Loved staying here. Close to so much, but didn’t feel like it was too busy. If you want to chill it was a place to chill if you wanted to get out it was all right there.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great apartment in a great location. Everything’s perfect, clean, nice, awesome building staff, except on weekends there’s a nightclub a block away that blast incredibly loud music well into the early morning hours.

Location is perfect for walking to many of the best spots San Diego has to offer (Balboa park, Little Italy, etc). Place was clean and well stocked. Great views of downtown SD and the ability to open the large front windows made it feel almost like an outdoor space. Ashley was very responsive throughout and I am grateful that she was able to accommodate my request to unexpectedly extend my stay by a few days. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

Great location and great property. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pacific beach is very close and we found the walk the best part of the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in this beautiful property

Amazing location! My husband and I had a wonderful time on our little beach vacation. The place was very walkable and we loved how close it was to the ocean. Ashwini was a great host!

Very happy we stayed here. Carl has put a lot of thought into his place, beginning with the upgrades and amenities and including his instructions and communications. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at the condo! Great location, easy parking & self check in, excellent communication with the host throughout the stay. Loved the bathtub, fancy fridge (crushed iced with your morning iced coffee!), and cute patio. Our dog also loved having a huge park nearby for nice long walks. Super easy to get to Torrey Pines and La Jolla Cove for some nice beach hikes and exploring, but also conveniently located next to lots of grocery stores, amenities, etc. Would stay again!

Very nice condo in a great location. Managers were very prompt with responses to all questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

In a very nice area. Easy to find easy to walk to the beach. Not far from restaurants. The unit is as described. Is small but doable for a couple or solo traveler even with a dog. Sofa could use replacing but otherwise is very nice. Would recommend

We stayed at property for over 2 weeks and loved location!!! Had minor issue with getting TV to work but host sent someone very quickly to resolve. They were polite and very respectful while there! Only “complaint”, if can even call it, was kitchen table was a super cool wine barrel with high chairs. This is as advertised in photos so it wasn’t a surprise! Just we didn’t really think about it when we booked. Would have preferred table to work at but we made it work. There was a table/desk in bedroom but it only had stool that didn’t really work with height of table. Again our mistake not the hosts. Photos are very accurate!!Other than that we loved unit and the area!

A great location in Mission Beach making it a quick drive to many attractions. Good size single-car garage is a plus since parking in the area is at a premium. The unit was perfect in size, as advertised and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot for our family of 4! Great place to hangout walk to the beach and enjoy sunny San Diego. Two baths two bed rooms was great space for our family. TVs in each room major plus when we unwind from a long day in sun and enjoying SD. Only negative was upstairs guest were jumping all over the place for one night but can’t control that (teenagers and toddler above) . Clean towels, bathrooms and added note thank you for having decent toilet paper hahaha! Condo was complete with all cleaning necessities body and house supplies as well as extra beach towels! Win! Good for price and our week stay.

This place was great and was perfect for my family (myself, my wife, and two boys). The unit was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the view of the city and bay were great from the inside. As mentioned in the listing, you are in the direct flight path (which my boys thought was awesome and slept right through with a sound machine and very long days out exploring) so be sure to bring earplugs! My wife and I couldn’t sleep without them. Also the neighbor upstairs was very heavy footed at 5:30 am and, not joking, was walking laps in their appaartment for over half an hour each morning. It was quite obnoxious but we just stuck our ear plugs back in and ignored it. Big plus is being able to walk to little Italy, the waterfront park, local coffee shops, the Embarcadero and access to the freeway was close by. Bottom line, if you don’t mind the airplane noise, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The host was very responsive and timely! The place was very nice and as described with beautiful views of the ocean -could see dolphins in the morning sipping coffee right from the balcony! Access to the building was a bit of a hassle but once in all is good and the instructions were clear.

The condo was a perfect place to stay in North County. It was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet. The condo was plenty spacious for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. There were several tasty restaurants within a couple of miles as well as a grocery store around the corner. Traveling to other parts of San Diego was easy. The 15 freeway was easily accessible but far enough away that there is zero concern about noise. Travel to the coast was easy as well.

Great place to stay in Tijuana. We were trap with our kids and the place was absolutely great. Easy to find, big parking spot, good amenities and peaceful place. I highly recommend this apartment to stay in Tijuana. Andres is a great host, and facilitated our stay. Thank you 🙏 so much

This apartment is small, but mighty! It has most everything you need to feel right at home. The location is truly what sets this bnb apart. You can walk to the beach in 15 min, Solana main street in 10, and only a 3 min walk across the street to a beautiful park area to watch the sunset. Tiffany was responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Considering it's proximity to the beach, local restaurants and freeway access, this place is a steal, especially for longterm stays.

Great place with walking distance for fabulous eatery!!

Highly recommend Vivian's great condo! The place is located super close to grocery stores ans other necessary stores. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it is very easy to get around to other places in La Jolla. The condo has everything you need, and we especially enjoyed the kitchen that was perfectly equipped and we didn't miss a thing! Vivian is an amazing host: response fast, super helpful and heart warm. We will definitely pick Vivian's again :-) Thank you for everything!

Lovely view of ocean and racetrack in a spacious, clean condo. Great location near the quaint town of Del Mar and the city of San Diego. Wide choice of restaurants and cafes within minutes away. Brigantine is our favorite, especially for seafood. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances. Coffee too! Access to washer/dryer helpful.

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!
