I highly recommend this accommodation :) The view of Lake Nemi from the balcony, as well as the surrounding area, is absolutely stunning. The town itself boasts beautiful architecture and serves as a great base for trips to Rome, nearby Castel Gandolfo, or even the Tyrrhenian Sea. The apartment had everything I needed, and I especially appreciated the availability of a washing machine and dryer here :) The only thing worth noting is to bring some warmer clothes at this time of year (our visit was in November) since the apartment, typical of this type of building, takes some time to warm up. Additionally, being close to the lake means the weather is cooler than in Rome itself. Nevertheless, I have very fond memories of my stay here and hope to return someday! The host is an incredibly kind person, and communication was seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to everyone :)

Olympia and her husband were very helpful and extremely friendly, they advised on transport into the city and local restaurants. Location was perfect for our requirements as don't like to be in busy area. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure.

This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.

This was such a beautiful place and just minutes from the beach! Coming from a Coastal town ourselves it was nice after a busy few days in Roma to be able to dip our toes in the sand! We used the local metro to travel in and out of Rome and Pepi gave us clear instructions to get to and from. It was nice to come back “home” to Lido di Ostia after the sights and sounds of the city. We highly recommend Casa di Pepi!

Wir waren über Weihnachten in Tara, und haben diese Wohnung ausgewählt, weil sie gut beheizbar ist und schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen, vielleicht 3 Minuten zum Fuß, und auch sehr nah am Stadtzentrum, vielleicht auch 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Terracina Doina, in der es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine wunderschöne Strandpromenade, aber in der Umgebung auch Wandermöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Hügeln gibt.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, sie hatte für unsere Anliegen stets ein offenes Ohr und war sehr entgegenkommend. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great place for a layover. Cristiana and her husband were terrific! We had a late flight, then lost bags so lots of delays and issues. Cristiana was very helpful and communicated almost instantly. She picked is up at the airport, allowed us to checkin early and they even carried our (really heavy) bags up the steps. The apartment is in a 200 year old building. It is just as pictured and described. Very modern and comfortable. Be sure to look at the pictures on the walls. They show the area through the ages. Great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Alessandro’s place. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Alessandro was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was very understanding when it came to our early check in time as well. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a cosy and comfortable stay.

A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Un endroit magnifique ! La maison est très bien équipé, toutes les commodités mises en place en font un confort exceptionnel. L'hôte est très gentille et à même tenter de joindre des restaurants pour nous vus notre arrivé tardive. Cela à été très apprécié. La vue est magnifique ! C'est un endroit de rêve ou nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Les enfants ont adorés avoir des jeux à disposition. C'est près de plusieurs magnifiques endroits à visiter. Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto! La casa è situata in una posizione strategica a Parco Leonardo, a pochi metri dal centro commerciale, il che rende tutto estremamente comodo. L’alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort: arredamento curato, cucina attrezzata e ambienti confortevoli. Ideale sia per chi vuole esplorare la zona che per chi cerca un po' di relax. Sono davvero soddisfatta e lo consiglierei a chiunque! Grazie per l'ospitalità.

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Moderno, pulito e ben arredato, con una Jacuzzi perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i principali punti di interesse. L'host è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile.

The host ensured that we had a comfortable stay and extremely pleasant stay at his place. Daria not only gave us clear instructions to seamlessly reach her place but also came to greet us and let us check-in before the scheduled hours. The host gave important tips for commuteing in Rome which made us to optimumly utilise our stay at Rome in visiting the important tourist attractions. Daria also was helpful in arranging an NCC to drop us at Fimiciano Airport for our flight out of Rome. Daria is a great host and if we ever visit Rome again then we will repeat our stay at her place which is a spick and span house located in a very peaceful location with all amenities including a peaceful and private small garden on the rear of the house

it was a pleasure to stay at Corrado's place , apartment id really nice , love the decor and how clean and neat it was. kitchen had all the necessary things also for a longer stay , whole place was really clean. host was helpful and quick to react I would definitely recommend his place.
