What a beautifull home! It had been renovated with lots of love and attention! Beautifull surroundings, nature, nice city of Denia, and of course nice Spanjsh vibes! Thanks Pilar for renting out your place!

We cannot recommend Iryna’s property highly enough ! It has been our best Airbnb experience to -date ! The house is located in a lovely, quiet and beautifully maintained development with private parking , gorgeous gardens / pools etc but so close to the Arenal and everything you need . The house itself is tasteful and beautiful , fully renovated to a high standard , with a great garden area , all the creature comforts you can think of including excellent beds/ bedding /furnishings / bathroom & kitchen supplies and so many generous and lovely touches that are not normally found in many Airbnb’s . Highly recommend for a winter stay as the house is warm with heating / a fire / underfloor heating / tumble dryer etc , but a stay in the warmer months would also be fantastic . Have no hesitation in booking this house , the photos do not do it justice and the price point is excellent for the quality ! Iryna is also so friendly, helpful and has gone the extra mile to ensure a great stay !

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

The condo was so cute and well kept. Before we got there, Eva had sent a ton of information on local places to visit, restaurants, and what animals we might see in the surrounding coves. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and always very helpful. There were some basics in the kitchen for us to use. Only one issue—the shower has no lip along the edge so water leaks at the end and along the side. We had to keep a towel there to prevent water soaking the bathroom. Aside from that, we would stay again.

Fuimos por un fin de semana para escapar de la ciudad y nos encontramos con un lugar ideal para desconectar. La casa muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de descanso.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Volledig verrast door het mooie en ruime huis. Leuk zwembad en tuin. Volledig prive accomodatie. Garage om auto te parkeren, fijn want je kan feitelijk alles lopend doen, alles is op korte afstand, strand/zee boulevard met de diverse winkels en restaurants. Voor ons was het helemaal goed. Contact met Wendy ook, goed ontvangen en de rest evt via de app. Dus nogmaals helemaal goed.

Muy buen alojamiento, cómodo, bonito y bien ubicado, lo recomiendo para hacer escapadas en pareja, volveremos.

The apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. Sarah was definitely a super host, always ensuring we had everything we needed and recommended places of interest. She is very friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. Albir is a beautiful town with many bars & restaurants. The views of mountains and seaside are spectacular. Plenty to see and explore.

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

La casa es tal cual se describe en el anuncio, hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas. A pie de playa y la piscina en la puerta del jardín. urbanización muy tranquila para poder descansar. jose luis un anfitrión de 10. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama, muy cómodas. Recomendable. Estuvimos cinco noches en este apartamento luminoso en la planta 11, y no podríamos estar más satisfechos con nuestra elección. Nos impresionaron las vistas espectaculares al mar y al skyline. Por las mañanas nos tomábamos el café y té en la terraza al sol, ¡una pasada! ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan relax y vistas impresionantes!

De ligging hoog op de Cumbre maakte onze droom over blauwe Mediterannee en prachtig zonlicht waar. De praktische inrichting en warme kleuren bevielen ons goed.

Siamo stati in questo alloggio per assistere alle gare di nostra figlia al Met di Oliva e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L' alloggio si trova a 100 mt dal maneggio.🥰🥰🥰 Pulizia e ordine top!

Very nice community with beautiful views. Beach access is difficult hiking, need good shoes and be fit.

Bel appartement, décoré avec soin. climatisation très appréciable. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont accessible de 8h30 à 23h. Plage à 5 minutes à pied! Vue sur mer magnifique. Merci Franck&Barbara.
