Das Zimmer war klasse. Es war schön groß ein kleine Sitzgelegenheit am fester sowie ein kleiner Tisch mit Stuhl standen im Küchenbereich. Der Schlafbereich kann mithilfe von Schiebetüren von der Küche getrennt werden. Die Toilette ist getrennt vom Badezimmer. Dies wiederum ist etwas offen gestaltet was für mich absolut kein Problem war. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß und auch für 2 Personen geeignet. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen war, habe ich nichts von draußen mitbekommen. Die Dusche hat eine Handbrause und einen Regenwald-Duschkopf. Wenn ich wieder nach Pattaya Reise werde ich das Zimmer wieder buchen wenn verfügbar.

Hidetsugu’s a great, responsive host. The check-in process was easy. There are plenty of free amenities and snacks inside the room. The 85 inch television was a great bonus. I would 100% book this space again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Moon Stone Residence genossen, das Zimmer war entsprach den Bildern und war sauber und ordentlich. Auch der Fitnessraum und die Waschmöglichkeiten waren wie beschrieben, wir kommen gern wieder.

Julie is very friendly and responsive. Her instructions for check in are very detailed and easy to understand. She maintains her apartment very well and provided extra linen and water.

It was a good Airbnb and worth the price. PROS: - Very clean overall - Safe and there is security at entrance - Washing machine - Hot water - Big room - Perfect spot and it has everything around - Host welcomed us when we arrived. - Host is kind and answer fast CONS: - Was hard to find the place. Even with the pictures. Maybe another address like the restaurant in front would help. Sadly the host had to wait a good 30 min just so we can find the place. - We asked for late departure and got declined which is fine. But, It’s the first time I see the host coming before the time to collect the keys. Usually you have some time to leave and we felt rushed to leave since she entered the Airbnb and watching us until we leave. I understand the host maybe got bad experiences, but I still got a 5* with 60+ reviews 😁 - When we arrived in the Airbnb, the host was walking around with shoes on, we felt like it could get dirty again. Nothing crazy but still. Overall we give a 5*, was worth the pri

The villa is exactly as described, clean, with excellent access and a secure parking area. In a quiet part of a busy area. Amenities are good, with the only drawback being a lack of washing machine. Self service and staffed laundrettes are cheap and within 100m, so this was no concern. Pool and garden are fantastic, and there are a generous amount of towels to allow you to enjoy the pool. Bars and restaurants (Cajun is excellent!!). As well as the beach are all within a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending the villa to other travellers.

The house was really good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is well-equipped – towels are provided, there is a safe for valuables, and even a washing machine. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend it!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!
