garage. The property is even nicer than on the pictures and the hosts are great as well! Really hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic time in this perfect villa in Pollencia. Anna ws very helpfull and a perfect host.. highly reccomend this airbnb!

We had an awesome time at Villa Marga! This finca is full of charm and has all the modern comforts you could want. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were cozy with really nice linens. We loved hanging out by the pool, using the BBQ, and relaxing in the various sitting areas. The villa is 3 minutes drive to the beach, and the views of the mountains and nearby sheep fields were picture perfect. The hosts were super kind, and the thoughtful welcome gift was a lovely touch. The kids loved playing with the kittens and there was plenty of space to run around. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Das Haus ist eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Gegend, sehr gepflegter Garten mit großem Pool. Das vierte, kleinere Badezimmer außerhalb des eigentlichen Hauses direkt am Pool ist perfekt. Alles in allem beste Voraussetzungen zum Entspannen. Lediglich die Straße vor dem Haus war doch etwas mehr befahren, als gedacht, aber das kann an der Reisezeit gelegen haben (Herbstferien, die Insel war natürlich ziemlich gut besucht) und muss nicht immer so sein. Wir würden in jedem Fall gerne wiederkommen, sofern das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ähnlich bleibt.

Jolie maison, nous avons passé une belle semaine de fin de saison. Nos 2 familles ont trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait dans la maison.

We had a fantastic stay at La Roca, the villa was beautifully presented and, with the various outdoor areas, was a lovely place to spend a relaxing week in Puerto Pollensa - we would definitely return. The villa’s location means that you are only a short walk from town (the promenade/footpath starts right outside the villa), however, the immediate location is nice and quiet. Great communication from Joan from the initial booking right up to and through our stay - even calling in with a gift to apologise for a small fault in the front awning.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether to stay here...STOP...Book it now, whilst you can! This is a gem of a find. Perfect sized villa for a family of 4, all within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town. It is equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is fabulous. We loved every miniute of our stay, despite the storms! Maximilian, the Host, was brilliant - responsive and super friendly. He couldnt do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough ti gte the chance.

We had a fantastic 7 day stay at Jaume's villa, which was perfect for us as a family of four. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding beaches, villages and towns in the north of Mallorca. The villa is really well equipped, very clean and well looked after. The garden and pool is very private and peaceful, with fruit trees to pick from. The photos do not do the views of the surrounding mountains justice. Jaume was a great host and made sure we had a great stay. We highly recommend and hope to return very soon. Thank you Jaume!
