Had a really great, short stay here in beautiful PCB. The kids loved the mini golf right out the back door. The area was gated and felt very peaceful and safe. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is to add a few more kitchen gadgets, like a working can opener and some more cutting boards/knifes for those cooking in like we did. Overall, great place!

Our stay was honestly fantastic. It was in the perfect location, right by the beach which made it so easy for us to run back to the house several times from the beach. The house was very spacious and nice. The backyard was great and made it easy having it fenced in if you have little kids or a dog. Best place to stay if you prefer a quiet relaxing time and the beach wasn’t crowded at all compared to other spots. Would definitely come again! David was very communicative and made sure everything was perfect.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Worth every penny and the location is perfect for kids. My grands didn’t want to leave!

We love coming here with the doggos. A beautiful and clean home away from home. You can walk to the beach. Good local restaurants. Kristi is always a pleasure.

We loved our stay at Erica’s!! The townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds. There are tennis rackets and balls and putt putt supplies provided if you want to play that at the resort. There’s a pool very close to the townhome. Beach is probably a 5 minute walk(we had kids and an older person, so, it took us a little longer). Beach wagon and toys are supplied but we didn’t use them. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We always stay at Gulf Highlands because it’s gated and a very peaceful community with lots of things to do. Erica was very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend staying at The Mermaid Castle! Thanks Erica for a great trip, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront townhouse in a perfect Seagrove location! The private beach access made our stay extra relaxing, and the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family. Waking up to ocean views every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Book now! This location is wonderful and the space is top notch. Lyndsay accommodated every request we had. We would return for sure. This is the perfect location to check out the seaside and Rosemary/aly's beach. Check out the Big Chill across the street too! The master bedroom is super nice with an attached bath that is very large. This is a good value for the money!

We loved the location. The convenience to the beach was great with the use of the LSV (golf cart). Bikes also useful. The community was super family friendly, heated pool, but only through April. (Workout great for us !) Restaurants across the street were great no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend beachy bean coffeehouse!

My family loved this place and our stay. Very clean. Perfect location. We had a small issue with our access code but Chastity had it taken care of in less than 15 minutes of me reaching out to her. We will definitely book with her for our next trip!

Wow! Breathtaking views right from the balcony, private and peaceful and yet within just a few minutes of anything you need. We booked with Sunny pretty last minute but we certainly weren’t disappointed! This spot is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach, it’s a must of PCB! We’ll definitely be staying again!

I stayed at this lovely townhouse for the weekend during a softball tournament in Panama City Beach, and it was perfect! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. It comfortably accommodated me and my family, and the location was convenient for getting to the tournament and enjoying the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, making the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Panama City Beach.

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

Clean, peaceful with friendly neighbors. Close to beach activities but just the right distance to not be caught up in the traffic. We visited during spring break so we were able to enjoy the beach and then return to the home and enjoy the quietness.

Our four day stay was awesome. The property is situated between two popular spots for Spring Breakers. It’s also a quick five minute to the walk to the pier to get a beautiful ocean or layout in the sand. The property is safe, secured and quiet. Indoors was efficient, all accommodation was provided from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Outdoor grilling and the pool is just a few feet from the back door. I really appreciated the interior design, every room has a beach resort vibe. Most importantly, John made sure I knew he was available if I needed anything. He gave a warm welcome from the time I secured the reservation, up until I departed. He kept the communication open and his response time was less than 10 minutes when I had a few inquiries. We were a party of 5, two adults and 3 teenagers. This location was a win-win for both adults and teenagers. I’d not only come back and stay here again but I’d recommend you staying here also.

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

This place is super cute! The host is extremely responsive, and she was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked, and we didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very cozy.. only small issues, 1, being the floor in the living room didn’t look very clean but everyone knows how to mop so it didn’t bother me! 2. the couch smelled strong of dog urine but the host handled it very well with communication and also having a professional cleaner come in to help solve that. (previous guest had a dog i assume, because we did not) I enjoyed my stay as much as everyone else did, my favorite part was feeding the turtles off the deck in the back. very pretty place and small walk to the beach. i’d recommend the place and i’d surely stay again!
