I had such a wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, my host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and always available to answer any questions I had — whether it was about the home or tips for exploring the area. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, if not better. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. I felt right at home and can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. Highly recommended

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

It's far from the heart of the city, and being toward the end of the purple line means it takes a while to get to the heart of things. On the bright side, it actually is well situated being right next to the Central Westgate Mall (which is one of the best malls in the world), and also right across the highway from a pretty big Night Market. There are a few dispensaries nearby (I quite enjoyed the Duck Shop), and there are a couple of massage places mixed in with the Night Market. The view of the city is pretty spectacular as it spans the entire horizon from this perspective. The building amenities are excellent, though if you are not staying for at least thirty days you do not get access to the pool or gym etc.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Witita’s home. We were a group of 10 and there was lots of space for everyone. The grounds and rooms were very well maintained, and onsite there was a very helpful woman who attended to any issues or questions we had. The pool and garden were so relaxing. I definitely recommend to others wanting an escape from the busyness of Bangkok. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Nous avons pris ce logement pour 3 personnes pour un séjour de 16 jours. Ce logement est excentré du centre de Bangkok ce qui permet un peu d'éviter les nuisances sonores du centre. Nous avons étaient très bien accueillis à l'accueil et notre hôte a était très réactif a nos questions. Ce logement était très propre, nous avons eu aucun problème avec celui-ci. Une superette 7-eleven est disponible à 2-3 min à pied du logement. Si vous avez loué une voiture, vous ne pourriez peut-être pas la rentré complètement sur la place de parking et fermer le portail. En somme, c'est un excellent logement au niveau qualité/prix avec un accueil de ses hôtes irréprochables.

Pat's place is at one of the loveliest location of Bangkok. If you are in Bangkok looking for peace , serenity, tranquility for yourself must visit pat's place. People are so generous and considerate in whole neighbourhood.

נהננו מאוד מהשהייה. חיפשנו דירה לפני הטיסה אבל מחוץ לרעש של בנגקוק והדירה הזאת היא אכן באזור מקומי שקט ובכל זאת מאוד קרובה לשדה התעופה ויש הרבה דברים לעשות באזור. המארחים נפלאים ואדיבים. קיבלנו את פנינו, נתנו המלצות רבות לשהייה נעימה. היה לנו כיף.

Great location to spend a few days in the countryside with the kids. Loads of cyclable trails behind the house, huge garden. Water filter is a plus. Beds were really comfortable.
