I recently stayed at an Airbnb property that exceeded all my expectations. The apartment, situated on the 8th floor, offers a stunning view of the Landmark 81 building right from the balcony, which was a highlight of my stay. The host was incredibly cooperative and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The property itself is well-maintained and brimming with amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The ambiance of the house is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Conveniently located, the property is within walking distance of several general stores that are open 24 hours a day. This made it easy to pick up any essentials at any time. Overall, this Airbnb is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with an amazing view.

Beautiful air bnb 😌

A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

The stay was good, in an convenient location. Could be cleaner, but overall pretty good.

We loved our stay here. Excellent location in the beautiful Landmark 81. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping. We could easily order grab to the lobby area. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re back in Saigon.

There are many amenities around the apartment, and it’s quiet and clean. The host is also very responsive!

Another wonderful and relaxing stay at a Nguyen and Hai Trieu AirBnB! The home was very beautiful, clean and modern, and had everything we needed! Something that wasn't listed that we were surprised to see was a washing machine! That 3rd washroom was very useful for our family of 4. The home is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with neighbors who were very friendly and kind! If you like malls it's a very short 10min walk to the GO Mall from the AirBnB. The mall has everything you'd need, grocery store, various food vendors, a cafeteria, clothing stores, and many other stores, as well as a cinema. Many of the vendors there accept credit card which was convenient! If you want to visit the Vincom Plaza on the west side of city, the cab ride was about 75k VND one way. One caveat to note is that the roads are a little narrow and those 90 degree turns can be bit challenging to negotiate for automobiles. However, our skilled cab drivers had no troubles.

Nhóm chúng em cực kì vừa ý khi book homestay của anh chị ạ. Anh chị chủ nhà rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ chúng em khi đến checkin, ngoài ra còn liên hệ thuê giúp xe máy nên nhóm em không cần tự liên hệ. Các phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và giống trong các ảnh được đăng. Homestay ở trên dốc nhưng không là vấn đề với nhóm em, tụi em còn thấy khá thú vị khi đi dốc hi. Nếu 1 lần nữa quay lại Đà Lạt nhóm em chắc chắc sẽ chọn homestay của anh chị ạ💕

Good location, responsive hosts, spacious house

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Everything is 5 star for this place.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

great place and a hidden gem! She was able to accommodate our request for early check-in. The place is comfy and with a great view. We were hoping to see the sunrise, but unfortunately, it's on the other side of the building. Will stay again in the future when we visit Saigon.
