Great location, quiet area but very close to downtown Napa attractions. Everything you would need and a very comfortable bed.

Nice room. Private and accessible without disturbing the roommates. Close to stores and 10 min commute to downtown area. The host is cool and you'll love to be here

We have now stayed at Tina’s the last 4 years. When something is that nice of an experience and comfy you keep coming back. We appreciate how she communicates and if there is anything that needs attention it is taken care of immediately. We will be coming back!

We enjoyed two nights at Kathy's and used it as a home base for visiting wineries and the coast. It's a private and comfortable space, and Kathy let us use the kitchen and her relaxing outdoor patio for eating our breakfast. Thanks!

Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

Wow - Jackie is a great host and the unit is really fantastic. We needed a walkable 2/2 unit and her unit is perfect. We walked to the Far East lift (took only 13 minutes even in deep snowfall with ski boots on). Even with the 50+year record shattering snowfall in December 2021, the roads were plowed and the park-lot accessible. The unit has so many nice touches (extra blankets, sleep number beds, a great stocked kitchen with plenty of silverware and cups and bowls, boardgames, DVDs, nice TVs, and a super cozy fireplace. The unit includes those small touches like high quality paper products, cleaning supplies under every sink, a washer/dryer, and vacuum (we had a longer stay so it was nice to be able to spruce up a bit). The windows are soundproofed so we never heard the car noise (but only the avalanche cannons that went off all the time in the 9' of snow we got in 5 days). Lastly, Jackie is super easy to talk with, and she kept in contact throughout the stay to ensure that the power and wifi stayed on. Also, she shared the county winter storm warnings with us (like I said, we got 9' of snow in just 5 days). I recommend this unit highly and hope that we can return to do more skiing.

The Keeper's Apartment was warm, inviting, and a great launching point to explore the beautiful grounds. The Light House, crashing waves on all sides, and beach walks were a highlights. We've already recommended this location to friends!

This space was very nice and updated with good amenities including tv streaming, nice appliances, a high quality washer and dryer, and kitchen utensils as well. It was very nice, calm, and homey.

This place is Great ! I booked location for 10 nights and loved it. My worked was extended and I decided to book for another 10 nights. This place is quiet and comfortable and you will not be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed Monica’s place. It was relaxing and peaceful and the leaves were changing and it was really beautiful. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace and the ease of getting around town and to great local restaurants. Everything was spotless and very organized with thoughtful instructions. We would highly recommend.

Barb’s place is fabulous! So comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had a bit of trouble with the heater but Barb responded immediately and troubleshooted the problem with us. This is our go-to place when we are visiting Sacramento!

Robert’s place exceeded all of our expectations! It is so well-taken care of: clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. We stayed for a month and half after being displaced due to the LA fires and we are so grateful for Robert and his wonderful home. I recently stayed at Cord's amazing architecturally designed house for three nights with my family, who traveled over from Australia. Cord was a fantastic communicator and set us up nicely for the stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is incredible, with a fascinating history beautifully documented in books spread throughout the home. The views are simply breathtaking, making it a perfect retreat. The high-end appliances added a touch of luxury, making our stay even more comfortable. Despite the quiet location, we were just a short drive away from all necessary shops and groceries, striking the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. We stay at a lot of Airbnb's and this is the best equipped kitchen we have encountered in 15 years! Part of a 4 unit complex but in back and private with nice woods view. Also nice decor which can be rare in Tahoe.

The SOBU loft is THE MOST beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever been in. I felt safe there too. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about the loft. And so easy to walk around great stores and restaurants, great host, everything one needs for a great relaxing visit! Thank you so much.

Oh. Em. Gee. THE VIEWS. I can't even begin to describe the setting of this Airbnb. Simply stunning. We had the best time sitting outside on the patio for happy hour after a long day on the river fly fishing and it was just incredible looking out over the golf course watching deer and geese across to the mountains. The unit itself was spotless and well appointed. Everything was clean and updated - from the furnishings to the accessories and utensils in the kitchen. It was a short easy walk to the little town of Graeagle as well. We are already planning our trip back next fall!

What a gem! Close to restaurants and beautiful Todos Santos Park, but nice and quiet. I enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and people-watching. Home was warm and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is as lovely as the photos, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. While there was not snow at the house, we drove the short distance to Leland Snow Park for our littles to enjoy tubing and snowman building. It was a beautiful and comfortable getaway, with a cozy fire/great heat, comfortable beds, etc. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and we can’t recommend the place more!
