Charming and unique 3-level cabin built on a steep hillside that feels very private and secluded. Very roomy for our party of 6. The king size beds were very comfortable, cabin was well furnished. Loved that theatre room! Living room is very inviting gathering place with nice wood fireplace. Lot’s of outdoor deck space to hang out, too. Easier to find home from lower cul-de-sac entrance. Use upper driveway entrance from highway to avoid stairs but may be intimidating with steep and curvy turns. Shelley is an excellent and communicative host. Great location only a 5 min drive from town.

This place is amazing. I'll get to how amazing of a host charles was, but I want to start with the actual cabin, since that's really why you're booking this place. The cabin is truly amazing. It's rustic, cozy, warm, spacious, etc etc. But there's a modern twist with so many amazing amenities. Everything has been thought about. The blinds are all automatic with amazing skylights with automatic blinds as well. The kitchen is fantastic stocked with everything you could want (even popcorn). The coffee machine is amazing. The oven, literally everything is perfect. The common space is cozy and large. Most amazing set up to watch a movie and relax. The deck is so beautiful. The AC/heat worked great. I am a very picky person and find that many airbnb's usually are lacking this level of thoughtfulness. It's actually so perfect - couldn't recommend this place enough! And last but not least, Charles is the most accomodating, nicest, warmest host. Always responsive, so many great recs. A+

Three Oaks was a lovely getaway! It was nice being a bit outside of town, very quiet & peaceful. The host was friendly, attentive & very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, something I have a problem with at most hotels I stay in. Will definitely come back on future visits to the area!

We had a wonderful holiday at Bills home. The Palm Springs location is great - quick drive from the airport, lots of grocery stores nearby, and downtown is very close. The backyard was a private oasis that we were reluctant to leave. Bill was responsive and helpful when needed. We can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

Our family had an incredible time unwinding at Daniela's home and exploring Palm Springs. It’s clear this isn’t just a rental home - the thoughtful touches throughout make it feel welcoming and truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Daniela!

By far the best experience we've ever had with air bnb or vrbo. Eduardo & Armando's home in Palm Springs is exactly as listed. We stayed as a family of 4 with another family of 3. There was plenty of space for us all, the pool and outdoor space was incredible. We had the best time. And above all else, Eduardo and Armando went way above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even ordered a mattress for the pack and play for our baby to sleep more comfortably. To say they are the best hosts would be an understatement. Their communication and level of effort and care was incredible. We will definitely be looking to stay with them again next time we come to Palm Springs.

Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Diane's place was beautiful. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially liked the bedroom off the entry hallway because it sort of gave a "private" area for our guests, where they could sleep and shower. I communicated often with Diane and she was very responsive. She answered all my questions promptly and helped resolve any issues we had. It's apparent that she really cares about her guests and her home. The home is in a very private and quiet location, which has a lot of history behind it (Movie Colony). It's a reasonable walk to downtown, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again. We look forward to staying with at Diane's home in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful location with a great view of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet so this a great place to get away from the hustle and relax. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house is also very well equipped.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Sarajane’s house was exactly as advertised, and was everything we expected it to be! She was extremely communicative, and very helpful with any questions we had, as well as recommendations for things to do with our two young boys! Would happily come back!

We had such a fun time staying in this house! It had that perfect retro Palm Springs vibe that our whole family really appreciated and enjoyed. The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. Even though the weather was a bit chilly for April, the heated pool made it perfect for swimming and relaxing. The spacious backyard was great for our pup to run around, and the grill made dinners outside easy and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was also ideal—close to downtown, grocery stores, and the Tram, making everything easy to access. All in all, this was exactly what we hope for in an Airbnb—comfortable, clean, stylish, and convenient. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a place to have a small getaway that has that farm/holistic feel this is the place to be. Dogs are adorable as well as all the animals. I’ll be dreaming about this place until I go back.

Very pleased with our stay here. We wanted a peaceful and private pool to enjoy the sun and warm weather and this home delivered. The backyard was larger than expected and it felt very private. While we had some concerns that proximity to the airport might be noisy, this proved not to be the case and the home and yard were perfectly peaceful.

Our stay at Esther and Tuan’s beautiful desert home was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived we noticed how clean and put together the home was. Beautiful, healthy house plants with very comfortable lounging furniture. While outside the fragrant citrus trees and outdoor foliage created a very private and secluded backyard environment. It had wonderful amenities which included lounge chairs, gas grill, refreshing swimming pool and beautiful outdoor fire pit. The location of the house itself couldn’t have been more perfect. We rented a car and everything we wanted to do and see was a very short drive to and from. Esther and Tuan were very communicative and happy to help if we needed anything. We will definitely be going back to the desert house for an annual vacation! 🌴💕

Can't say enough good things about the back yard. Pool and hot tub were so nice and the mature palm trees and landscaping were beautiful. Although there were only three of us - we sat in every lounge chair throughout the week. Plenty of different options for eating outside. We ate breakfast on the front porch area and lunch and dinners by the pool. Such a relaxing stay - we hope to come back again!

Stephanie’s house was perfect for our family. We attended my cousins wedding at a nearby winery and this house was super convenient. It was a large group of 9 adults and 2 kids and the space was just right. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay. Booked for 8 of my friends for a golf trip and it was perfect. Very close to airport and golf courses. We had an issue with a beeping sounds when we first arrived but Eddie the property manager came by and took care of it quickly. Would book again

The place was great for my 5 day stay in Palm Springs! Plenty of room for my extended family to join me for 2 1/2 days. The local host was very communicative and met me at the home, gave a quick tour, and was flexible on my arrival time. She also gave me a couple of recommendations of things to do and a family-friendly place to eat. Very friendly. The home is very cozy, was clean, and plenty of room. I definitely recommend Cindy's place!

We’ve stayed at a few other houses in Palm Springs through AIRBNB and this was by far our favorite. It was exactly as described: great layout, super clean, full of amenities, lovely pool and hot tub, and came complete with responsive and helpful hosts. We’ve had pretty mixed experiences before this house, including hosts who “forgot” to mention their house was under the flight path of the airport, broken jacuzzis, and even hot water issues… but this experience was all positive. We hope to return!
