I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This home was everything I needed and wanted! The decor was PHENOMENAL and the ambiance was SO RELAXING AND COMFY. I had two toddlers so the clean pool, backyard, and roomy house kept my little ones occupied. Careliz responded within 5-10 minutes with any suggestions and questions I had, super attentive and sweet! The power went out in the island and she expressed her apologies and continued to check in on us! Everything was close by to the house and easy to get to. I can’t wait to come back! I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

We truly enjoyed our stay hosted by Frances. The place has everything you needed for a vacation. It was evident they spent alot of time to ensure the property served the needs of visitors from the decor to all the amenities. The outside area with pool, laundry, outdoor shower, and more was great to have. The small things like having dominoes to play and filtered water were truly appreciated. From the communication, friendliness, and the location, it met all of our needs and more. Its been a while since we visited the homeland so it was great to be back in a wonderful stay.

This was my first time in Puerto Rico and i enjoyed it 100%. My stay at this airbnb was the main reason, i felt like i got to really experience it staying in this beautiful place along with the beautiful neighborhood. The host were always very responsive with any question i had. The place was beautiful and also very clean, including the pool !!!

Staying at Luis place was very peaceful. Luis was very informative and responses back quickly. The house was very spacious with extremely comfortable beds.

First time trip to PR with my family, group of 9 six adults and 3 bigger children and a toddler, space was not a problem outside area was perfect, host was very accommodating and i couldn’t have had a better stay.

Great place to stay. There is central A/C which is great for the tropical weather. Host leaves a lot of stuff for you to use like towels, food and even drinks. Very clean place and really pretty on the inside aswell. Only small complain is that the Wifi is not that good but it works. Would stay again.

The place was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and the area was quiet. Ramon was very polite the times we saw him outside. There were games, a beach cooler and other things in the closet if needed for the beach. Parking was a plus because it was right in front of the entrance. Thank you

Place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The main bedrooms had a/c which honestly kept the whole house cool ( you definitely noticed the difference when air was turned off). Neighborhood was quiet and not much around but like other comments there is roosters sounding in the morning. It wasn’t bothersome to us once we knew what it was but at first hearing it was a bit startling 😭. Very comfy area and lots of local restaurants nearby. The location was good and was in middle to travel to the old San Juan, ceiba, and beaches.

Iris mini apartment was a great stay for my partner and I! We went on a 4 day trip to Puerto Rico and were going to be out exploring most of the days so this was perfect for us to come back and sleep. Everything was clean upon our arrival and we saw no bugs at all. I loved the sound of the coqui’s singing and appreciated the beach towels to use. The location was away from the city noise and in a quiet neighborhood but because of this, Ubers can be expensive to go into the more touristy areas so renting a car would be best and there’s a spot you can park it at this stay. Overall , I recommend Iris apartment for future stays and I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!

I stayed at Ivan’s home with my friends for about 5 days. It was super peaceful, and private, and close to everything, especially the beach! Ivan’s home was perfect, and had several amenities that helped us to be comfortable! Ivan was such a great host, answer any questions I had & provided clear instructions for us! I would definitely come back when I’m in PR!

We had such a great time. Rosario and Chris were so wonderful and friendly. Gave us great ideas! Recommend this to anyone!

Our stay was incredible, the airbnb was very cleaned and organized. The communication with the host was very pleasant, always attentive to how everything was, the location es very close to groceries stores, restaurants and airport! Looking forward to stay here again.

Lymarie was a great, walked me through everything and I was very nervous. this was my first time in a air bnb but she made it a great experience for us. the house was super cute and just as the photo she posted. The handbook binder with instructions was extremely helpful with rules posted around the house was a great touch for the kids. the family bio was such a nice way to connect with the roots of PR and the family. The bedrooms were perfect had everything we neded . I definitely recommend and will be booking this home again our next trip.

The first Airbnb I ever stayed in and it was a great first time. Rafael communicated with me a day before my stay and is quick to respond. The place was spotless when I got there and couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Es una persona muy amable y siempre responde con prontitud los mensajes , ademas orienta sobre los lugares a visitar o supermercados, tambien recomienda lugares para comer. Se esmeró en que nuestra estancia fuera agradable.
