Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

For the solo traveler visit Downtown Sacramento for business, this really is the ideal location. I visited Sacramento for a conference this time, and the building is a 5-min walk to the convention center as well as a variety of downtown locations. Alot of restaurants connected to or close to the building, wide-range as well. Private, with amenities and services (very helpful that Sara includes items to do laundry) I look forward to staying here again. Great deal, great host, great location -don't hesitate if it's available.

Would definitely stay here again.! The apartment is very close to Golden One for games or concerts, which was our reason for traveling to Sacramento. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts for being so responsive and for having us!

Property & condo are fantastic. Lived the gym, pool, condo. Neighborhood around the property was a little rough, but security was there to deal with any problems

This was such an amazing stay. The interior design was very chic as the description says. The place itself was very clean located in the luxury apartments. The layout was amazing. Very cozy. Both Nicholas and Denver were amazing hosts. They were very prompt with responses to any questions or concerns. I look forward to future stays here.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Matt was incredibly generous throughout my stay, always helping me. Being new to the area I was nervous, but Matt was so friendly and kind helping me to adjust to life in California. I always felt safe and I loved how close Matt’s place was to anything I needed! A great person, great location, and a great room! I couldn’t recommend enough!

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

Adam and Xiul's place is perfect for a family get together. It is spacious, very well stocked, clean, in a great location for access off the highway and access to downtown, and every bed in all four bedrooms was comfortable. It was fun having a community park across the road with a basketball court and the Airbnb stocked basketball. The enclosed backyard was great for our dogs! There is highway noise when outside, but amazingly quiet when the doors were closed. Adam or Xiul were fast in response to any of our questions. We will run out of space to state all the great things about this place and the community that has a great coffee spot and a bar that allows dogs. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely book this for another family reunion.

My family and I loved Steven’s home. It was specious and it was in a beautiful location. I loved the enclose of the backyard because the kids were able to roam around free. My favorite part of the house was the sunroom, perfect place to drink coffee in the morning. I enjoyed my stay but it was definitely too short. I would love to stay again once those trees are full bloom.

Beautifully put together home, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be staying here again. Natalie is very responsive and accommodating.

Such a thoughtful and communicative host goes a long way and showed up in the details of this house! From the labeled silverware drawer to nightstands with charger lamps for each bedside, plenty of bathroom hooks and tissue boxes throughout the house. Our stay was very comfortable and the backyard was such a treat to have the extra conversation spaces and we enjoyed the spa nightly. My teen commandeered the ‘game room’ and loved having a separate space to sleep in! As a non-pet owner and non-smoker, I was very impressed with how thoroughly clean the home was, even though they allow pets and provide outside ash trays. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and so happy that we found this place!!! The location was amazing and so close to shops and restaurants!!! The home was in a private neighborhood and we felt extremely safe… The host was very responsive and helpful!!! So easy to work with and the communication was very good!!! All the activities and games provided in the house kept all of us entertained the whole 3 days!!! Thank you So much we can’t wait to book the place again soon!!!
