Der Aufenthalt bei Oanh war wirklich ein Erlebnis, da mein Freund und ich während des Taifuns Yagi dort waren😅 Zu der Unterkunft: Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Fotos sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und das Haus mit vielen interessanten Dingen versehen. Allerdings ist es bisschen hellhörig und man hat außerhalb des Zimmers nicht so viel Privatsphäre, aber wenn man nicht (wie wir) im Haus gefangen ist, fällt das wahrscheinlich nicht auf. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war wirklich sehr lecker und wir haben uns immer sehr drauf gefreut😍 Wir wurden auch zu einem sehr schönen Family Dinner eingeladen, wo uns die Vietnamesische Küche näher gebracht wurde und wir viel lachen konnten! Oanh, ihr Sohn und ihr Team waren wirklich super nett, kompetent und konnte sehr gut Englisch sprechen. Grade bei der Frage „Sicherheit wegen des Taifuns“ haben sie uns wirklich gut unterstützt! Die Lage des Hauses ist bezaubern, da es mitten in den Reisfeldern liegt und man die Berge sehen kann.

Our stay at Joy House was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful hosts made us feel right at home. Their warmth and genuine hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The food was exceptional, highlighting local flavors and ingredients, and the treks were breathtaking, offering stunning views of Sapa's landscape. The hosts went above and beyond to support our every need, offering great tips and suggestions for exploring the area. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

10/10 would highly recommend to stay at Miku. She speaks verry good english, has a beautiful soul and she loves to make some little jokes. She has a beautiful homestay. go here lf you want to have the real experience. go here to escape the bussy sapa. Miku takes extreemly good care of you. we felt at home. we had a big clean room With a privat bathroom, a breathaking view and lovely terrace to Wind down After two days of hiking. Miku Is a top guide. I hope to see here again in some years.

It was a great experience to stay with Su and her family. I felt very welcomed and I am happy I could learn so many handicraft techniques from Su.

The place is beautiful, away from the city and tourists and you will be greeted by nature every morning. There is a sitting area outside the house, facing the stream and mountains where we spent a lot of our time quietly painting, journalling, and reading. It was truly nourishing. Food was very tasty and wholesome with many ingredients from their own fields. We had many great nights chatting with Chu about the H’mong culture and their daily life. Scott and Chu were very responsive and we felt very safe and enjoyed our time with Chu and her family! Thank you so much for taking care of us! Tips: 
 1. Try not to bring large luggages with wheels. Some parts of the walk is on a slope.
 2. Try to arrive earlier (before 6pm). The roads are dark at night. We arrived ~9pm and our phone lights could only light up a short distance. 3. Do check the guide that Scott sends after you book, it has prices of food, what to expect and the kind of activities they can arrange for you.

Scott’s Place, just 10 km from Sapa town, is a true retreat into nature. Nestled by a river and surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a peaceful escape where buffalo, pigs, ponies, and chickens roam freely. Originally booked in shared rooms, we were kindly upgraded to a cozy bungalow by Zu, the owner’s wife, whose warmth and hospitality made our stay extra special. The bungalow’s front patio became our favorite spot to relax, meet fellow travelers, and enjoy meals together. The journey to Scott’s Place is an adventure, navigating a small cement path on motorbikes added to the charm. Despite heavy rain on our last day, Zu arranged a taxi for us, ensuring a smooth trip back to Sapa. Scott's Place is a must-visit for those seeking tranquility, stunning scenery, and genuine hospitality. Thank you, Zu and Scott, for an unforgettable stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Had a longer stay of 30 days planned in Sapa starting beginning of February. I‘ve shorted my stay to about 5 days, as it was quite cold and foggy. Scott was so kind as to refund the whole stay, even though the Airbnb terms and conditions said there was no fund available. I very much appreciate this kind gesture and that surely speaks for itself! Moreover, the communication was very kind and Scott was very responsive. When it comes to friendliness, and communication, everything was superb. As someone who requires fast and steady internet access, I was displeased to find that the internet did not offer that. It would break at times during calls while I was a guest at Scotts airbnb. Reportedly there was a temporary internet problem as a cable was broken or so, so this may be different in the future. The kuti was very simplistic and cozy and had a good vibe. The host was very kind and spoke good english. Hikes and nature all around. Its a cozy place for a short term stay in sapa!

Toller Aufenthalt mit Familienanschluss und fantastischem Essen. Unsere sechsjährige Tochter fand den Garten und die Kinder toll. Es sind ein Fluss zum Baden, ein Wasserfall und ein Bambuswald fußläufig zu erreichen.

Impressive! Nestled in a serene Sapa village, this location is simply stunning. Managed by two delightful women, it provided an immediate sense of belonging. The highlight of my stay was the introduction to the local youth who operate charming cafes and establishments within this quaint village. This led to forging beautiful connections. The warm hospitality extended by the hosts and their friends truly elevated the trip, etching lasting memories. I wholeheartedly award 5 stars to the authentically cozy traditional dwelling and the community ethos upheld by Chau and Nicole. I enthusiastically recommend this hidden gem!

Wow, wow, wow - this place was just amazing. Stayed in one of the attic room and slept like a baby. The views and surrounding here are like something out of a movie. Everyone that helps out around the place is just amazing and so kind and the food was out of this world good, and very affordable. Sapa and the surrounding areas are a special place in Vietnam, and this particular area (Ta Van Village) is away from the chaos of the town, close to many walks and hikes, and just so peaceful. I will be coming back to Vietnam and I will be sure to make this part of my agenda. I did alot of hike/trek while there which was all coordinated by the wonderful hosts who will help you with everything. It is a hard hike, but so worth it. Thanks so much for such a memorable stay - peace and love.

I stayed at La Maison Homestay for one night with my group of friends, and we really loved this place. Although we had to walk uphill a bit, the breathtaking natural scenery from the house made it all worthwhile. The house was very clean and well-equipped—perfect for a mountain stay with nothing to complain about. The bedsheets, blankets, and bathrooms were spotless and smelled fresh, and there was a lovely scent of essential oils when we stepped inside. Every morning, the housekeeper and Sen came to prepare breakfast for us, and they cleaned the house daily. I really enjoyed the hiking trip that Nicole arranged with a local guide—they were amazing! I also truly appreciated the dinner at their restaurant, Sa Moc. I will definitely return with my family. Thank you all for your hospitality—this was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The host was wonderful!

Trang is an amazing host and the place is just gorgeous! The staff of this place helped us in every possible way, responded to all our smallest requests and it felt like they were trying to do above and beyond to make our stay seamless. The bungalows are clean and modern and have everything you need. I can’t help mentioning the views that just take your breath away:) We definitely recommend this place, you’ll enjoy it :)

A truly peaceful and beautiful place. The hosts have obviously taken great pains to provide for their guests’ comfort. The place was even better than I expected and very clean and comfortable. Trang is such a warm and helpful person that I’d coming back just to experience her hospitality. I had a wonderful stay and expect to be back soon.

Es war traumhaft. Toller ruhiger Ort mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich konnte man spontan Frühstück/Mittag- und Abendessen buchen und es wurde frisch zubereitet und war super lecker! Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und viele süße Katzen und Hunde, die einem Gesellschaft leisten. Das Zimmer war traumhaft. Quyen hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert, uns günstige Taxis gebucht und eine tolle private Guided-Tour vernab von allen Touristen mit einem indigenen Guide organisiert. Alles in Allem die beste Gastgeberin und Unterkunft, die wir in unserer Vietnamreise bisher hatten! Volle Empfehlung!

We had the most amazing stay at Quyen’s. She was flexible with our check-in as our bus arrived late and left us clear instructions. She was so welcoming and had the sweetest pets we became very fond of. It really was a home stay- we felt right at home and the communal area was so lovely. Quyen arranged taxis for us and gave us recommendations too. We would absolutely stay here again- it is a quiet location and a bit difficult to get into Sa Pa town centre but we found that we preferred staying at the home stay anyway as it was much more peaceful and had some lovely local restaurants. Sapa war eine der schönsten Stationen auf unserer Vietnam Reise und diese Wohnung konnte unseren Aufenthalt dort in vollen Zügen gerecht werden. Sie ist einer einer etwas ruhigeren Ecke von Sapa gelegen und beweist sich als einen schöne Rückzugsort. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet und vermittelt auf den ersten Blick ein Willkommensgefühl. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich und im Flur ist auch fantastische Kunst ausgestellt, die von Freunden des Hosts ist. Unsere Gastgeberin ist eine extrem hilfsbereite und sympathische Person. Sie hat uns viele hilfsreiche Tipps gegeben und hat für uns einige Dinge organisiert: Scooter, Kochkurs, etc. Meine Freunde hat auf der Hinreise ihren Passwort verloren, bei diversen Telefonaten stand uns Quyen auch zur Hilfe! Würden immer wieder zurückkommen!
