Wojciech was a great host - let us drop groceries off and check in early! The house was a 10 min drive to everything we had planned. We appreciated all of the beach amenities!

The house was exactly as pictured, my family and I enjoyed are stay and had everything we needed. Would defiantly recommend visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at Evona’s house. It was so comfortable & nicely furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Super comfortable bed & sofa. Kitchen was great - spacious & well equipped. Especially appreciated the kettle being British! Loved the secluded garden & we had our thanksgiving dinner out there. The street was so quiet & next to the house was a pretty walkway which you could take - 10 mins walk to Aldi (supermarket) & the French bakery (highly recommended). Can’t say much about restaurants as we ate in most evenings but downtown is only a short ride away with lots of places to eat. Not a long drive to both Siesta & Lido beaches & Arlington park with its huge swimming pool is a very short drive or 20 mins walk away. We would love to return for thanksgiving next year.

We can’t wait to come back! The house was in excellent shape and just perfect for us as a couple with two little kids. The neighborhood is nice and safe, there is a super market just 2min away. Carolyn has always been very helpful and fast with her responses. We will definitely come back :-)

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Edward’s place worked out perfectly for us. I was there on business and everything worked out for me and my team. We grilled while there. As most airbnbs the kitchen had basics for cooking. If I have another project in the area, I will definitely consider Edward’s place.

We felt very lucky to have found Chris's rental. This home had everything we needed for a family of five plus one. The layout of the house is perfect if you have teenagers that want one end of the home to themselves. Also, Chris went above and beyond and shipped a new crock pot that I didn't end up using! This was so much more comfortable than squishing into a loud hotel. BTW - totally remodelled with contemporary decorations - Thanks Chris!

We had a great stay at the Funky Flamingo. There were three in our group and it is a good size for three people. The bed and sofa bed are both extremely comfortable and despite the proximity to the airport we did not hear any noise from the planes. Moreover, the appartment is on a quiet cul de sac. Denise and Dean were very friendly and provided lots of useful information for finding the place. I especially appreciated the "Birds of Florida" book. All in all this is a very convenient place to stay and is comfortable and perfect for three people.

Debra was a great host and the Airbnb was in an awesome location - a quick walk across the street to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay before ending our trip. It was in a quiet area not far from many beaches and activities. It was clean and spacious with simple entry and exit instructions

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

We give this cottage five stars with an asterix. It is located in a charming, quiet residential area mercifully far from the high rises that have sprung up like weeds. Pearl has been a wonderfully attentive host throughout our stay. The house is perfectly set up for long stays with a fully accessorized kitchen, a good hot shower, plenty of blankets and cushions. The tv offers full access to netflix as well as you tube channels. A summary of local events, sites to visit and restaurant recommendations in a brochure was very helpful. The asterix is due to the location of the bathroom---you need to pass through the bathroom to get from the living room to the bedroom and visa vera---this can be awkward at times. Bottom line, however, a great value location.

My family enjoyed a week long Spring Break trip and felt very comfortable with the location primarily. This is our fourth year at Siesta Key and it is a safe and family friendly environment. I feel secure in allowing the kids to walk to the village and they know their way around as well. The beach is right across the street which is wonderful. The pool was private and not overly crowded with other guests. The den that is converted to the third bedroom is not very private, however we brought an extension curtain rod and long black out curtains to close off the room. It worked perfectly. My biggest complaint would be the temperature of the condo. The thermostat will not go below 73 degrees and to be honest it tended to get pretty stuffy in the condo. It would have been ideal if the temperature was cooler for our comfort level. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.

I liked Philips place, the suite was clean, there were something’s I felt were missing from the location , there weren’t enough easy access electric port to charge phones, there wasn’t a full kitchen as I had thought which required me to consider my restaurant spending options during my stay. There were no extra garbage bags or utility stuff to keep the area clean. Because it is so adjacent to the house, which I had thought it was a completely separate suite I kind of felt like I had to be extra quiet not to disturb the host or I couldn’t not put music loud as If id have the place to myself. Initially , I thought I was going into a mother in law suite separate from the house bc of the picture which is actually the back of the house which made it look separate. But it’s a beautiful suite in one side of the house. The side gate is private entrance to a beautiful deck surrounded by bamboo really cute! The bed sinks that was my only issue it is hard to sleep on. Place was clean and pretty

My college aged daughter and I had a fantastic week at Maureen’s place. The pool area was fantastic with lots of area to spread out. We even saw dolphins while laying in the sun right there. The private beach was beautiful and much calmer than the public beaches down the way. We were able to come home and relax, cook if we wanted to, or ride the free trolley into the village. It really was perfect!

This place is a gem! Walk across the street, on the beach. Get a golf cart or hop the free bus and you are in town in 2 minutes, you can even walk. Great restaurants, bars, nightlife. beautiful pool area, pool table. Very quiet, low key condo . Beautiful view of ocean and sunsets. Best beach in USA and this location is right on top of it. Locker closet with beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. I HIGHLY recommend it. Evan is the best host I have ever dealt with at AIRBNB. Very responsive and informative. We had a ball. Thank you Evan.

Summer thank you so much for the stay! If your looking for an exclusive, quiet and scenic location with pool, hot tub, courts, kayaking + one bridge away from restaurants and entertainment, this is the place for you. Also, just down the road are multiple beaches and trails to explore. We stayed 3 days for a business conference nearby and my wife and daughter had a blast relaxing in the sun. My husband and I have stayed in AMI three times in the last four years, but wanted to find a less crowded area like LBK…we did! The heated pool, the view of the Gulf, a beautiful beach and a refreshing and well maintained condo! We will definitely be back!

If you’re going to AMI, look no further than Jean’s home. This condo was absolutely perfect. Coming from the airport for a beach vacation, this condo has everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games, etc. The condo is so clean and has a great starter welcome package for all your needs. And you cannot beat the location. A block to the beach and you can walk to the plaza with shops and Publix. Jean is so nice and responsive. Sent us a list with great descriptions of the restaurants and things to do. Just so helpful. I will definitely stay with Jean again. She is so kind and we just loved her home. Thanks for a great stay!!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

Jayme was a great host! She described the place and it was what we got! Clean, spacious and easy to find and get into. The restaurants were easy to walk to and the beach was close as well! She left us recommendations for things to do and places to eat which was so helpful! We would definitely stay there again!
