We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

I especially like the location of this property, it wasn’t far from where our bus from Phnom Phen stopped and not too far from the international airport. The room was comfortable for 3 adults. I also like that they have a clothes rack for drying clothes. I’ve come across properties that has a washing machine but no place to dry clothes. There are restaurants around the area that serves cheap food, cheaper than 711. Host is friendly and responsive.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

Great location and responsive host. Will come back in the future!

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

Great place, as nice and clean as it looks in the photos. Would stay again!

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

A fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host’s incredible hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From local recommendations to quick assistance with any questions, his kindness made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

空港からタクシーで向かい、少し離れた場所に降ろされたためどこかわからずチャットで質問すると、すぐに近くのコンビニまで迎えに来てくれました。滞在中はわからないことがあってもホストへ質問するとすぐに返信があり、助かりました。 部屋の中は綺麗でキッチンにはお皿や鍋もありましたが箸やフォークはないので自分で用意する必要があります。 建物内にプールやキッズルームがあり、近くの建物にはレストランやカフェも入っているので小さな子連れ旅行にはとてもいい環境でした。 チェックアウト後も18時までは荷物を預かってもらえるとのことで最後まで身軽に観光を楽しむことができるお宿でした。

Tramy was a great host, with the location that I needed, in a building with friendly staff, nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, and restaurants. Her weekly cleaner did a good job, and Tramy helped me with several things during my stay, including when I accidentally walked out without my key card and when I asked about purified water delivery. The bed was comfortable, and the computer chair was very nice.

The place was great and Annie was a wonderful host! Inside is a huge space with everything you need available to you and outside the building has all the offerings you could want and more. The rooftop pool especially is amazing. Annie is incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond. Along with the fact that the city centre is only a 10 minute drive away, I strongly recommend this stay!

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est situé un peu à l'extérieur du centre-ville, dans un endroit très paisible. Il est très facile d'accéder au centre-ville en tuk-tuk, tout en restant éloignée de l'agitation du centre. Le logement dispose d'une super piscine et d'une très bonne salle de sport dans l'immeuble. Attention cependant, la température de l'eau n'est pas réglable (ni dans la salle de bain, ni dans la cuisine), et est toujours tiède. Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrais avec plaisir !

The host is very responsive and well-organized. The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, with a nice view of the inner garden pool. I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in that area. It’s also conveniently located, with short walking distances to shopping malls, food outlets, a supermarket, a golf driving range, and amusement parks.

It was a good stay at Kate's place. Apt was spacious and clean, to D1 is about 10min by motorbike. Grocery store at the basement is convenient. It's about 40 min from airport, depending on traffic. My family like the rooftop pool access from the building. I've stayed in other abnb in this building before and would return.
