I've been Airbnbing for a decade, and Randy and Beth's place is definitely my favorite. I've been here several times. Their house is lovely, clean and in a peaceful location. The neighborhood is very walkable, and I enjoyed a couple of evening power walks through the custom homes. It's close to a main thoroughfare, yet far enough away so that the street noise is adequately muffled. Randy and Beth are kind and always ready for a chat. They've got two sweet kitties who made me laugh while eating dinner. If you're seeking a quiet place with all the touches of home, look no further than here. You'll love it.

Everything was great about the place. The only small area that could use a small improvement is the cooking pans. Other than that everything was excellent! We’ll definitely book again for our next volleyball tournament in the area! Thank you!

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful accommodation. I stayed here for almost two months as I was a visiting PhD student at UC Davis. The place is clean and you get to have a separate bathroom and bedroom for yourself. An ideal place for a student. And I got to visit their lovely restaurant situated in Davis downtown area. The food there is very nice. Nanda and his wife are extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and Otilia responded to my questions promptly. The unit is spacious - larger than I was expecting! It’s very close to the beautiful river trail too, which we took advantage of. Since this is a downstairs unit I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as you can hear the pitter patter of little feet upstairs.

Serguei was a wonderful and kind host. He was very responsive and very proactive. The studio itself was very clean, very comfortable, and very nice. Check in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating. I would definitely book again!

The main room is light, airy, and high-ceilinged. It contains a little entry area, a bed, a kitchen area, and table that seats either two or four, depending on whether you open up the extra leaf. It felt pretty spacious. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head (but no tub), and there's a closet area in the hallway connecting the main room to the bathroom. The location is great — across the street from William Land Park, and a block or two away from restaurants and coffee shops and a big grocery store. It’s not that far to downtown Sacramento by car or bus (and the bus stop is also just a block or two away). The location is pretty quiet, despite being near two busy streets. The kitchen has no microwave, and I did not find baking pans anywhere for the oven. But there are some pots and pans to use on the stovetop. The bed is pretty low, maybe 18 or 24 inches off the floor, so if you have stiff knees, be warned! I would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about this Airbnb, the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, the chickens, the bed, the tub and shower. Stephanie was a great host, very helpful. Every question I had, she answered quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again. 10/10 ⭐️

Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sacramento. This location is walkable to many restaurants and bars. It’s a well utilized space with high ceilings and plenty of room. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. The bed is super comfy! The host is extremely attentive and responds quickly.

I had a wonderful stay at Kristine's. They left snacks, notes, and were always easy to reach. Thanks for being such kind hosts!

A great place with a wonderful host. The green belt space out the back door was perfect for a nice nature walk. Wild turkeys ran around the yard every day. I would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, private, and had the amenities we needed for a short term stay. Overall, a very good experience.

We stayed at Naomi’s studio apartment with our 4-month old son for a week while visiting Davis. The studio has everything we needed as a family for the week! The area is quiet and residential, but still walking distance to grocery stores and a nice local park. The bikes were very useful to allow me to cycle to campus daily - a beautiful cycle along cycle paths and through the arboretum. Naomi was welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone needing to stay in Davis for a short or long visit.

This studio unit contained everything we needed. It was warm and cozy in the winter when we visited. Obvious effort was made to design a pleasant environment, including the patio area.

Studio living arrangement perfectly fitted my needs. Kera was quick to reply of the unforeseen and the unexpected. I’d comeback and stay there once again given the opportunity to be around the area.. plus Dixon is so accessible and beautiful to my taste.

What a cool spot! The comfortable little home away from home was well put together and a pleasure staying in. The true highlight for us was the awesome backyard that was sprawling and a delight to spend time in day and night.

Violet is amazing! She treats you like family and was attentive to my needs. She is very responsive and extremely helpful.
