Amazing quiet and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle! The garden was exactly as whimsical and magical as advertised. The studio cottage was the perfect size for us and the kitchen was a very welcome addition! (Let's not forget the hot tub!) Raymond was lovely and the stay was everything I wanted from a relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay in the country yet nearby the city. It worked out great for us and our two dogs with lovely grounds and places to walk. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend!

I loved staying here-very cozy, peaceful & relaxing. It was very easy to walk to great restaurants and live music! Shane was very responsive, helping me with WiFi-so nice and reassuring. I really appreciated him and staying here.

Wonderful property for my dog and me - Suz was the ultimate host! Loved the Christmas decorations-it helped being away for the holiday ... Suz even surprised me with a "build a gingerbread house" that I said I really wanted to find!! So very thoughtful - I will absolutely be back!!

This place was perfect for my 6-night visit to family in Roseville. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The place was very clean, which is extremely important to me. The bed was really comfortable with nice pillows. The kitchen has a stovetop/oven, and also a microwave, so great for cooking and heating things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again for my next visit.

There were clear instructions on entrance, etc. The beds and linen were clean and comfy. The place was exactly as described. Lots of adorable places for coffee, lunch and dinner and plenty of shopping. One bonus is that you were able to adjust the temperature if you needed to. The whole experience was wonderful. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thank you again Ivy.

This place was quite cozy with a very clean bathroom. The neighborhood was full of trees and nice houses and was quiet except for the occasional train whistle, which was at a comfortable distance. I found the bed a little bit soft. The outdoor sofas would have been nice to use but the pillows were put away somewhere, I guess because it was March. I would definitely stay here again.

Linda's home was extremely comfortable! It was very clean and Linda's attention to detail is amazing. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. It is a very private spot with nice outdoor seating. We would definitely stay there again!

Victors place was great! Easy check in even when I arrived very late, private gate made everything feel secure. Pet friendly which was AMAZING. 10 minutes away from downtown, shopping centers and other restaurants. Will be re-booking when I’m down here again!

Hendricks House is an example of why I like staying in an Airbnb rather than a hotel. I find comfort in pulling into a driveway, punching in a code, and entering a well designed space, supplied with all necessities for a few days. This home is in a neighborhood of lovely homes that exemplify Sacramento. Views out the windows matter to me, as well as walking sidewalks, and that’s what I found here.

We had a wonderful time on our visit to Sacramento! Allison was responsive and helpful, and the place was perfectly what we needed. Very cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're bringing along a dog that likes to zoom around in a nice big backyard! Thank you Allison!

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool house is charming and well decorated. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, we slept so well! Thanks for making our weekend so comfortable.

We had a two month stay this winter at this Air BnB. The unit is located on a quiet, safe street with easy access to a variety of stores and shops. Check in was very easy and the host, September, was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had no issues during the two months, but I am sure they would have been addressed quickly. The unit itself was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The price is very reasonable for the area. We would certainly stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about Valentina and her home! Valentina herself is such a sweet, helpful, and gracious host. I’m sad we had to leave! It was a very clean and comfortable place! I’d recommend this spot to anyone! Valentina made a tough time so much easier, and I’m forever grateful for her hospitality and flexibility. If you book and have the opportunity to chat with Valentina, be sure to! She’s a joy to be around!

Cozy, quiet cottage with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Extremely clean. Beautiful backyard. Responsive host.

I was in town for a short business trip and very happy to find another fragrance-free friendly property in mid-town, as the previous one I used was already booked. Jenna was considerate and responsive to answering my questions. There was a lot of details on check- in which was great. Since I’m spatially challenged I asked for clarification for what street the parking and gate was on and even got additional photos ( thanks!) . It was useful as I got in after dark. FYI the gate is off the “alley” and parking on the main streets surrounding the house and not in the alley. Love comforts of home when traveling like a kitchen so I can make tea, oatmeal, save and reheat left overs etc. oh the treat of not having to walkthrough a “signature-scent” lobby to get to my home away from home is so important. There was one super hot day in my short stay and I used both the heater/ ac mini split (room and living room) worked quickly and well. TY for using fragrance free laundry soap!!!
