The house is in a great location. We were walking distance from the lake and downtown and a short drive to the ski resort. The separate suite in the back was a little musty but great once aired out. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a week-end for high school inbound foreign exchange students and their chaperones. Michael allowed me to view the place before booking to be certain that it would meet the needs of the group and was very communicative before and during the week-end. Even texting me that somebody had unplugged the wi-fi by accident! The place was clean and roomy. The (separate and added cost) barn was the perfect venue for the kids to play and relax.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for a family ! The younger kids were upstairs near the master and the older kids could be downstairs . Very comfortable. The hot tub was nice after we got rained out at silverwood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to everything we wanted to do for back to school shopping, good food and the theme park. The host had wonderful communication. Clean safe neighborhood

Nice older home, met our needs for the days we stayed. We would stay there again for sure. Nicole was responsive but we did not need any assistance. All things were good for us.

Beautiful location in the forest with plenty of nature to relax amongst. Comfortable yurt, enjoyable hot tubs, and serene sounds of the creek just out the door. The rain on the yurt was very enjoyabl. The accommodations and setup was just what we were seeking. Would stay again!

This is truly a wonderful home and we loved it! It is just as the pictures show and the decor and layout is great. We had 7 adults and 2 children and we always felt lots of space and flow as the house is very open in the beautiful kitchen and family room. The kitchen is by far the best stocked and organized I have seen. Because of Covid we cooked all our meals there and found everything so accessible. The bedrooms are large and spread out for privacy when needed. The location is an absolute dream with the lake right there and a beautiful dock with 2 sitting areas to view it. The play structure in the large backyard is terrific and our 2 grand daughters could play safely while there was lots of room for lawn games. The house is at the end of a culdesac so is very quiet and peaceful, We so loved our stay there and are hoping to come back next summer for more magic.

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

This was our second family Christmas holiday at this beautiful property, and it did not disappoint! Our group of 16 (4 families) absolutely loved everything about this lovely home. There was more than enough space for everyone to be together comfortably. The kids and teenagers especially enjoyed the downstairs area, spending hours playing foosball and air hockey. The pool table on the main floor added another layer of fun for the whole group. The kitchen was incredibly well-appointed with everything we needed, and the barbecue and Traeger on the patio made grilling a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for everyone—no small feat for a group our size! This home made our family time extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather and celebrate. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories! We stayed at Rhianna's place for the week of New Years. It was the perfect place to ring in the new year. We loved how private it was. Despite it being just a few minutes drive to town, we felt like we were secluded in the woods. The cabin is rustic and has an eclectic feel to it and it had all that we needed. We really enjoyed the trails throughout the property and spent a lot of time exploring the woods with our dogs. Thank you for the great stay.

What a wonderful place to stay in Priest Lake! We stayed here 4 days and 3 nights with my husband and fur babies. It was cozy, peaceful and we kept saying “wow what a labor of love was put into this place”!! It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook with, the linens in bedroom are very nice, and has 3 bathrooms and two showers which was amazing! It is close to Hills and Elkins Resorts which we love both, and we got to explore new parts of Priest Lake we’ve never been to, which was fun! Also there’s multiple grocery stores not too far away, plus you can always stop by the resort restaurants/gift shops and they have food you can purchase. We also dug into their board games and played Sorry and Scrabble every night before bed, and now ordered both on Amazon to continue playing when we arrive to our home. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back here. Thank you!!

I would rate it a 10 stars if I can. This is definitely the best stay we have had and we absolutely loved our stay here! This place truly feels just like home — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect — tucked away in a quiet, private area but still super close to Hayden and Coeur d’Alene. Communication was excellent as well; the host was very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We would definitely be back in the future!

Michael's place was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend escape with our pup. He was super communicative and helpful leading up to our trip, and checked in with us throughout the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. We came to catch a show downtown at the Hive which was easily walkable from Michael's. Also, the fenced yard right outside the slider was clutch for our dog. Bonus, there was fresh half n half in the fridge for coffee! Made my morning. Would def book again on our next visit to Sandpoint.

This is our 3rd time staying at our favorite Airbnb. Tom & Nancy are the best hosts. It’s so peaceful & cozy. The little house on the hill has everything you could need for a great stay. The house is very comfortable & clean. The outside is full of wildlife and views. We love it & can’t wait to come back. Thank you.

What a GEM! Dover Bay is like a scene from the Truman Show. Tucked away from the highway, it's located on the river and next to a park. Highly recommend the cabins with a view. We were in town for a ski weekend in January so I image it would be busier during the summer when the marina is open. Just 3 quick mile into Sandpoint. And worth the extra fee to bring your fur-baby too. I will be looking forward to staying here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Dover Bay. Check in and check out was a breeze and the area is so beautiful. The host had a little package for the pup which was a nice touch. Loved it so much planning a trip with the family soon! Thank you!

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Our stay at Mariane"s condo was great. Very nice neighboor on the golf course. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked . Mariane was easy to reach and responded quickly Will definately stay here again.

Hi there enjoyed our stay again. Love the resort, location amenities, view restaurant We will continue to book the cabin in the future. Would be nice to have a dishwasher but not a hindrance to staying here.
