Logement spacieux dans un environnement très calme, jardin et terrasse agréables entièrement clos, maison équipée de nombreux livres pour tous les âges, propriétaire présent si besoin mais très discret et respectueux. Annonce conforme au logement à une petite heure des plages de biscarosse l’été et à 25 minutes du lac!

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

We loved our stay at Florian’s. A really gorgeous home with everything you could possibly need. We stayed over Christmas and Florian had a beautiful Christmas tree, with lights, set up so that was extra special. The beds are very comfortable, and the house is lovely so our time there was just beautiful. Definitely recommend !

un logement comme on les aime! calme, chaleureux, spacieux....on a pas envie de partir... la cheminée est un vrai plus et le terrain clôturé pour nos toutous, c'est top! Catherine est très gentille et réactive! on y reviendra avec plaisir !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Isabelle qui est très réactive et tres sympathique dans les échanges. La maison est très agréable, et adaptée pour 10 adultes, sans problème. Les 3 niveaux permettent de l'indépendance, et la pièce à vivre est chouette pour se retrouver. La maison, ancienne garde son cachet, les salles de bains sont très propres, la literie très confortable (lit 120cm un peu juste pour 2 adultes peut-être). L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Bordeaux, et je recommande les 2 boulangerie citées par Isabelle dans l'annonce.

Joli appartement (mieux qu'en photos), poêle à bois allumé à notre arrivée ce qui était très appréciable merci encore.. tout le nécessaire sur place. À recommander sans hésitation!

Appartement extrêmement bien placé pour partir à la visite de Bordeaux ! Logement très sympa (espaces, déco, etc) et fonctionnel , dans une rue très calme. Gros + pour le patio, petit espace privatisé à l'extérieur ou l'on peut prendre ses repas ! Hôte sympathique et à l'écoute. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Jérôme. L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est plein d'objets et mobilier chiné vraisemblablement au cours de précédents voyages de l'hôte, tout ceci créant un réel charme dans ce vaste appartement. Il est parfait pour 4 personnes, deux grandes chambres (dont une avec un lit gigantesque). Le quartier : Chartrons hyper centre mais calme aussi. À 3 minutes à pied des restos. Bref coup de coeur, on y retournera !

It is hard to say enough good about Henry’s place! Our group of 3 couple loved the facility, its character and charm, its history and perhaps best of all was Henry’s introduction to the Airbnb and Bordeaux, which he handled with excellent information and advice! Henry met us in Bordeaux upon arrival and gave us a clear and complete introduction! His hosting skills are amongst the very best! Thereafter, he left us alone but we knew that his information and supervision of our stay in Bordeaux was only a text away! Thank-you, Henry, for making our 4 day stay at your Airbnb one of the most memorable stays anywhere!! The Airbnb was as wonderful as described and we could not have been more satisfied!

Marianne est très réactive, le logement est idéalement situé et conforme à la description. Il conviendra pour 6 adultes (nous étions 5).

We spent a 3 day weekend at Marielle's cute, adorable and tastefully furnished apartment. We loved all the attention to the little details that she's put together for her guests. Marielle's responses to questions are immediate and she's very helpful with suggestions on what to do in and around Bordeux. The apartment is a mere 20 minute very pleasant walk through the suburbs to the city centre. There are two very impressive bakeries around the corner, as well as a supermarket. The carpark is a welcome bonus, but is suitable only for a small car by design. We spent half a day in St. Emilion, and another day exploring the wine route. Thanks to Marielle's well equipped home, we were able to rest and relax in total comfort at the end of our busy days. Thank you so much and we wish you many happy years hosting.

Séjour au calme qui a fait beaucoup de bien pour couper la routine quotidienne. Logement atypique et très cocooning partagé avec mon fils. Nous avons profiter du jacuzzi en suivant les informations d'utilisation fournies ce qui est agréable quand on ne connait pas. Un guide pour visiter Bordeaux était à disposition, et nous a permis de faire 2 quartiers voulus sur nos souhaits. Nous avons eu la compagnie d'un petit toutou qui s'est invité pendant la préparation du repas. Le lotissement est vraiment calme et paisible. Et le soleil a apporté une note positive supplémentaire. Merci pour cette très belle prestation.

A well-renovated apartment in a classic Bordeaux building. A great size for our stay (two people, four nights). The kitchen was well-equipped (including a dishwasher, which is rare in French Airbnbs) and we were easily able to prepare meals. The location was fantastic: plenty of food shops and cafés within a few hundred metres. Short walks to two excellent food markets. Right in the historic centre of Bordeaux, with all the sights and activities within a few minutes' walk. A private off-street parking spot, which is essential in the city centre. Bordeaux is a very fine city with plenty of things to see and do. Bertrand was very communicative and kind, allowing us to stay a little past checkout because I was ill and not feeling well enough to drive without a bit more rest.

Nous avons été accueilli par les parents d'Emilie; des hôtes tout à fait charmants 😊 Nous avons passé un week-end en famille, à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon fils et, outre un problème de chaudière persistant, indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires, ces 2 jours ont été très agréables ! Le soleil était au rendez-vous, il a embelli les lieux déjà magnifiques, tant par l'entretien paysager que par la décoration intérieure ! Toutes les prestations telles que billard, babyfoot, coin lecture, terrain de pétanque (superbement éclairé🤩)sont conformes à la description. Absolument tout était réuni pour que nous puissions créer de nouveau souvenirs en famille 🥰Merci de nous avoir permis de prolonger un peu ce moment grâce à un retard tardif. Félicitations à Emilie et à ses parents pour avoir abouti le projet de cette villa; beau travail 👏 Pour le jacuzzi ... on reviendra😉

Elaine’s place was perfect for us as a group of 12 people - location was great, close to St Emilion and all the vineyards, house was beautiful, with a large backyard and all amenities needed for a large group. Elaine was proactive and very responsive before and during our stay, would definitely recommend!

The photos sell this place short - the house is spacious and lovely, and the surroundings are incredible. Very private and secluded and peaceful. Philippe was super responsive and easy to deal with and Kiwi was a delight!

Absolutely stunning villa, great to share with friends and family. The location was perfect, very tranquil, a beautiful vista to wake up to every morning. Very spacious villa, with great facilities. Super host, very speedy to reply to any questions and gave some super recommendations. Very flexible on check in, check out time too!

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

La maison est exceptionnelle avec un espace jardin / terrasse / bar / piscine très grand et très agréable , munis de plein d’équipements pour s’amuser (pétanque, badminton, jeux de sociétés, etc.), l’hôte est proactif et arrangeant, je recommande à 100% , c’est une perle ce Airbnb !
