We absolutely loved our stay! We didn’t even want to leave the villa most days. When we did venture out it’s not the easiest walk for the elderly couple in our group however it was 30 min walk down to the beach. Michel was super helpful and kind, ready to help with taxi’s as it is not the easiest villas to find. We would definitely come back again !

Beautiful place in a stunning area perfectly located for an easy walk to excellent restaurants and the lovely Portet beach. Also a garage and safe parking right next to the property. Thank you having us!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana con amigos perfecto, la casa cumple con todo lo que describe, además nos ha salido un tiempo perfecto y hemos disfrutado hasta de la piscina! Es perfecta, amplia y sobretodo con un ambiente natural perfecto para desconectar. Nuestro anfitrión muy amable y muy atento.

Todo perfecto, Eduardo ha sido muy amable y atento. La estancia ha sido estupenda y el chalet estaba muy cuidado, con mucho detalle y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax maravillosos. Muy recomendable. Sin duda repetiría.

Blasi und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schön ruhig. Empfehle aber einen Mietwagen um in die Innenstadt und einkaufen zu können. Im groß und ganzen war es ein schönes Haus was ich aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen kann.

Pasamos un fin de año excelente (Lunes a Viernes). Tres familias (6 adultos y 6 chicos). Las fotografías concuerdan. La atención de Lucía desde el inicio fue excelente. La villa es sumamente espaciosa y sus camas cómodas y sensación de limpieza. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Sus distintos espacios permitió el disfrute de los chicos y de los adultos. La barbacoa la usamos en varios momentos. Si bien no usamos la piscina está cuenta con servicio externo de limpieza semanal. La villa requiere un poco mantenimiento, pero no afectó lo bien que lo pasamos. Gracias Lucía.

Ha sido una estancia perfecta. La distribución de la casa es maravillosa para disfrutar de todos los ambientes. La piscina tenía el agua súper limpia y la zona de la barbacoa de lo más bonito de la casa. Equipada al completo. La comunicación con Jorge ha sido estupenda y ha sido muy atento y amable. Sin duda alguna, cuando pensemos en una casa preciosa en un entorno tranquilo y bonito, pensaremos en la casa de Jorge.

Pasamos unos días en familia con todas las comodidades y el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a nuestras dudas.

Unser Aufenthalt in Denia war wunderbar. Wir wollten ruhige Ferientage verbringen und konnten in einem Zimmer etwas arbeiten, in der Küche fein kochen und in den Badezimmers abkühlen. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschön und tief, ideal um zu tauchen und planschen. Die Aussicht bis aufs Meer ist wunderbar und im August konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang vom oberen Stockwerk aus betrachten. Die Tage am Pool waren wunderbar erholsam und die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und das allerbeste: Die Unterkommt kommt inklusive zwei Katzen und einem Hund, zwei davon kuscheln auch gerne :-)

What a beautiful villa! We just returned from the most wonderful stay here at Casa Buho. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. The setting is spectacular, swimming in the pool with Montgo behind us, sitting on the Naya to enjoy a meal with views over the nearby villages, we truly did not want to leave. The villa is very well equipped; the kitchen is well stocked with both suitable appliances and equipment for cooking meals at home, the rooms have ample storage and space for comfort, and both bathrooms are spacious. The property is very secure, we felt so safe here. There is an electric gate for entry, and all the doors have metal shutters for extra security and an alarm. The AC is only located in the bedrooms, so during this heatwave, we found that if we kept all exterior doors closed and shutters down, and kept the AC on in the lower rooms, the house was at a comfortable temperature. It's worth noting the house layout, the master room is on the first floor with its own ensuite; separate bath and shower, and a double sink. On the ground floor, you will find the other bedrooms, one double room, one twin room, and the second bathroom (double sink, bath, and separate shower. Communication with Carolina was always prompt, and any issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly. The sink tap in the kitchen became loose and a plumber was sent out the same day. Xabia town is perfect, there are many bars and restaurants along both the sea front and within the old town, as well as the local larger supermarkets like Mercadonna. There is also a very well-stocked local store at the bottom of the road, La Ermita Local Market, which had everything we needed, fresh fruit, veg and salad, meat, as well as an in-store bakery for the most amazing fresh bread, pastries, and quiches. We mainly shopped here as it was so convenient. There are so many good restaurants very close by, Mongto Restaurant served grilled meats and fish with simple sides, and Los Almendros offers a wide menu with starters, mains and dessert, plus a glass of wine or beer for an extremely low set price. Punta Benemaquia was also perfect, traditional Spanish cuisine in a lovely outdoor setting. Slightly further away, but restaurants worth trying, Terra, Da Giulia, there is an amazing account on IG @costa_blanca_restaurants have some amazing suggestions and we tried quite a few of them! 
There are some incredibly beautiful beaches a short drive away. Granadella and Portixol deserve special mentions. Both car parks fill up very early in high season, so getting there for 8am just about gets you a spot as the walks down hill to these beaches are hard work in the heat or with small children. Cala Clemence, the beach bar & restaurant on Cala de Portixol is exceptionalThe food here, drinks, decor and setting are not to be missed and most certainly our favourite meal here in the Xabia region. The local towns like Gata de Gorgos, fantastic town for basket bags, rugs and ceramics, I spent a lot here! Jesus Pobre is also good for smaller bars, and a very good pharmacy should you need anything on your holiday, we visited a few times! The night market in Denia is a great destination for an evening stroll along the marina, a drink and lots of jewellery stalls. The children loved this. We came back to the Marina for a boat tour with Mundo Marino, we did the 5 hour boat trip to Granadella which was fantastic. Amazing staff, food on the boat was also great, highly recommended.

Other fun days out were to Las Fuentes del Algar, the natural water springs and Aqualandia waterpark. We cannot wait to return to Xabia, and will definitely stay at Casa Buho, we couldn't fault a single thing!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Maria . Elle est assez grande pour 12 personnes avec des espaces pour chacun . Le paysage et la cuisine extérieure sont de vrais plus. Nous regrettons cependant l’absence de volets occultants dans la chambre du haut ainsi que de climatisation dans les pièces du rez de chaussée . Maria est une hôte agréable et très réactive .

Qué casa más grande y preciosa! Todo está perfecto para un grupo grande: muchas habitaciones, varios baños, amplio jardín y piscina! Nos encantó! La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 10min de coche/taxi del centro de Denia. Ana es muy simpática, flexible y contesta muy rápido a los mensajes. Gracias por todo!

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Hier hat das Gesamtpaket unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Johan ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Er steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man Fragen hat. Seine sympathische Art und Hilfsbereitschaft sind absolut vorbildlich. Das Haus ist eine echte Wohlfühl-Oase! Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hochwertig eingerichtet. Nicht nur der Pool ist ein Highlight, sondern auch die vielen unterschiedlichen Rückzugsbereiche, in denen man entspannen kann. Der kilometerlange, sehr schöne Strand ist nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Hier haben wir ausgiebige Spaziergänge unternommen. Fazit: Ein Haus, bei dem wir ins schwärmen geraten sind. Wir wüssten nichts, was man verbessern kann!

Andres and Manuela are really great hosts. The house was all we expected- a cosy place by the sea at a calm and beautiful Spanish Mediterranean cost at its best - off season. We had our own car which I would recommend to have since the place is a couple of km away from the center of the town. However that’s was also the idea of our vacation. The house is very clean with all possible amenities at your disposal. There are 4 different places to sit and sip a glass of cava in the yard. The very own direct access to the beach and the view of the sea are priceless. We did not have a chance to meet Andres since he was busy but we met his sister Manuela who was very kind and helpful. We stayed for two weeks and felt ourselves at home and already longing back. We will definitely try come back next year. Thank you Andres and Manuela!

Estancia muy acogedora, la casa es increíble, con todo tipo de detalles y muy espaciosa. El lugar muy tranquilo y con naturaleza. Repetiremos!

Tere est vraiment l’hôte parfaite Je n’exagère pas du tout mais elle a été au top pendant tout notre séjour Très réactive très attentionnée très gentille Elle nous a même proposé de décaler notre départ en raisons des intempéries qui se sont abattues sur Valence et de loger autant de temps que nous souhaiterions sans frais. Cela nous a énormément touché. Vraiment je recommande à 1000%

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la casa de Salvador, no nos ha faltado nada y sobre todo hemos disfrutado de la cercanía a la espectacular playa de Oliva y del jardín que cuenta con una amplia mesa, una sombrilla grande y muy bien situada, incluso una barbacoa de obra. Ha sido todo un acierto y seguro que repetiremos

La estancia ha sido fantástica. Álvaro es un anfitrión excelente y ha estado pendiente en todo momento. Nos recibió en persona para entregarnos las llaves, enseñarnos el alojamiento y nos dio varias indicaciones de donde poder comer o tomar algo. Como detalle de bienvenida nos dejó horchata, unos fartons y agua fria en la nevera. El alojamiento estaba impoluto y con todo lo que puedas necesitar, sábanas, toallas, mantas, menaje. La verdad es que pa mi quiero esa casa 🤣🤣. El tiempo no acompañó algunos dias pero con el porche que tiene no importó que lloviera. La piscina y la barbacoa no tienen desperdicio. La zona es muy tranquila, la playa literalmente está a 5 minutos andando y por la zona hay restaurantes y un super. Sin duda es un lugar para repetir!!

We recently had the pleasure of spending a whole month at Feliciano’s. The house is spacious, airy with lots of natural light. But what really makes it marvellous (and the photos don’t do it justice) is the ocean view. The house is well equipped with amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher etc and all utensils for cooking. And as we were travelling with our nine month old baby, Feliciano kindly provided a cot and high chair and also a tub at our request. The shared pool was cold (no surprise since it was October), but it was great to cool off as most days we enjoyed temperatures of 25/26 degrees. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ioana who stopped by to give the house a quick clean during our long stay - lovely and proficient. The location was great to explore local towns and beaches nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but you will need a car to get around! Feliciano was easy to contact and quick to help. We had a lovely time.
