Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at Frances home. It was clean and in a quiet location despite being so close to the city. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out over the 3 floors, and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions/requests.

A very pretty barn conversion in the most glorious village close to many areas of natural beauty and just 20 minutes into Cambridge. Newmarket park and ride and Waterbeach station both incredibly close but the village was not full of traffic like many Cambridge villages are. Very well stocked kitchen and cosy lighting everywhere. We greatly appreciated the treats left for us and the bubble bath! The local pub has a doggie menu, which was splendid !!

We enjoyed our stay and the place was everything we wanted. Host left us milk and biscuits. Everything was easy to use and worked. Great parking and very quiet. All in all a great experience.

we used the home while working in the area as a base. it is very clean and tidy, and would deff use again if we are in the area.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Wendy was so kind waiting for us on our approach,,welcoming , helpful and very informative, the annex was cosy, comfy, homely and just what we both needed, plus she popped over some fresh milk as I’d forgetten to being some , we will return thank you so much

Chisholm’s was absolutely gorgeous, filled with character and such a lovely place for a quiet getaway. The grounds are so beautiful and there is a very cute and friendly doggo around to spot too. The property itself is lovely, very well presented and cozy- a lot of thought has obviously gone into how to make things lovely for guests. Within short driving distance of places like Dedham, Manningtree and Mistley so we also visited some excellent restaurants. Polly herself is super friendly and nice, very responsive to messages and it was overall a lovely experience.

We had such a lovely time during our stay in this secret garden as Helen describes it! It's so unusual and peaceful 😌 Helen was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home! Would most definitely stay here again

Lovely place to stay, very clean and tidy. If we went again would go within a warmer month as it was very cold. Plenty of blankets and heaters were provided which we were very thankful for. Kirsty is a fab host and was very responsive with my questions and queries

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

We stayed here for 1 night before our daughter’s wedding: it was a beautiful , cabin is gorgeous and very convenient location for us. Enjoyed playing with our dog in the garden too! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice accommodation good communication with the host

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we came back because we so enjoyed our first stay. The location is perfect for us, and the fact that it's a bungalow was ideal for an elderly relative in our party, avoiding stairs. It's all immaculately and thoughtfully presented, and Louie was the perfect host, making sure we were all happy and comfortable and really going the extra mile for us. That the bungalow is at the end of a cul de sac made it exceptionally peaceful, and we all slept very well, and enjoyed hearing the birdsong in the morning and watching the birds in the garden. We will definitely come again!

Quiet , scenic and mature gardens , fully fenced private area for a dog and further shared area also fully fenced. Annex was cosy and warm with everything inside you might need for a short stay . Lovely stove to use in the winter months . Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation. We were staying down due to work commitments. The cottage felt like home, clean and tidy, in a peaceful location. We will be definitely stay here again the next time we are down. Thank you for hosting us and being a great host also.

Really enjoyed our short stay at the Pavillion. Beautiful little annexe which was warm and cosy and all the amenities were perfect. It's in an idyllic little village which we enjoyed a walk around and was gave us the perfect peaceful getaway we needed. Mike and Emily were also very friendly and helped out when needed without any bother. We'll be back!
