Very nice and clean house not far from the city center. Friendly and responsive host. She came to welcome us at check-in! We all had a very good time in Dalat!

It was very nice and comfy stay at this villa, I love the huge living room and open kitchen. Great for family to hang out together.

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

We had a pleasant stay at Parisia. Thinh was very helpful and responsive to all my requests and inquiries. The villa is well located nearby the center of Dalat, about 5 mins drive to Dalat market and Xuan Huong lake.

Wonderful villa with many amenities and very friendly and helpful hosts. They were very accommodating to our large family. Very responsive in all requests. The rooms were spacious and lots of privacy for when you need it l. Will definitely refer the place to my friends

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

One of the best host of where I ever stayed

호치민이 갈 때는 나는 항상 chip의 숙소를 예약합니다. 그는 늦은 시간 까지 연락이 되며 빠른 답변과 세탁 및 청소 등 요구하는 것을 아주 빠르게 처리 해 줍니다. 매우 신속하고 여행자에게 편안함을 주는 그는 여행자의 마음을 매우 잘 이해합니다. 다음에 또 호치민에 가게 된다면 나는 그의 숙소를 이용할 것이다.

I stayed at Thao's place for many weeks and every day was great. Thao (and her mother) are wonderful hosts and were always there for any question or request I had. The apartment is as seen on the pictures: nice, clean, cozy, quiet. It is located in a building on a very quiet street and easy to access, close to several coffee shops, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Also just a few minutes away by Grab to the center of Thao Dien. An absolute gem. I loved my stay at Thao's place and I can't wait to stay there again once I come back to Vietnam. Totally recommended.

Perfect stay for our group of 7! Easy location to get grabs into city and very near war museum

I stayed here for one month. Really great. The place was clean, and thought-out; I feel like if I ever needed anything, I would look again and it was already there! And if it wasn't, everyone was very attentive, so I could have confidence I'd have it soon. The apartment has plenty of things nearby, but is also a short walk from the new HCMC station! So that is quite convenient for getting around. I would recommend 👍

My 16-year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Hanh was so friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. She offered to take us into the city center when she had errands to run and recommended were to get good local food. The house has a beautiful terrace with a lovely view. Host is such a lovely person and her house keeper was very helpful and super friendly. The place sit perfectly to everything you need. walkable to the pink church and delicious bánh xèo around the corner. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would love to stay here when I’m visiting again!

it's a nice beautiful house with nice view and a nice garden. peaceful and spacious. the host was friendly and helpful. she would prepare bbq if u pay for the ingredients. the bbq was superb. there were 2 cute dogs name tu and bin.. the host staying right behind the house so they are always available. 1 hiccup is the house is very cold at night as there is no room heater. but that's not an issue as it's more like experiencing and old colonial style house.

Beautiful place to stay

Francis is an exceptional host who truly cares about the experience that his guests have while staying in his house. He is very helpful. The house is amazing, with a beautiful pool in the backyard and the beach just a few steps away. It is a truly wonderful place and one that I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a genuinely local experience. We hope to be back someday!

부모님 모시고 5명이서 가족여행으로 놀러가서 숙소 사용했는데 너무 넓어가지고 편하게 쉬다가 왔습니다. 부모님은 물론이고 가족 5명 모두 대만족했고 무이네 놀러가서 모르는거 호스트님께 물어보니 친절하게 모두 대답해주셔서 많은 도움 되었습니다. 아침 같은 경우에는 호스트분께 말하면 메뉴 사진 보여주시고 주문하시면 다음 날 숙소로 원하는 시간에 가져다 주십니다. 오토바이 역시 1일에 9달러(200,000 vnd) 였는데 호스트분께 말하면 렌트해주십니다. 체크인 3일 전에 체크인 안내보고 그대로 따라하시면 체크인 역시도 수월하게 진행됩니다. 정말 편하게 머물다가 재밌게 잘 놀고 갑니다. 진짜 좋아요.

달랏 시내 가까운 곳에 위치한 Dang 님의 숙소는 매우 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 사진에 나오는 모습과 정확히 일치 했습니다. 체크인전에 그녀는 매우 친절하게 안내를 해주었으며 지내는동안 불편함 없도록 챙겨주었습니다. 그녀의 숙소는 매우 전망이 뛰어난 위치에 있어서 머무르는 내내 특별한 즐거움을 느낄수 있었습니다. 수영장도 너무 좋았고, 내부는 깨끗하고 청결하게 유지 되고 있었습니다. 저는 다음 방문에도 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.별이 5개 밖에 없는것이 아쉽네요. 별 10개를 주고 싶은 숙소입니다. 게다가 가격까지 최고의 가성비 숙소입니다.
