Dirk and Annie’s house is the ultimate Airbnb experience. It’s everything that a guest could hope for. Attentive hosts - including home baking, excellent restaurant recommendations and being on hand for our enquiries during our stay. The house itself is homely, with all items that you would need for a holiday in Xàbia. Beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, foldable bikes - the list goes on. There is an abundance of towels, robes and other items to make your stay luxurious. The hot tub and gym were added bonuses. The balconies and garden areas are beautiful. Sadly it wasn’t the season for the pool yet but it is very well situated and we are sure it is lovely in the height of summer. The house is walking from the old town and an easy drive from the Arenal beach and the port. Xàbia is a lovely town, with excellent restaurants and a beautiful location. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more. It’s a gem, as are the hosts - we do hope to return.

La estancia ha sido genial. Todo perfecto. Primero llegó un familiar por lo que no estuve a la llegada y no conocí a Maite pero la persona que la conoció dice que muy agradable. El sitio es muy tranquilo, ideal para estancia con familiares o amigos.

Beautiful home, Oscar went out his way to make sure we enjoyed every single hour we stayed there, he sent a full list of local places to eat at and visit. Constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing well, a sort of hospitality i’ve never seen before. He went so far to help out with any single matter. I would definitely come back here 100%

logement conforme aux photos erik est super sympa et réactif mais nous ne l avons pas rencontré. la terasse est superbe avec une vue incroyable le nécessaire pour cuisiner les lits sont biens La résidence est très bien avec la piscine a cote sans trop de monde nous avons testé le hammam et nous avons été à la piscine du bellavista à des heures où il n'y a personne (15h/17h). c est calme dans la résidence et il faut le respecter ce n est pas une résidence pour fêtard mais plutôt pour famille. plage à 15 minutes à oliva nous recommandons à 100%

Beautiful apartment! Very spacious! Bedrooms were a great size, the pictures don’t do it justice! The bedrooms were very clean, and all the bath towels were laid out on the beds. Both bathrooms were very clean and tidy! The kitchen is small but very useful, and the living room area was very spacious and clean, having the dining table and chairs were very handy. No chairs on the balcony we would have preferred this but still was lovely! We were able to check in at 12pm (4 hours earlier than normal check in time) which was a massive bonus! Only thing to note for others booking this apartment we received the check in information 12 hours before our flight which made us a tad nervous as some places provide information 48 hours before so please don’t panic if you don’t receive the check in information 48 hours before! But other than that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment! We would definitely stay again!!xxx

Leo ha sido un gran host, responde con rapidez y es muy atento y agradable. Su apartamento está muy bien ubicado para quien busca disfrutar de unos días de relax, a tan solo una calle de una playa muy limpia y amplia. Además, está rodeado de restaurantes y locales para quien disfrute del turismo gastronómico, y a tan solo 5 minutos en coche del centro de Denia. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado y tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar para unos cuantos días, hemos agradecido la presencia de aire acondicionado y las camas eran bastante cómodas. También cuenta con una gran piscina común, lo cual a veces resulta algo difícil de encontrar en apartamentos tan cercanos a la playa. En general, hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia y volveríamos sin dudarlo gracias a las instalaciones y a la amabilidad de Leo.

Fernando was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very good mattress. Good sunny balcony. Lovely area and a short walk to the sandy beach with restaurants. Lovely walks in the mountains and coastline. Would definitely stay again.

El apartamento ha sido una excelente elección. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y la limpieza fue de 10, todo impecable. Totalmente recomendable por su confort y cuidado. ¡Una estancia muy agradable!

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones. El trato con Amparo fue muy bueno, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y nos dio algunas recomendaciones. Esta muy bien equipado. La zona es perfecta para ir a la playa, ya que está a escasos pasos del paseo marítimo y es una zona muy tranquila. En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento y si volvemos a Gandía seguro que repetimos

Petra est une personne réactive, discrète et d’une gentillesse ☺️. L’appartement était idéal, propre et à 5 mn de la plage et restos. Nous avons passé des moments paisibles au bord de la piscine qui est super 👍. Je recommande à 100% Petra.

We loved how beautifully decorated the flat was, and the fact that everything you needed was there. The small complex is very well looked after and ideal for a break in the sun. So much to explore nearby. We have already booked to go back!

The apartment was as advertised, very clean and finished to a high standard with everything we needed. The complex is well maintained and is in a quiet residential area with a fabulous pool and off-street secure parking which is a big plus. You are only a few hundred metres from the beach, 10 minutes to the fantastic restaurants in the Marina, or just a 20-minute walk to the centre of Denia. It would be hard to find a better location. Luis responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful during our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and are very likely to return.

Alojamiento muy bonito, vistas preciosas, no le falta de nada, ubicado al pie del Peñón, cerca de todo y Lana pendiente en todo momento. Vacaciones para repetir 😍
