Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Der Blick ist einfach atemberaubend, das Apartment hat alles, was man benötigt und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr bald wieder! Vielen Dank für alles! :)

Ich war mit meiner Frau im Februar da, klar ist das Wetter abends etwas frisch aber für diese Jahreszeit ok. Die Wohnung war super und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir hatten ein Jahr zuvor einen Stock tiefer gewohnt von daher kennen wir die Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Wohnung von fernando ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Mal 👍 wir möchten uns auch nochmals herzlich bedanken für den schnellen Service, wenn was ist einfach schreiben und die Wünsche werden in kürzester Zeit erfüllt. Le logement est très propre, bien situé, fonctionnel et facile d'accès. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue. Tout le nécessaire est disponible pour commencer son séjour (lessive, dosettes café, ...) et le logement est super bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal : commerces, restaurants, plage Cala Blanca à moins de 5 minutes. La communication avec David et Cédric est très fluide. Je recommande ce logement et y reviendrai avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Logement idéalement situé pour découvrir les plages du Nord de Minorque mais également celles du sud (30 min de route max). Grand appartement convivial, place de parking attenante. Très calme. Belle piscine. L'appartement est bien équipé et climatisé en bas ainsi que dans la chambre à l'étage. Cet appartement est géré par une agence immobilière (Maria) qui est très connectée et réactive pour régler les petits problèmes mais aussi donner des renseignements utiles.

L'accueil a été parfait, il y avait énormément de choses à disposition notamment pour le petit déjeuner et des boissons, ce qui était très appréciable en cette fin de saison. Willy parle français et nous a gentiment accueilli. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, à 5 min à pied du centre de binibeca et de la plage. La piscine a été appréciée par les enfants. Le coin est magnifique mais un peu mort en fin de saison (vacances de Toussaint) mais c'est aussi agréable pour profiter des criques sans la foule.

El apartamento posiblemente sea el mejor en el que hayamos estado. Fiel a las fotos, estaba impecable y muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y hay platos, vasos y cubiertos más que de sobras. El lavavajillas (el apartamento tiene pastillas para usarlo), el frigorífico y la cocina funcionan perfectamente. Estuvimos en la planta baja y es un auténtico lujo. La mesa de fuera, en la zona ajardinada y de la piscina, no pudo ser mejor para nosotros, que al ir con niños permitía una comodidad perfecta. Sí puedes oir en algún momento si los de arriba mueven algún mueble, pero a nosotros no nos resultó molesto. La piscina siempre está limpia. En los árboles hay palomas y gorriones, que si manchan algo hay gente que se encarga de limpiarlo todos los días. Para nada es un incoveniente, ya que genera un ambiente todavía más agradable. Richard siempre está disponible por si necesitas algo o si quieres que te dé recomendaciones sobre sitios de la isla (restaurantes, playas...). ¡Un 10!

El servicio que nos ha ofrecido Laura ha sido increíble. Es un sitio super tranquilo y confortable en una zona muy bonita donde se disfruta el ambiente. El interior es muy bonito y acogedor, nos encantó desde el primer. Y por parte de Laura la verdad que nos ha gustado mucho el servicio que nos ha dado y se lo agradecemos mucho, muy satisfechos la verdad. 100% recomendado si te quieres venir a Menorca de viaje.

Das Airbnb ist super schön und wir würden sofort wieder gehen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Inneneinrichtung auch mega toll. Wir hatten kein mietauto sondern nur e bikes was eine gute alternative ist um täglich an den strand zu gehen oder auch mal einen ausflug an einen anderen strand ermöglicht. Bei späten Ferien in Jahr muss man berücksichtigen dass nicht mehr alles geöffnet hat. Wir haben in unserer woche gerade noch Glück gehabt und es hatten noch super leckere restaurants und die bakery war auch noch offen:-)

Great host and very helpful with insights on what to do on the island. Local area is nice and calm with good restaurants. Also well located next to a great club, Cova. The flat was very clean and cosy.

Once again we had a great holiday at Vivianna's apartment.Very quiet & peaceful.Beautiful surroundings.Plenty of restaurants & supermarkets.Near to the beach.Vivianna is a very friendly & helpful hostess & we were able to check in earlier.Highly recommend.

We had a lovely 10 days at Lisette's apartment in Cala en Porter. The apartment is in a good location - just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment had everything we needed. It is on the first floor and has a west facing balcony at the front with a table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers which was great for dining and just relaxing with a drink and a book, and also a smaller east facing balcony which we used for breakfast in the morning sun. Parking our hire car was easy, with plenty of parking spaces at the front. The apartment is part of the Siesta Mar complex which has a large swimming pool for the use of guests. The pool was quiet when we were there, with plenty of loungers to relax on after a swim. Lisette was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or wanted some information.

Appartement très agréable et bien placé pour découvrir les environs. Belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Appartement bien équipé avec tous les fournitures de bases nécessaires, bien appréciable. Merci pour ce séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement était très propre. Il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable quand on vient en avion. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et le calme du quartier à cette saison. Crisana nous a accueilli pour nous faire visiter l appartement et il nous a donné des conseils .

Es una casa maravillosa en un lugar estupendo que está llevado por Pepe, que es un excelente anfitrión. Ojalá podamos volver, vale 100% la pena!!

This apartment is in a prime location with restaurants and a small supermarket all within easy walking distance. It’s comfortable and has lovely shared grounds that are kept pristine and a lovely pool with dappled shade. Julie Anne was always responsive to any questions and was brilliant when I got my dates wrong!! Thank you for my lovely stay.

Apartamento muy acogedor, espacio cuidado y limpio. Zona tranquila y bien comunicada. La comunicación con Natalia ha sido muy rápida y facil. Hemos estado muy bien! Muy recomendable!

L'endroit est magnifique, agréable et calme. L'emplacement est parfait avec des commerces à proximités, plages et de jolis sentiers de randonnées. La communication avec David est facile. Je recommande vivement.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Inken. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, mit genügend Parkplätzen, fußläufig zur Innenstadt und rundherum zahlreiche Restaurants. Die Küche ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet und für uns beide war super viel Platz.

We had a great time there. The beautiful beach, pool, restaurants, and a super market are all within walking distance. The beach is so nice, peaceful, and family friendly. Our kids loved to play there. There is a hiking trail next to the apartment which I took for morning jogging. Luis was very nice and responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 5 with kids. We love to go back there!

Le logement était impeccable et correspondait à la description. La piscine est parfaite avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l'île et la crique d'Arenal est magnifique. Il y a d'excellents restaurants, un supermarché accessible à pieds et une pharmacie. Marga a été très accessible dès la réservation du logement et jusqu'à notre arrivée sur place. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Merci encore !!!

Hem gaudit molt de l'apartament, hi hem trobat tot el que necessitàvem i l'entorn és excel•lent per descansar. L'amfitrió ens ha atès a la perfecció :)
