Our host was friendly and responsive. Provided excellent instructions for getting in and settled. We felt right at home in no time. The place itself is a marvel inside and out – so well decorated; clearly a lot of love went into it. Everywhere one looks there’s something interesting: curios, hand-made ironwork, wall hangings and pictures, antiques, and other fascinating and inventive bits of woodwork. Completely charming and comfortable. Although it appears rustic, the kitchen has everything needed for full meal prep and enjoyment including air-fryer and microwave. Wifi sign-in was easy and worked perfectly. Our first time visiting Crestone (so beautiful). Thank you for a fun visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Micks place was amazing! The house was clean, comfortable and the views were absolutely beautiful. Waking up and having my coffee at the river every morning was my favorite part. We saw horses and donkeys and all sorts of different birds! Mick was very helpful with everything and communication was great. The restaurant right next door was delish and a 2 second walk! they have a cafe (our place cafe) for breakfast in the morning and restaurant/bar (Dusty rose) for later when you want a drink and some amazing food! I would definitely recommend staying at Micks place and will most definitely be coming back! ALSO all his pottery is absolutely gorgeous!

Absolutely serene quiet place to stay. House has such a unique and fun layout and is very accommodating. Very private location along a flowing creek. I only wish we could stay longer than a quick weekend getaway. Heather is an AMAZING host!! Extremely responsive and friendly. Daydreaming of being back already. Thank you so much Heather for the wonderful space!!

Thank you again for EVERYTHING. You have no idea how much this meant to us and how much we hate leaving. You can feel the thoughtfulness and positive energy in everything and it was the perfect escape. Great atmosphere and fun times with the dogs and horses the entire weekend. And wonderful hospitality during the entire trip. This is worth many trips in the future back to your place. Everyone needs to come stay with you both!

What an absolute paradise. The cabin is gorgeous, spacious, yet cozy. The bed mater bed upstairs was comfortable and WiFi and cell service were strong. The surroundings are gorgeous. Towering pines and aspens lead up the mountain to a view of gorgeous mounting peak. The property feels very, very private, yet is an easy drive to town and others in the community were nice to interact with. Vanessa was one of the best hosts in memory. A massive snowstorm that hit while we’re were there and she communicated regularly about snowplowing, access to groceries, staying warm, etc. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Vanessa’s cabin. Would give 11 stars if I could.

Danielle was a great host. The house’s bedrooms have comfortable beds and pillows. The decor was original and unique, suited to our impeccable taste. We would love to come back and view the night sky as it was cloudy at night. Scott and Shelley Carpenter

Stephen’s is the perfect place for a Crestone visit. It’s in the heart of town, within walking distance of everything. He is a longtime local, having raised a family in Crestone. A professional carpenter, he has personally created a very nice accommodation. It feels like a home, which it was for him and his family. It’s appointed with vintage furniture, art, and photography. The modern kitchen has everything, including fine china and glassware. Beds and bedding, very comfortable. This is not your usual BnB. It’s full of personality—one of a kind. He’s right next door, a welcoming host.
