Absolutely loved our stay at Erika's place! Everything was so meticulously arranged. My dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard! The pool was an amazing touch as well. Beds were comfy too! Will definitely come back to stay when we are in PCB again!

House was plenty big enough for our crowd. Heated pool was a nice touch as evenings are cool in October. The rooms had the feel of their own privacy which was a nice touch. Kids loved being able to hang out upstairs in their own area. It is not a quiet house you can hear a pin drop but great location we walked right up the side walk to the beach and it’s just a few minutes drive in either direction to shopping and restaurants!! The beds and pillows !!!!!!! You will get excellent sleep they are so comfortable !!!

Place was just as pictured, clean, close to activities, and easy to get to.

We really enjoyed the well furnished kitchen! Seating was nice for games and relaxing. Nice cotton sheets! Very clean- Just a couple Mile drive to the public beach.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night! It was a trip we will never forget and I can't wait to do it again! Thank you Karen!

Just a short walk to the beach, we spent countless hours enjoying the sun and surf. Plus, there were plenty of shops and amazing restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options that we loved exploring. This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. We absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we could have needed! The house was amazingly clean! We really appreciated the extra pillows and towels along with the super comfortable beds!! We loved everything about the house and you can tell that Kiersten puts so much effort into making her place a wonderful place to stay!

Brian's home and its location was a wonderful spring break destination for my friends and I. Close to the beach, clean, and many areas to entertain and relax. We had some issues with the heated pool, and Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place - if we come back to PCB, we know where to stay!

A beautiful home in a great location. Comfortably housed our group of six. The game room was a huge bonus on double red flag days. Private beach access is always a great benefit and means hauling fewer items down to the beach. This rental was perfect for our vacation and definitely worth the price.

Great place to stay for our family. Our grandkids loved the pool and the bunk beds. The open floor plan was great for family time. Golf cart and bikes provided an easy trip to the beach. Location of house is convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Chad and Angie were fantastic hosts.

Responded very quickly to any issues we had. The house was very nice and worked great for us. The view was beautiful could sit on the porch and look out on the ocean. Would recommend to everyone

1000 outta 10 would recommend!!! Megan and Jeff were exceptional hosts! Megan was super responsive and helpful from answering questions before and during my stay. The house is gorgeous with an absolutely amazing pool (which can be heated) fenced yard and has plenty of privacy! the pool has ambient lighting for those evening swims. The house is spacious and would suit a family or large group, but don't get it twisted this is the perfect location for a solo trip as well. The decor gives fun beach vibes, the beds and linens are super comfortable. the custom bunk bed are perfect for a girls trip. full kitchen, washer and dryer, huge TVs throughout. The hosts left no stone unturned they provide pretty much everything you need for a day at the beach (it's literally across the street). The house has plenty of parking and the back is the perfect place to dine day or night. it's conveniently located and only a few minutes from pier park with plenty of shopping, entertainment and food

Josh is an excellent host - the communication pre-stay and during the stay was spot on. The house was very comfortable for two families with little ones. Arguably one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve had in an Airbnb. The outdoor spaces were very nice.

Excellent location and hosts! Very responsive and a great neighborhood! Easy to access beach and other attractions. Spent most of our time in the backyard and the game room!

I travel a lot with my kids and our 2 80 pound dogs I’ve never been more impressed with a home like this one it’s very simple but very homey pictures do not do it justice the area is amazing right by a college which makes u feel extremely safe water is everywhere I look it’s so beautiful words do not describe !!!I will definitely put this on our list of places to revisit !!!Thank u Mr.Chuck for allowing our little family to enjoy your amazing home

Nice and clean property! We really enjoyed walking to the private beach and swimming pool. Enough bedrooms for our family member of 10 ppl (kids loved the bunk beds). Thank you so much:)

Beds where extremely comfortable, the location was close to everything, the house was perfect

Very clean home, and it had everything we needed for our stay and more. It was a quick walk to the beach and was super conveniently located to the dollar general. It was in a quiet area, and felt very cozy and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space and we enjoyed renting the golf cart to travel to and from the beach. Made life a lot easier with small children! Everything was clean & the host was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
