We enjoyed staying here since it’s closed to SGN and not too far to Saigon central and yet no traffic going out to other Provinces such as Bình Dương, Biên Hoà, Đà Lạt.

I really enjoyed my stay. This is pretty much. Self contained development with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The gym was well equipped. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Felix’s listing. The room matches the description with room being very clean and smelled nice upon arriving. I asked for early check in and I was lucky Felix was able to accommodate me. This room was on the 23rd floor so helped a lot with the street noise. Felix was very responsive and quick to answer any of my questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend👍👍👍

Had a Great stay. Staff were Helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they did my laundry for a small fee . Well worth the price I’ll be coming back

Highly recommend. Great location, amazing accomodation with a stunning view and had everything we needed. Any little issues we had Jodie responded quickly and sorted it out for us. We will definately be back on our next visit to HCMC.

I really love this spot. The owner had great communication and everything was really nice. It matched the description perfectly. You really can’t beat this location. It’s right in the heart and lots of nice coffee shops. Very organized. Part of the city has a Starbucks in the building. It’s on a very high floor so you have beautiful views all in all I can highly recommend. Thank you so much for agreat stay.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Exactly as pictures. Very clean when checked in. The rooms have good odor. The host is very responsive and helpful in guiding surrounding activities. 5/5

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Trinh's place was lovely. Located close to the markets and larger shopping centres. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay.

We had an excellent stay at Kim's place. It's very accessible to other districts by ride hailing appa and the area has lots of stores/coffee shops. The kitchen was complete with everything we need to prepare breakfast or have home-cooked meal. Kim was very responsive and I personally enjoyed going to the gym and pool. There are two entrance to go up, the smaller one goes directly to her unit. The keycards doesn't work with one or two lifts at the main entrance but it's not an issue. We also noticed a loud karaoke noise at the pubs opposite the condo between 8pm-10pm but minor, just enjoy the local music scene ... everything else was topnotch. Thanks Kim and Megan, will recommend to friends from PH and SG visiting your lovely city.

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung fern ab vom Trubel der Innenstadt, aber mit schönem Ausblick auf die Skyline. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Jean war ein wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber. Er antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man braucht nicht lange in die Innenstadt. Es geht auch ein öffentlicher Bus direkt vor der Nase ins Zentrum. Der Pool und die Anlage hat mit und meiner Familie sehr gefallen. Auch das Sicherheitspersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Anlage. Eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach HCMC kommen, werden wir wieder das Appartement buchen. Danke

Hien, the helper, is wonderful. My family enjoyed every meals she cooked for us. She is very nice and helpful. The fresh bead she baked every morning is also a delight. The place is idea for a family get away.
